+ 2 moreADU engagement took 4 months from start to end of job. I did not incur any change orders/increase in costs even as we made changes/tweaks to our original plan. Overall the experience was less stressful than I could have imagined as RnD took ownership and provided solutions/alternatives throughout the process.
