He really knows fireplaces. No other chimney sweep said that our damper was not open. He showed me how to use it and how to build a fire properly.

I was dealt with a gentleman named Kelly. He gave me a complete inspection and cleaning. When he was done he explained what to look for in the future and how to deal with it. This individual was courteous and engaging. I will recommend this company with confidence.

Mr. Rowe took the time to explain his findings thoroughly and then offered different options for moving forward. Because of his accessment and the nature of his character I could rely on him to give me a truthful response to what was needed. His work was thorough and he found a couple of "danger-areas" at the top of my chimney and proceeded to replace a part (that was damaged due to a chimney fire I didn't even know about). So, finally!, I can have peace of mind on a daily basis this winter as we use our fireplace for warmth in our living room. He also gave me advice on the kind of wood to burn and where to get it. I thought they were great. I wanted to know if my chimney was safe to burn wood and they put a camera up the inside and found several cracks on the inside that made my Chimney unsafe to burn anything. Knowledge is power.
