Wonderful people to work with. Workers came on time. The whole area where they worked at was fully protected. After about a couple of days when everything was dried up, my tile shower & tub turned out perfect & looking brand-new. Now I can be proud to have guests use that bathroom once again.

The gentleman came out and was always pleasant, they never once acted like the issues were my fault. The entire staff was always pleasant and friendly. They did a fabulous job, very professional, always came on time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

New Look was referred to us by our friends who had their bathroom & kitchen done with this Company a few years back. During the time of me gathering several quotes, this Company was not the cheapest of them all. But Ram & the reputation of this Company sealed the deal for us. Obviously, when undertaking a major project such as a kitchen renovation, one would be skeptical & very careful in doing the job with a particular contractor. However, Ram was quite knowledgeable & experienced in this field. He was able to show me a few of their existing projects at the time I met him. His ideas, suggestions, answers to my questions & very professional & humble demeanor was what we liked about him a lot. I think that going with something such as a kitchen remodel puts too much stress on people so I had to be sure that I liked the person involved behind it first & foremost. Our kitchen turned out to be splendid! We love the elegant look it produced after everything was done. The floors were gorgeous. It now looks bigger & a more classy kitchen than before when it was just plain & ordinary. It was everything we have expected & so much more. We are now thinking about upgrading our bathrooms. Thank you Ram & please thank your whole crew for us. I'm sure that we will be seeing each other again soon for our other projects.

Jose and his assistant were prompt, actually coming a few minutes early, they were very personable and got right to work. My bathtub was very dirty, but they cleaned it up quickly and then taped-up and covered every thing including the bathroom door. When they finished approximately two hours later the tub was sparkling and looked brand new. There was no mess and other then the tape, paper and plastic film they used to keep the smell from moving through the house, my part of the clean up was minimal. One word, the smell can be very strong, just part of the business of re-glazing. If you keep the bathroom door closed and your house windows open it shouldn't last long. Would definitely use again.

Actually found Ram through a friend. Since I didn?t know this Company yet, I checked out first their website & reviews on Angie?s as well as on other review platforms like Yelp. So I decided to give them a shot. Very professional people. Ram since the initial meeting was a great guy with a vast knowledge of his work. He went with me in choosing my materials, fixtures & discussed every option available in refinishing or re-facing our cabinets. He educated me in making wise decisions by allowing me to know both advantages & disadvantages of choices being made in the process. His expertise proved to be an excellent source for me since I had ideas but really didn?t know how to let them materialize. Ram suggested things here & there. In the end, we did a combination of both what I wanted & he has envisioned. My kitchen transformation was amazing. Workers were on time & considerate of our home. Ram was readily available when I had to reach out to him several times for issues, questions or concerns. Really a great experience. I would truly love to work with them again in the future.

New Look did an amazing job on our kitchen. It was a tricky job, fabricating and installing new kitchen doors on existing cabinets that were not perfectly square. Their work was excellent, their workers were super-skilled and the kitchen looks like new. Excellent. I am new to the area, and not sure who to trust. Ram and New Look are great guys. Super professional, skilled and committed to making sure we were happy with the work. At the completion of the job, Ram even showed up himself, looked over the work and we had a glass of wine. The entire process was a pleasure, and we now have a great New Looking kitchen!

I wanted to upgrade my kitchen for the longest time but haven?t got the time or the budget to finally make it happen. Finally when I was ready, I began the exhaustive search of Companies & contractors. I knew about NEW LOOK from a friend who referred them to me. My friend & her husband used New Look Home Remodeling for their kitchen & found them on Angie?s. They said they had a wonderful experience with them & rarely had headaches to deal with. But I was not quite sure at the time since I was also able to find other ones whom I thought might be the ones for me. What sealed the deal for me was their reputation. I met Ram who came by to give me an estimate. I had a lot of questions & he was satisfactorily able to answer all of them. I was shown samples of past & current projects, as well as given references from his other customers. I guess his confidence in really knowing what he does plus his flexibility & availability cemented my decision. Then there was the pricing factor. Honestly I was presented with much cheaper quotes from others but then again, I?ve always been someone who factors in quality more than the price. I thought that if I was going for any sort of home upgrade, then I would rather spend a bit more with a Company who really knows what they?re doing & has a proven track record of excellent quality rather than experience a crappy cheaper service from other Companies. Ram & his crew always came on time. They did their job with a lot of respect & consideration for the other areas in our home. They cleaned up & they worked fast yet efficient. Ram was with us from step 1 until the end. I remember he used to even go with us in stores when we had to choose tiles or appliances or hardware as his input was valuable to us. In some cases, we were also given some discounted rates for materials we had to buy because of Ram. I had such a wonderful experience with this Company that I felt I had to leave a review on Angie?s & I seldom write reviews. I can foresee doing more jobs with them even small projects such as refinishing my tub or whatever. Thank you again Ram & New Look. I hope you see this.

