Refused to do the work.
Description of Work: Called to have my utility sink reglazed. They don't work on them any longer. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. What a shame since I was going to use this as a test. If they did good work, I had a whole bathroom for them to do also.

Description of Work: New countertop, cabinents, recessed lighting, install island hood, range top, fridge, sink/faucet. Ram made sure all of my concerns were addressed, which I appreciated. Work estimate was somewhat accurate, we had an expectation it would take 2 weeks, but majority of work was done within 3 weeks. Work occurred even during the Super Bowl, so I could appreciate the project kept moving.
