This is a great company to work with they made my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room cabinets as good as new I'm so pleased with the work they did. Ram & Isaac are a pleasure to work with. They made new doors and drawer fronts for cabinets I have in the den and front room. It's just like having all new cabinets and everything matches. I would highly recommend this company from start to finish I was very pleased with all the gentlemen that worked on this project.

Found this company on Angie's list and picked them because they quoted us the lowest price out of the 3 bids we had to refinish our kitchen cabinets, fabricate and install quartz countertops, install our sink and replace baseboards throughout the house. We got lucky because these guys were fantastic. I've had a lot of experience with contractors and none of it has been positive until now. They are a rare blend of honest, friendly and hardworking and their prices are fair. Quoted us a time to complete our kitchen reno and stayed till 11pm on a Saturday night to make sure it got done and got done right. Unlike most companies the contractors themselves were almost always on site to make sure things were being done correctly. We will absolutely be using them again in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company. I I was in a jam with a condo re-do and I have been referred by a friend to New Look Surface to refinish my entire kitchen cabinets and my entertainment center. Ram's came to my house on Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning I had a detailed quote in my email. From A to Z Ram and his crew did an amazing job. I had 18 doors and 6 drawers. all in really bad condition.over the years i painted it by myself and probably added 5-6 layers of paint. All of the doors had numerous tiny spots and thin lines of embedded paint trapped in crevices - impossible for amateur to get out. Ram is very knowledgable and took the time to explain me in details how the refinishing process works and hat to expect for. Sure enough, Ram was able to remove every spec of paint from the doors and drawers and then stained and finished the wood to my desired color and sheen requirements ( after i approved the sample that he prepared for me). They simply did an amazing job. I love my new looking kitchen !!!

From the time they came and looked at the damage until the job was completed last week, the owner and general manager, two men, were helpful, concerned, attentive to what we wanted and made excellent suggestions on how we could improve the look and results. These guys established a relationship with us, guided us through the insurance and mortgage company processes and encouraged and coached us as to where to go and look for fixtures, etc. I cannot recommend Ram, the company owner and Issac the General Manager, enough. I consider these to two men our friends. They have even offered to come and help us hang a very heavy mirror and large painting in our living room and dinning room. The quality of the work, the courtesy to their workman, their promptness, knowing what they were doing and always asking us to check and make sure we were okay with their progress. I was especially impressed with their tile man who ask me several times before he laid the tile, to approve what he planned to do. We could not be happier.

Overall, the guys did a great job. The work took about two days, and the guys literally worked all day on the first day so that we would have the maximum amount of drying time with as few interruptions in our daily routines as possible. We got both bathrooms done at once because we wanted the work to be finished before school started. The guys arranged to have the toilet in one of the bathrooms available so that we'd still be able to use it. There was one small crack in the paint on the tub that we pointed out before the guys left. They fixed it expertly and without any problem. The finished job looks great. We chose a plain white for the tub and a speckled white for the shower. For the shower, the guys did the whole tiled inside of the shower, which means that they had to scrape off all the old paint first before painting and sealing. I also liked the fact that you could basically just communicate with the office by email. They came on time on the day that they said they would.

They were really nice and delightful. I had them come out and they fixed it right away. My bathroom is 25 years old and it is slowly deteriorating and I have little issues right off the bath. They did a temporary fix to a problem and you get what you paid for.

New Look Surface Refinishing did an excellent job. The countertops turned out better than I imagined they would. My old countertops look new. The father/son team arrived on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were polite and professional. My kitchen and bathrooms look beautiful and like newly remolded rooms at the fraction of the cost. We also had the tile surrounding the tub resurfaced. Before the tiles were discolored and cracked and the tub needed to be recaulked. The cracks disappeared and the white tile now looks sparkling clean and new. The tub was recaulked and that made such a difference! I would definitely work with this company again. They did an excellent job and it was great working with them. I also liked the added benefit of resurfacing the countertops instead of throwing them into a landfill and adding to the blight on our planet.