Very talented people. Remarkable experience. I?ve heard from friends & other people of some of the horrendous & unpleasant experiences they?ve had with other contractors. But this Company was well worth it. Never had a headache. Project went as smooth as can be. From start to end, Ram & his crew did a wonderful job. Always on time, had everything in order, process done systematically & issues easily resolved. We had a bathroom remodeling done recently with New Look. Everything was totally demolished & taken out. At first, I was really nervous as this is our first for both --- doing remodeling AND doing it with this Company. It wasn?t long after I became very at ease with Ram. He knows his work. He was very knowledgeable & capable but most importantly, very flexible. We were guided all throughout the entire process. Although it was a few days later than expected to have the project done, it was all well worth it. I think we are going for our kitchen upgrade soon --- still with this Company.

I did not have any idea on how to go about our kitchen upgrade. All I knew is that I wanted a new counter & back splash & also needed the cabinets to have a different color. I've gathered 3 estimates & the main reason why I chose Ram of New Look is because I felt confident that he really knows what he's talking about. He presents you with excellent ideas that truly narrows down your options for an easier decision. His pricing was fair & reasonable. It was a pleasant experience for me. Their men came on time everyday & the thing I liked most was everyone's respect & consideration. They made sure to maintain the orderliness & cleanliness of the other parts of our house. Ram was always readily available when I had questions. And when issues were encountered, they were immediately addressed when it needed to be. The project for me being done with New Look was well worth my time, energy & resources. Our kitchen turned out to be perfect! I'm looking forward to working with this Company again.

Ram did a great job with initial explanations and vision with what we should do. he was extremely helpful at guiding us to the best decision on what to do. he was also very understanding in our limited time frame (4 weeks) to accomplish the job. And he did in-fact finish the job, but with most of the work happening toward the very end. So I was a little nervous, but he pulled it off. The quality was great. Between his guys, and the subcontractors he used, they did an excellent job. I could nit pick at a few very small items they missed, but overall, my wife and I are very happy with the work he did. I would definitely recommend him to others. I gave him only a B on professionalism. Could have been an A but I want to make a point that a couple of his workers left their lunch trash most everyday and one of them was a little unsavory at using our bathroom. Ram himself is a true professional. And I will also add that he is impeccable with his communications. I would give him a B+ in this area if I could. great guy.

Great experience. Last year we had them do our Kitchen and now they renovated our 1959 original bathroom. Basically we demolished the existing tub/shower combination and converted it into a fancy walk in shower with a sitting bench and rain shower head. We love it! The entire process went smooth. Demo was done in one day and the guys worked very clean. 18 days from start to finish,beautiful results,I am a happy lady. Ram the owner helped us pick all the materials and made sure we got contractor prices for all our purchases. Top class service !!!

New Look Home Remodeling did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen! We were relieved to find a contractor who could accomplish all the things we wanted: cabinets, countertops, tile, lighting, etc. We didn't have to hire anyone else. They stayed on budget and only went a few days beyond the estimated date. Ram, the owner, is very responsive. I would hire New Look Home Remodeling again.

They did a great job and sealed off the entire bathroom after the work was done so there was no chemical smell. We kept the fan on and the door sealed for 2 days (they said we could open it after 1 but we wanted to be safe) and when we opened it we had a great new bathtub/shower. There was no smell at all, which was something we were concerned about. The bathroom was well protected from the refinishing procedure (paper coverd all the hardware) and the whole procedure, not including letting it cure for a day or so, took less than 3 hours. Other places I called seemed very ambiguous about the time frame and scheduling, so I was happy to have a straightforward and professional company provide this service.

Ram & his crew at NEW LOOK gave me a remarkable experience. Initially, I only had my kitchen remodeled with them. The process went on very smooth that I decided to do my bathroom remodeling as well within the duration of the process. They took real good care of my kitchen & bathroom needs. Great workers with such a positive attitude: Whatever I asked for them to do, they did and more than once went an extra mile to do other stuff for me which was not originally part of the plan. Ram took care of all the permits required and therefore no headaches for me? I couldn?t believe that the transformation was so stress-free and turned out to be very much fulfilling for me because I got my dream kitchen & bathroom done in such excellent quality and at a good and fairly-priced value with very good people backing me up all the way until the end. I LOVE the two coffee mugs that they gave me when they finished the project! Thank you Ram! I will gladly spread the word about your company.

