We wish chimney repair was not so costly. But that seems to be the way everything is going these days. But, Kelly was the most reasonable of everyone in cost by far. Loved his sense of humor. And he kept the work space almost spotless with no build up of dust!

Kelly showed up on time, wore gloves/mask, put down a tarp around his work area and the final bill was below the estimate.