They lied about when they were showing up. They lied to us about a lot of things on the job. It was very difficult because we had lost trust for them so we ended up not having them fix the things they did improperly. We ended up just moving on just to save us the headaches. I never wanted to talk to them every again in my life. They had other types of work that I was going to use them for. The guy said that they also do hardwood floors. They were going to do counter resurfacing in my kitchen and reglazing of my bathtub. The owner said that he did all types of resurfacing and that they had their wood floor guy was extraordinarily experienced. They gave a quote that was the same as somebody else that my husband and I wanted to sort of, we didn't think anybody could mess up floors if they had experience, so we thought if we gave the match up and they did it successfully then we could have them do the work that was more precarious. Refinishing the wood on the cabinets, reglazing the bathtub and they did some sort of resurfacing or reglazing of old tile that was in good shape and we were going to have them do that but when they failed with the floor. They were scheduled, I was going to have them do between 7 and 10 thousand dollars of work on my house but they messed up the floors so bad I didn't continue. They are liars.

I priced this job out with 5 other cabinet guys with the best reviews from Angie's list. Their quotes range was $9,500-$15,000. This company came back with a ridiculous number of $65,000. I leave you to make your own conclusions.

Great job,well done !!! Called this company to refinish my existing cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. Two days after we signed a contract they sent their carpenter to pick up all doors and drawers. A week later they came to my house and refinished all the frames and panels. All 3 techs did a great job and were super polite. The refinished cabinets look OUTSTANDING. The sweet guys also installed the handles that I bought and did not even charge for it. Bottom line - big like ! Good company with great customer service. Extremely happy with my new stained cabinets.

The experience was good. They did a good job, they immediately came out and took care of some minor touch-ups. They didn't give me any grief, the person who worked was very personable. He gave me a quote, he followed up once and he didn't tell me but when i called him, it was good.

My first contact was with Ram, the owner of the company. He spent time with me on the phone to explain their services, then traveled on a busy freeway to meet me and give me a final quote, which stayed the same as his phone quote. He showed me about 30 color options and reinforced my decision to choose the color I wanted. Two workers showed up on time -- to the minute! -- and began work immediately. Jose, the lead worker, was polite and professional. But the best was yet to come. Jose and another worker covered walls inside and outside the bathroom and every other surface that could be damaged by the glazing material. Their thoroughness and skill were amazing, and they didn't begin spraying until they were sure that the rest of the bathroom and even the hallway were covered and taped. The finished product is breathtaking. It looks as if it I had it retiled. In fact, it looks better than the new tile that's on the bathroom walls and floor. I'm new to Angie's List, and I chose New Look based on others' recommendations. I'm glad I took their advice, and I highly recommend New Look. Highly skilled, professional and pride in their work pretty much sum up my experience with them.

Ram is the ULTIMATE professional. He is punctual. If he tells you he will be somewhere at a certain time, he will. He stops by to check on his workers and the progress of the job and to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the work. He is honest and the price he quotes you is the price you pay. His prices are also very reasonable. In addition to all of that, he a very kind man. He truly cares about his customers and will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. Went very well, I was quite surprised how far the tech had traveled to get to my location (100 miles) yet still arrived early... Took slightly longer than expected, but no fault of his own, The previous company that re finished the bath tub did a horrible job, and it took a bit to remove the mess they had made. Yet I was not charged any extra :) The quote never changed. However our tech was very friendly, polite, and explained everything in great detail. Also a huge bonus if you are refinishing for your own use (i.e. not selling the house) the warranty cannot be beat!! 4 months later the tub still looks like brand new! After experiencing a horrible company, then using New Look, I would never call anyone else

