My bathroom was remodeled by Moriah. It is now much more modern and minimalistic than it was before. I have new flooring, sophisticated recessed lighting, LED lighted mirror and a brand-new floating vanity that has a spa look with the wood door and above counter sink. The entire bathroom was painted a pretty blue color including the walls and ceiling. Even the door was re-painted white. I also have a new toilet bowl. I already had an existing shower that had recently been installed. Fantastic job!

I had a terrible experience with Moriah Remodeling and Construction. I hired them to add lights to my living room and bathroom, replace my electrical box, install a tankless water heater,and remodel my kitchen. Initially, they told me the project would take 30 to 45 days, but it ended up taking nine and a half months due to delays caused by Moriah's failure to obtain the correct permits. Towards the end of the project, I discovered that they were hiring multiple sets of subcontractors to work on my project, leading to delays and incorrect completion of various parts of the project. I was also wrongly blamed for errors in ordering parts. Furthermore, I was informed that certain aspects included in my initial contract were not covered by the project's price and would require additional payment to be completed correctly and on time. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will never consider hiring this company again. Additionally, the owner of the company requested payment for work that was never completed and refused to return to complete or repair anything until he was paid for incomplete work.

Moriah helped us to convert half bath to a gorgeous full bath. Right from the time I reached out to get an estimate to project completion, Moriah provided support and guidance on every step. The work was completed as scheduled. Special shout out to Rachel for being available throughout the project.

We selected Moriah Remodeling & Construction to remodel the kitchen in our home. We obtained 3 estimates and Moriah Remodeling & Construction was the lowest, by far. The project went ahead pretty smoothly. Like all construction projects, there were issues. Some of the cabinets were the wrong size or were missing parts. The fridge we ordered fit in the space, but the doors couldnâ t open because it was a French door style. Through all of these issues, Eran answered immediately and responsively and kept his cool. The project was completed about a week later than expected, but our timeline was flexible and, given the issues we went into, I was happy with the timing. The kitchen appeared great, too. Iâ ll definitely be talking to Moriah Remodeling & Construction for all of our future improvement needs!

As soon as we met and spoke to Eran from Moriah Remodeling and Construction, we knew they are the right company and people to hire for our remodeling project. We spent a few days by meeting and interviewing other contractors before but none of them was able to provide us the right combination that Eran had. They did a marvelous remodeling job at our house. Eran was able to pick up the broken parts from the last contractor (that left the project in the middle) and built the home that we dreamed of. We can say for sure that we couldnâ t have done it without Eran and the team. They are the perfect team with so much experience. The office staff side was able to make the entire process of billings, schedules follow up so much easier because it would have been a real nightmare without her. Eran was in contact with us on a daily basis almost to make sure that we are aware of the daily progress. Everyone was very aware of the budget and they made sure to not pass it. Even our neighbors and family members complimented on how stunning and professional the team is. We can really write here that Eran went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We are positive that many people will read this and some of them even have their own bad experiences with bad contractors. We can ensure that whoever will hire Moriah Remodeling and Construction will not have to worry because they are professional, honest, trustworthy and they are always responsive!

Eran was very professional, honest, helpful, and skilled at designing and remodeling our house completely. the knowledge of Eran and involvement in our project were much more than we thought, and his ability to manage so many people at the same time while focusing on the perfection of the work gave us a great picture of what type of company they were and what we would get at the end of the work. We want to thank Eran and everyone in his team for the wonderful help and the work that they did at our house. We highly recommend them to anyone.

Moriah Remodeling & Construction finished the conversion of our garage into a guest room that included a small kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The remodeling project took 2.5 months, and it was based on a daily basis work under the supervision of Eran and the office staff. Each stage started only after Eran personally visited our house and confirmed that the previous stage was complete. This way of work made our remodeling so easy, stress-less and easy. The office staff on the other hands.... made sure that all the orders, delivered and invoicing will be no less than perfect and she made sure that everything will be ready for the teams at least 1 day before they will move to the next stage. Each week we had several conversations with Eran regarding the progress and we were in the loop at any time during the work. We are very happy with Moriah Remodeling & Construction and we will hire them again in the future.

We used Moriah Remodeling & Construction for a remodeling project recently and I cannot recommend them extremely enough. They did awesome work at all stages of the remodeling project, from drafting to design to the actual work. On top of that, they were very friendly and nice people to work with. My remodeling project included: New kitchen, new hardwood flooring and paint of the entire house, in addition to some minor bathroom updates. From the beginning, the design team made me feel at ease with their wonderful suggestions and attention to all the detail. Working with them certainly felt like a collaborative effort. They are very open to my ideas, implementing the great ones and explaining the differences. In addition to designing the cabinets, they helped me select all the appliances, flooring, paint. The team was top-notch. They were friendly, skilled, hardworking and excellent craftspeople. The whole remodeling project was completed within our budget and just a little over timeâ ¦ but thatâ s because we added more things during the work. Were thrilled with how things turned out!

We can say that Moriah Remodeling & Construction does get any remodeling project done! Eran and his excellent & professional team worked so efficiently while the painters were able to do a remarkable paint work. They proved to us that they are way much more than other home improvement company much better than what anyone hopes & wish to have. They always were on time, very detailed oriented, accurate & fair estimated, while providing helpful solutions. Eran, on the other hand, did keep his promises and we love it. Eran & the team were friendly, helpful and as minimally noisy as they could. We highly recommend them for any remodeling project such as ours (kitchen and bathrooms remodeling).

