The job went great. Eric and his men were very professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and made sure we knew what they were doing and why. They also took the time to explain the best way for us to care for the bathroom tiles going forward.

This company did an absolutely amazing job. I have found myself talking to family and friends all week about the difference between doing business with a family owned business vs a large company--and it is night and day. Owner Eric and his fabulous crew show up when they say they will and it is a pleasure to have them in your home. They've been in business some 40 odd years and most of the people who work for them have exceedingly long tenure. I've lived in my house for 10 years and in that time the floors have never been professionally cleaned/polished. The grout in particular was quite dirty and my beautiful marble floors (from years of cleaning it incorrectly) were quite streaky. They cleaned the grout on the tile floors on their hands and knees with wire tooth brushes! When they were done, the marble and tile looked unbelievable. The tile in the master bath looked better than the day I moved into the house when it was brand new! In the past when I've had my carpets cleaned by one of the large commercial companies the high traffic areas never came clean. When I pointed this out to the technician, their response typically was "Do you want us to go over it?" Leo's team pre-treats everything and they don't stop cleaning until the carpet is actually clean--every square inch of it. Even the high traffic areas in my house look fabulous. You may think that $2500 is high but I have to point out the concept of "worth what paid for". These people cleaned EVERYTHING in my house for this price. As mentioned above, carpets, all floor surfaces, upholstery, granite and stone countertops in a very large house. There were 4 of them and they worked tirelessly for an entire day. They actually did more than what I asked them to do for the price quoted. I cannot say enough about Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them (already have) to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thanks a million Leo!

Eric, the owner, was on-site for the cleaning (as he says he always is) and oversaw all aspects of the job. He is very detail-oriented and very thorough on the cleaning. His crew was friendly and courteous and they did a fantastic job! Carpets and 3 rugs look great! My parents live nearby and they brought 3 dining room chairs for him to clean and he did it for free! He also polished our granite countertops for free as well as our bathroom tile floor in 3 bathrooms! What value and customer service! The job took about 4 hours and was a very pleasant experience. I was nervous about cleaning my area rugs on the wood floor due to the water, but the wood floors were totally dry and unharmed after the cleaning. I would absolutely call Eric again knowing how attentive he his to the customers needs and worries. And they are very respectful of the house, putting bumpers on corners so the hoses don't scratch walls as they work, and wiping up any water on the hard flooring. Great job!!

I was going to be coming in for a visit with my parents and knew their floors were in desperate need of a good cleaning. I contacted the company before my travels and told them about when I was considering having the floors done. They asked me to call when I got in to town which I did. Eric came out the same day for an estimate and couldn't have been nicer. He talked me into cleaning two additional floors for only a small increase in the fee and I am sure glad he did. I was happy that they reserved my date and time for cleaning even before I got into town. Now, that was great! When the team arrived they got right to work and finished in no time. The floors look amazing, especially the kitchen that he convinced me to have them clean and promised if I didn't like it, I didn't have to pay. My parents were out of town when the floors were done and were overjoyed when they saw them. Thank you for helping me to make my parents happy. You run a first rate business.

Eric and his workers were terrific. I thought I might have to replace my hardwood floors, but after using Leo's Hardwood Floor Co, I don't need to. He did exactly what he said he would do. The company was on-time and finished as they said they would. I would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Perfect. They called ahead to give me an hour's notice. Eric, the owner, always comes and worked side by side. They take VERY good care of the house. No suprises. Looks AMAZING. last year's stain lasted longer than he projected. I will always use this company!

We called to schedule and he was very prompt in getting back with me. He was very nice and clarified that the Big Deal covered ceramic tile and couldn’t be used for travertine or natural stone. We’ll probably have him come out to give us a quote to do our tile any way after our positive interactions.