From start to end, Ram & Isaac has shown great professionalism. They guided my husband on which tile or color is best. They always had time for my inquiries or concerns & if ever I encountered an issue that I saw while the work was going on, Ram tried to address it asap & he always provided me with better solutions. Isaac & the crew came promptly on time each day, were very courteous & respectful of our other things at home that they made sure they didn't cause a mess. They cleaned up very well after the job was done too. Although I was a bit worried at first that the job would not finish on time, they actually did as promised considering the hoildays which just passed too. Some light fixtures were also replaced & installed new ones & Ram made sure that the electric part of the work was done without fault. I noticed that all of them from Ram & Isaac down to their crew, were very meticulous & detail-oriented. And I'm a highly critically meticulous person so I appreciated this quality which I saw in them. My ideas were always prioritized & guided at the same time ensuring that we got the best quality outcome. I feel I was really taken cared of by this Company & that it was never about the money for these guys but you really felt the sincerity in them wanting to make me feel very happy & satisfied with the end-result. I already recommended them to my friends & family & I would use New Look again for my future needs.

After collecting 5 diffrent estimates, my husband And I decided to go with New Look. The enire process was easy and smooth. Isaac and Ram helped me select the right tile and colors for the walls and it turned out Beautiful. Their service was super. Always on time, answeing all my questions ( and I had a lot...), willing to pick up the tile that I bought from the store. Not to mentioned that yhey helped my husband to remove a huge mirror from our gargae and load it into his car. They simply have great attiude. What else can you ask for. On the second day of the project they found out that my old faucet is leaking. They replced the pipe and the valve and never asked for any extra money. I also gave them a dead line and they were able to finish the project 2 days before a huge party that I had to host in my house. Very positive experince. i already reffer them to two family members and looking for my next project with them MY KITCHEN!!!

Initially I had given a 3 star on yelp-A-OK because the process was awful but Issac and the crew was good but after Ram the owner felt the need to harass me with a long text, two long emails and a phone call within 24 hours of my yelp review. Ram did not once asked "what he could do" or apologize. He instead tried to badger me by using his family to guilt me into changing my review. I am ONLY doing this because I DO NOT want anyone else to go through what I did. Below are some of the issues. I've never been more disappointed in a vendor from a personal and professional stand-point. $36.7K paid to contractor, spent $5K in fixtures for the remodel #1 Ram said on numerous occasion the project would be completed in 10 days not 21 days.. I have a text where I basically said to another contractor I was going with New Look because they promise it will be done by mid December, otherwise i would have gone with my cousin's friend who was at least $5K cheaper. I opt to spend more to get the project done early. Instead majority of the project was done two days before Christmas, the final inspection on the 7th of January. #2 When my brand new shower did not drain, after several texts and calls I finally got a text saying "go buy liquid plumber" I just spent over $35K and he wanted me to get liquid plumber. When I insisted on the snake, you said ok but not until Monday, not Saturday. Last time I checked plumbers do work on Saturdays. Then Sunday night after midnight I get a text the plumber is sick and will now come Tuesday, there is only one plumber? It doesn't matter I was inconvenient for three days. Perhaps if the contractor was local he would have come over the same night to check the drain himself instead of telling me to go buy some liquid plumber. I was absolutely flabbergasted! #3 Ram is taking credit for all the work but how did he help me with the design? I picked all the fixtures. In fact for the kitchen that came out nicely the comments I get from my friends are because they love the farm sink, faucet and the glass cabinet. Ram actually tried to talk me out of the farm sink saying it was a fad. I said I didn't care I wanted the farm sink. I pick the farm sink and faucet. The glass doors that was my idea. In fact the first time they return with the newly painted cabinet, the cabinet doors did not have the glass doors and I had to tell him. causing a delay. Perhaps if the contractor was on site more he would have caught this mistake. I made the decision to paint the cabinets white and counter top. The ONLY thing they helped me with was the backsplash. One of 5 main items does not make it their design the last time I checked. #4 The master bathroom -everything was personally picked and design by me, nothing was from the contractor. Not only the vanity shelves was ignored in hopes I wouldn't notice, I was suppose to have two niches but only one was installed. The only room they had a major influence was the guest bathroom and as you can see, it is average, essentially looks the same, lights weren't centered (no attempt to correct it despite my comment). :( #5 When i said I would like to clean the floors after majority of the work was done, Ram said, "don't worry you can clean, I will make sure people take off their shoes". What do I see when i come back from work,Ram in his shoes, the photographer in her shoes walking around my house..including the carpet..Picture of Ram with his shoes on my shower door was extremely disrespectful and rude. They made a you tube video and put my entire address!!! When I asked him to remove my address he said he would change it that night but nope, he did not and I had to email him the next day to have him remove my address, how dispectful and dangerous to post my address for anyone and everyone to see. #6 The tiles, yes I know I picked expensive design. However Ram said "don't worry Linda, I know what you like I can get the tiles a lot cheaper somewhere else, example was the stone tile for the walk in shower floor, he said he can get it for me for $6 a sq ft vs. the $15, when I inquire about the extra $1,500 and why it was so much more than what they estimated. His response"I didn't have time, so I just bought it at Imperial". Absolute no regard for my financial situation. #7 I paid for 6 pull out drawers but only 5 of the 6 was installed. The 6th drawer was just set aside with no explanation to why it wasn't being installed. Does this warrant a rating more than 2? There are more folks..Issac and the workers were in most part good. I truly believe it really is best to have a local contractor so they can be available and foresee any issues. I had several friends going through the remodel at the same time I was and they all used someone locally or someone they knew personally.