Eran and his team did a stunning remodeling job at our home. We hired them for a full garage renovation. The project was not small - we started with an original small garage and we wanted it fully renovated to modern standards and larger. The project included full electrical rewire, insulation, drywall, paint, epoxy floor, and even window replacement. Moriah Remodeling Construction did a truly outstanding job on the project, with amazing attention to detail. They worked with us every step of the way. The whole crew was great to work with. Very nice people, reliable, and very skilled. They somehow managed to create exactly what I had pictured in my mind.

Huge thanks to the entire team and office staff at Moriah Remodeling & Construction for a remarkable remodeling project well done. A leaky garage made us to find a reliable company that can help and convert it into a guest room. At the end of the work, we ended up with a beautiful guest room that includes a good sized shower, along with a great closet space, electricity, new flooring and a small patio in the side of the garage to the side of the house. Having a dedicated supervisor and a fair budget kept the 4 months remodeling project moving forward. Having a professional, hardworking, and courteous team made us to still live in the house with our children during the whole project. When issues arose (which is completely normal), the working team was professional and made all the relevant changes and corrections. We are super pleased!

I wish we knew Eran earlier. If so, we would absolutely hire Moriah Remodeling & Construction to do all the remodeling projects we did at our house. Guliano and his crew remodeled our 2 bathrooms at our home. Not only he was honest, professional and reliable person, he also was an absolutely resourceful person to work with. His experience in solving problems is incredible and his work honesty is beyond anyone's expectations. Guliano made sure to keep the remodeling project on time and below the budget. He also made sure that we were happy with each part of the work before moving forward with the work. We know for sure that without him, this remodeling project would never finish the way it was. We were preparing to do a massive remodeling project to our kitchen and living room area including the installation of the entire flooring at our house and then to get a new paint also throughout the house. We found Guliano at Moriah Remodeling & Construction through some online searching and we are so happy we did! Our first renovation with Moriah Remodeling & Construction was in 2017 for the remodeling of our master bathroom. We basically searched online and found a design that we loved and Eran worked with us very well and made it a reality. Because we were so satisfied with his workâ ¦ we hired them recently to remodel our guest bathroom, kitchen and master bedroom. We are really in-love with the new home that they designed and built for us! We really love the new modern look and Eran was perfect in doing just that. We think and know that he can design basically any style! He has that ability to see the overall layout and the details of each remodeling job. We canâ t believe how we were able to incorporate everything we wanted and needed into a single contractor. We knew he was honest and the contract and final costs will be absolutely transparent. When there was a problem, Eran was working on it until it was done the perfect way. He always used the best quality materials and hardware. We canâ t be happier with our stunning and new spaces! They are definitely what we wanted and no one who comes over to our house fails to say  - What a beautiful house!

I cannot write here enough great things and words about Eran and Moriah Remodeling and Construction! Recently, I have been involved in few remodeling projects on investment properties and my past experience with this type of work is that they can be hard, difficult and very stressful. Eran was able to take a remodeling project and to make it very easy for me. He was well organized, always on time, made sure to work around the timeline and schedules while always available to listen to any comments or concerns that I had, easy to reach when needed, keeping the high quality of work, had great solutions and managed hard all the teams in order to make it better than the right way. I have referred him and Moriah Remodeling and Construction to few friends of mine already and I would absolutely hire him and Moriah Remodeling and Construction again for any future remodeling project!

We already had a quote for our kitchen remodeling project when we happened to see the work of Moriah Remodeling & Construction at a friendâ s house and we decided to hire them for our house too. It was by far the best decision we did. Not only did they come over to see whatâ s involved in the projectâ ¦ but to also improve our vision and ideas about what we can do for the same budget. The new ideas that they came up with was much better than what we wanted originally. The management and working experience that we went with them was perfect! Eran and his team leader were always there for us for any answer and/or question and none of our requests was too small to accommodate. The whole project was to remodel the kitchen firstâ ¦ than all the bathrooms and last was the entry of the house. All of that was done in an expedient and professional way from the beginning to the end and the total price for all of that was exactly as Eran said. Our friends keep comment to us that the remodeling is stunning and that we have an amazing new house now that was worth each and every dollar that we spend.

I had a patio awning installed and it was done expeditiously and professionally. I am enjoying the looks and the shade that it has provided. The price was what motivated me in having Moriah do the work - they could not be beat.

We had few quotes before we hired Moriah Remodeling & Construction because we wanted to be sure that we will get the best value to our money for the project that we did. The first appointment we had with them was the very pleasant & professional that included many ideas and solutions. We were given a realistic quote of how we should approach the remodeling, how much we should spend & how long it will take the project to be completed. Based on our meetings, Eran came up with a detailed design of how we wanted everything from the color of the counter, sink, windows, doors, light fixtures and the specific hardware that we wanted for the kitchen remodeling. The crew was always on time & worked for full days. All of our inquiries (no matter how silly they were sometimes) were addressed and solved. One of the main issues was that we did not agree on how the color of the sample cabinet came out & Eran immediately changed it and updated it so we will love it. The overall results of the kitchen was perfect! Moriah Remodeling & Construction is by far an extremely reliable & professional construction company to hire for home improvements. We are now thinking of upgrading our pool / back yard area in the next few months which they also specialize in. Great practice. Outstanding people from top to bottom.
