Before we hired Moriah Remodeling & Construction, we met several contractors in order to get as many opinions as we could for the remodeling and mainly, to know how much will it cost us to do it. We selected Moriah Remodeling & Construction due to several reasons that included: Mixture of worth, carefulness and of course price. During the remodeling, Eran and his team were in continuous communication with us and they always consulted with us when it comes to any serious decisions. All the small changes that accorded during the construction were managed great by Eran and his people. I can state that we are kind of precise customers that always look for the small details because we always love to have ‘perfect things’ and Moriah Remodeling & Construction took each of our comments in a seriously manner. They also went above of what we wanted in order to make sure that our house was protected from any type of damage during the work. We hired Moriah Remodeling & Construction for a complete master bath remodeling including the kitchen and patio as well as a replacing few windows on the back of the house. Our remodeling was complicated and we are happy with the final results. We would certainly choose Moriah Remodeling & Construction in the future and highly recommend them.

We hired Moriah Remodeling & Construction to remodel our master bathroom and 2 other bathrooms at our house and we are extremely happy with the results of all the bathrooms. From the first meeting that we had with Eran till the end of this big remodeling project, we noticed very clear about their extra care to all the details and how eager they were in order to achieve the top quality of final remodeling. The design was made by them at their office and it was absolutely superb and the design show how they invested the time in order to get the best and max use of the existing space. They were very patient during our communications and when we seat and reviewed the estimate, Eran spent the extra time to explain the differences between several types of materials and the pluses and minuses of the decisions we need to make. All the actual people who worked at our house on our project, were skilled, hardworking and polite (from the project manager to the subcontractors). On top of all the above, they arrived to the house each day they finished the remodeling project as agreed with no delays. We would highly recommend Moriah Remodeling & Construction.

Eran supervised his people to renovate my bathroom at my house 3 months after I moved in to it. His work was great and included basically everything from plumbing to double vanity and electricity. His workers were great people and they came to work each day and 1 time even during the weekend and all of that in order to finish it on time and based on the schedule that Eran promised me when we signed the agreements. Eran was very honest with me and he even took me to his vendors in order to find and buy all the big materials for the work. The final work that he did came out outstanding and beautiful.

We recently completed a full tear-out of my bathroom. This remodeling was the second remodeling project I had done with them. I knew they were still in business because I have seen their signs around my neighborhood a couple times throughout the year. I was happy to schedule a meeting with Eran when I called the office in order to get an estimate for that remodeling while checking out what ideas will he have and if he can start the work 4 weeks later. Eran was at the house for each step of the remodeling and he made sure that all the workers (4 in total) completing the stages on time and without any mistake. Eran and his guys were able to complete the bathroom in 3 weeks and this included all the work from a to z. now that the work is done and I can use the bathroom, I can tell that I’m very impressed with all the attention that they put into the work, mainly to detail.

Moriah Remodeling & Construction did a fairly extensive renovation of our Los Angeles home. The work included adding a powder room, removing old built-in cabinets, adding a built-in bookcase in the living room, extending one wall and shortening another wall, installing new heating/air conditioning, recessed lighting, plus new wood floors in several rooms. Plus a lot of other enhancements. We've moved several times over the years and done a lot of renovations for each one of the new homes we moved into. This time, when we purchased our new home, we hired Moriah Remodeling & Construction to perform several remodeling parts at the new home and this time was one of the easiest and less complicated one with the least exhausting so far. Eran who was the main person that we talked and worked with, was thorough in his estimate and always made sure to document any task for the remodeling and made sure we will approve it and any additional work that we want on our part. Jacob was the hands-on guy. He knew what to do and he among his professional crew did quality work and was responsive to our needs. Before the remodeling, we called them for little projects and they've always stepped up to help, even though the projects were small and not profitable for them. On top of Jacob and Eran, the whole team of workers were a pleasure to work with. During this remodeling, Eran and Jacob did a great work by remodeling our Master bedroom, Kitchen and bedrooms. By this saying, we must mention that the kitchen included all the appliances, counter tops, floor, paint, plumbing and lighting. In the bedrooms, they did not only do the bedroom itself, but the bathrooms and the closets too. Finally, we felt the costs were quite reasonable relative to the work involved. We would definitely use Moriah Remodeling & Construction again if/when the need were to arise.

The project that was designed and complete by Moriah Remodeling & Construction contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with Eran and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Moriah Remodeling & Construction were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. We are pleased with the final project and would certainly work with Moriah Remodeling & Construction again.

This was the first time we have done a big remodeling that required hiring a big company that can do it and bring it to reality. We searched for contractors and we met with like 6 of them after we checked about them and saw what other projects they did in the past and in the present. Moriah Remodeling & Construction was one of the companies that caught our attention and after we met with them, we felt that it was a great find. Now after our remodeling project is completes, we can say that their service was top notch and beyond what we thought to get. The worker and the supervisor that handled the project were very responsive and professional from the beginning and they patiently heard every though we had and vision for our home. Eran and the office staff, kept in touch with me especially throughout the work and provided me with a daily and weekly updates. What we liked most was that they were detail-oriented and they made sure that each thing will be in perfection condition and without any mistake. The results of the kitchen remodeling, dining room and the 3 bathrooms that Eran and his workers did were much more above of what we expected and we are rating it as nothing less than top quality. It's obvious that there is a lot of pride in the work produced. They followed up the following day after I signed off on the work to make sure I was happy with the results. I'm also happy to say that these projects were completed ahead of schedule! I have a very busy schedule and again I very much appreciated that. Because I truly had a positive experience, I've already recommended classic to friends and neighbors and I have learned that lately that few of them already called to meet with them. I plan on working with them again on future projects.