Changed an ugly, unusable bathroom to new and functional. The look is beautiful. It was a tiny bathroom but Ram was able to make great use of the space.

The process went very smoothly. We actually refinished our existing cabinets and made our kitchen look brand new. We also added cabinetry that matched our existing cabinets. We hired New Look after firing our first contractor because they did not communicate well and were not punctual. New Look was always on time and always communicated to us what their daily schedules were so we knew what time people would be at our home. Whenever there was any issue we could just call them and they would come over right away and look at our situation an take care of it right away.

We had a great experience working with New Look. I must admit that I am a very picky customer and had many issues in the past with contractors not able to meet my high expectations. With this company all went smooth from the moment we signed the contract till the delivery of the new kitchen. Before signing the contract I was mostly concern about the time frame. Ram the owner of New Look promised me a new working kitchen in less than 3 weeks. Based on my previous experience with contractors I was very skeptical but than Ram emailed me a day by day schedule which convinced me to give it a shot. I do not regret it at all !!! It was pleasure to work with Ram and his crews. Always on time,quick to respond to any question ( i had a lot....) and top class finishes. The new lacquer finish on the cabinets looks amazing ! It completely changed the theme of the kitchen. My old cabinets now have new modern look.Great job. Ram is a professional who knows the business inside out buy yet still very humble and willing to answer questions that might sound stupid to some come contractors... I am now going to remodel my master bathroom. Guess which company am I going to use... If you are looking for a reliable company with top class customer service,you can stop searching. Call this company and they will make it a positive experience for you. No hidden costs,straight forward people with a customer service that is second to none.

This was the ideal experience. They were very reasonable with prices and were able to give me an estimate immediately. Ram has everything ready on his iPad even photos of past work. I absolutely love how the kitchen turned out! They were also super easy and quick when it came to communication. During the kitchen remodel, I went through a family crisis and they really went above and beyond to help me keep the project going and to get it still done on time. Where else do you find that kind of service? I really cannot recommend them enough and will be using them again! If you go with New Look, you are in good hands.

Were torn between a major master bath gut job or doing nothing at all prior to selling home. New Look provided a middle ground. Removed two unnecessary vanities to open the space up. Painted remaining vanities. Added new granite countertop with under mount sinks. Removed old tile floor and installed new porcelain tiles. Re glazed shower and tub surround tiles. Installed all new faucets. Painted the entire room. Ram, Isaac and their crews were a pleasure to deal with. Appreciated the nightly cleanup. We received very favorable comments about the end result. A really good job at a very fair price.

I am thoroughly happy with the work that New Look Surface did refinishing my bathtub and the tile on the walls surrounding the tub. They were very dedicated to doing a complete and thorough job of refinishing and making sure that I was completely happy with the end result. They took an old bathtub and turned it into a lovely addition to my bathroom. I wanted to get the work done before the holidays as I had company coming into town. They were very accommodating booking an appointment right away. The work was very professional. I had no problems with any aspect of their work. The room was completely sealed off so that no dust settled in the house and I was informed beforehand that it would need to be sealed off for 24 hours. After completing the work I wasn't sure the color was exactly what I had in mind and wanted a little more roughness on the bottom to prevent slipping. They came back right away and completely refinished the tub again for me at no charge! They also hauled away the old glass doors. I am so thrilled with the outcome that I wish I had thought of having this done much earlier.

This company is terrific to work with. They are on top of it. Always got back to me the same day, sometimes, the same hour. And they were very flexible. We had a problem with the cabinets coming in from Home Depot damaged that delayed the project by a couple of weeks and we had a BBQ planned for the 4th of July. They were amazing, finishing everything in 2 days so that we had beautiful bathrooms for our party. Totally saved the day! They explain everything along the way, because when you are dealing with bathrooms that haven't been remodeled since the 60s, in a house originally from 1927, you are going to find things (luckily we didn't find much!) I added some things as we went too that they had no problem completing. Naturally all of that will raise prices but it was minimal. We purchased everything we wanted to be changed, except the custom shower door, so mostly we just paid for labor which kept the costs very reasonable for 2 bathrooms.
