Description of Work: Ed repaired a HP laptop computer that did not operate. Specifically it would not turn on and I had previously taken the computer to a computer repair store in Boise, ID, who advised me that the computer was not repairable and would probably not work again. I took the computer to Ed and he diagnosed the problem as a motherboard issue. Ed replaced the motherboard and the computer is working fine.