In spite of an extremely tight deadline, I took the time to interview and vet 4 highly rated companies for this project. From the start, New Look was a stand out. They responded immediately to our phone call, and understood our short timeline (getting ready for a tenant move-in). Within a couple of days we had a full and detailed estimate, along with a work schedule to show how the deadline would be met. Our decision to go with NL couldn't have been better. We were treated like a priority from the meet/greet and estimate stage. Throughout the project we were never stinted on time or attention even though we knew they also had other (bigger) jobs going on. Every day, the owners Ram or Itzik, communicated with us and were on site checking the work. They are two of the most personable and professional people I've ever worked with. The workmen were exceptional. None of the "it's a rental" attitude so many contractors have as an excuse to provide slap-dash work. The NL guys offered us great advice on the best areas to spend our refurbishment/improvement money and the workman executed every single task with the same attention to detail that would be expected in a big budget higher-end project. The paint job throughout is unbelievable. They spent a lot of time patching up numerous wall holes, matching the surrounding texture, and sanding away evidence of a previous poor "it's only a rental" paint job. The bath tub that we couldn't afford to replace and prayed could be fixed up to at least look "ok" now looks nearly new due to their re-glazing expertise. They also took care of a myriad of other things such as replacing an interior door, all of the door hinges and door knobs, re-caulking, etc., They transformed a tired rental into a well-maintained home. I love these guys and their work, and will definitely call them soon for another project being planned. I felt everything area was excellent. The only reason for giving Price a 'B' was because they were not the lowest priced option (but they also were not the most expensive).

Wow! Our tub is reborn! Bright white and clean looking. We resurfaced ourselves when we first moved in as a temporary fix, but the work these guys did was amazing! Ram called me to reply to an email I sent him as I need a good refinisher to refer clients to as well but never endorse someone until they have done work for me. He sent me a link to show me some past work and gave me a great price. Work was scheduled out for the following week. I did have to call him back to ensure that we were scheduled, his guys came early Friday afternoon and finished within several hours. The guys did great prepwork covering up the bathroom and left a little booklet behind as I was not there when the work was finished. Our tub looks amazing! May have to have him come back to do something to our formica countertops in the kitchen until we add on to our house. Thanks again! Will refer him business and glad to have found a refinisher in the Valley.

Ram was very friendly and professional over the phone when I scheduled the service. The workers were prompt, courteous, informative and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and then they immediately went about doing it. When they were done our tub and shower stall looked brand new. The workers did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We're very happy.

Great service,great results . I did some deep research before hiring New Look Surface to do the job and I am glad I made a good choice. The tile counter top does not even remind the old dated counter top we had before. The specks finish looks great and simply brought life into this dated counter top. The techs fixed few cracks and filled all the missing grout lines.The cabinets looks great as well. The faded oak cabinets have been refinished and satained in a dark expresso color and we added some new chrome handles and knobs.Looks sharp ! The entire remodeling project has been completed in less then a week!!! In the very first day the finishers came to my house,uninstalled the doors and drawers and took them to the their shop.In the following day the project manager brought me two of my cabinet doors stained in two different colors.He was kind enough to leave them so I can discus with my wife when she comes back from work. The following morning he came again to pick up the doors. Customer service at its best.Most of the messy job was done at their shop and we were able to keep using our bathroom.Love it ! If you are looking for an affordable way to upgrade your bathroom call this company. Great service, quality work and super affordable price (I paid $1575.00).

This time I decided to take advantage and used the coupon that technicians left me 4 months ago when I first hired the services of the company. It was nice to knock $50.00 out of the price.... Service was great,the techs showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Our "Pinky" Kitchen counter top now look so nice and clean. This service of this company is out of this world. Their techs mask and taped off the entire kitchen for 2 hours....They worked so clean and the counter is simply amazing. So different.They even cut one part of the counter to make it easier to enter the kitchen. For $1250.00 we got a new looking counter and a vanity.Not bad i would say.

Third time in 6 months. Great experience. This time we decided to make a quick face lift to our son's (attached to our house). Isaac, the project manager, came to our house and gave us an estimate to refinish 54 LF OF old oak cabinets and refinish the tile counter top. We wanted to get a white clean look to the cabinet and upgrade the look of the tile. Isaac took the time to explain us the refinishing process of the wood and the tile and we started the job 3 days later. After 10 days we had a new modern looking kitchen with a a beautiful counter. We LOVE it. The white cabinets even make the kitchen look bigger....Forgot to mentioned that that the installers also install all the new hard ware and hidden hinges for NO extra charge. Customer service at its best. Ram- great experience as usual. Keep up the good work.

Big mistake. I paid for these services in advance. Don't know why because I never (almost) do that. Then the work was done and I found the finish to be very rough when it should have been as smooth as porcelain. One month's use of one of the sinks and the old sink color was showing through the resurfacing. I'm just glad we were moving so I don't have to live with this job not well done. Beware! Do not use this service.
