Overall I was OK with Martin's Service. I was eventually charged $125 which I thought was quite a lot, frankly!! He did have to get into the attic to access the fuse panel, but he did not have to crawl inside or go fully inside. Fetching ladder and etc to replace the fuse probably took longer than actually replacing the fuse. That's why I think the $125 was excessive..!
Description of Work: I was installing a new thermostat and somehow must have shorted two wires. Therefore the new thermostat would not power-on. I called Martin and explained what had happened. He mentioned there would be a $75 service call fee. The $75 was applied towards a fuse installation.

Outstanding job - - prompt, neat, thorough, shared info about the systems' conditions and results.
Description of Work: Twice yearly service of our air conditioning and heating systems (two complete systems) including cleaning furnaces, cleaning/disinfecting filters, cleaning condensers, checking pressures.
