It's a funny thing, because the dishwasher that it replaced, which I also had an extended warranty for, kept breaking. The warranty people didn't want to keep sending people out , so they told me to buy a new dishwasher and I only had to pay a little, somewhat, extra. I had used the old one for so many years. So for me to give a price, does not accurately reflect. Pacific sales is really good. The salesmen are good. They know their product. They give advice. I give Pacific Sales an A. The delivery and installation went splendidly. Everything was fine and they installed it nicely, without breaking anything or scratching anything. It all went perfectly.

I checked around a couple of places and they really gave me a very competitive price and really good service. I would definitely recommend them. I spent a total of $2200. The salesperson was very personable and worked with me to see what it is that I wanted. He didn’t oversell. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I liked their service. I like when people are friendly and not high-pressured. I certainly would use them again if I am looking for that kind of audio or video equipment.

Staff arrived on time. Removed and hauled-away old washer and dryer. Installed (including all needed hook-ups) new steam washer and steam dryer. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Before leaving, staff tested the equipment with me. Overall, the prices for competitive or maybe slightly above discount/sale prices; however, their products and service/installation are excellent. If I need more large appliance products, this company will be at the top of the list.