I got Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance from Angie's list, where they received five million - it seemed - great reviews. What I read from others was my own experience. Eric and his crew arrived on time, went overboard to help me finish preparing my home and garage for their cleaning work, and then did a wonderful, professional job. Because this is a family-owned company, with crew members who have worked with them for many years, I felt at ease leaving them to it for hours as I attended to other things elsewhere in town. Some of the extra effort I especially appreciated was their moving my refrigerator to clean and polish underneath, moving my washer and dryer out so that garage area would get cleaned too; making the effort to scrape up old, icky linoleum floor tiles that were stuck to the garage floor, sticking around to help me put back everything in house and garage and then generously pressure-washing so many other areas of my property. When they were done, I felt it was worth every penny I paid. I I recommend them. Somewhere in here I wanted to mention the pride Eric takes in his work. At one point, he didn't want me to see the kitchen floor yet, because it had come out so well he wanted me to experience the full effect after the sealer was on. People had lived on that floor for more than 20 years and the difference, especially in the kitchen, was huge.

Eric and his crew showed up exactly as promised, on time and ready to go to work. The job took 3-1/2 - 4 hours; the crew moved every item that could be moved and even got completely under the beds. In addition to the wood floor, they polished the tile floors in my bathrooms and thoroughly cleaned the grout, which had not been discussed when the job was quoted. Eric "threw this in" and included it in the overall price. In addition, they cleaned, polished and buffed my granite countertops in the kitchen at no extra charge. This included taking everything off the counters. I could not have been more satisfied with the job and certainly would not hesitate to recommend this company. As an aside, Eric stayed on the job the entire time and worked right along with his men. That impressed me!

Eric called to say was running a little late, which I appreciated. He arrived within 30 minutes of original start time and his crew got to work. Both sofas were taken outside and were throughly cleaned, and excess mositure vacumned out. I was a little suprised by this, but happy that they were not inside with moisture getting on my newly installed hardwood flooring. The sofas have loose cushions, so both the top and the bottom were cleaned. After the cleaning process, scotchguard was applied to the fabric and the sofas were put on blocks-so no moisture could get on the flooring. I thought I might have to replace the sofas, because they were so grimy-but they came out clean and fresh. Eric said it would take about 4 hours for the fabric to dry, but it took much longer-really closer to 24 hours for me to feel confident that no moisture was trapped in the cushions. Power equipment was used to scrub and clean the tile in the entry way and the kitchen. All tile looks clean and bright, and a sealer was applied to keep the grout from absorbing moisture and dirt. As an "extra" Eric cleaned the tile in my bathroom at no extra charge. It was thoroughly cleaned, and looks great. I think the price was very fair for the amount of tile and the number of sofas involved. Overall I am very happy with the work done and would recommend this service.

I called Leo's Holland Floor Maint. for an estimate on carpet cleaning, giving Eric the approximate square footage which needed cleaning, informing him no furniture was to be moved. He estimated the cost to be in the range of $500 to $700, based on the information over the phone. He made it clear the higher range was unlikely and was given "just in case" they were faced with an unexpected problem. An appointment for cleaning was made at that time for Nov. 13. He and his workers were on time (actually a bit early--how often does that happen?) He looked at the areas which needed cleaning and gave the $550 estimate. Eric over-saw all the work. He also took us out to the van to show us their equipment and explained what everything did. They took great care in protecting our furniture and woodwork, placing large wrap-around protectors at all corners. They were in and out in about two hours. Eric informed us it would take approx. 24 hours for the carpeting to dry. They are very professional, polite/courteous. My family and I couldn't be happier; we will definitely use them again.

This is a big house and it still has its original WHITE carpeting. I would never have chosen white, personally, and with two kids and two dogs it's been a nightmare to keep clean. And now, many years later, the carpet has taken a beating, been stained and trampled and cleaned by others who did at best a mediocre job. I had given up on ever being happy with the way it looked and decided I'd just have to tough it out until I could afford to re-carpet. And then I found Leo on Angie's List. He is, far and away, the BEST I have ever seen and I've seen quite a few different cleaners over the years. Leo had his crew in promptly, they worked quickly and quietly, and did the best job I've ever seen. I can't believe how good the carpet looks. It actually looks new. Just amazing. I couldn't be happier. They also buffed and polished my granite counters and they now sparkle! Plus, not only is Leo a delightful, charming person, but his crew is too. Professional, thorough, efficient - I could see they really took pride in their work. And they should because their work is top notch. I just can't recommend Leo's Holland Floor maintenance highly enough. I'll never go to anyone else.

They were prompt and they came and gave an estimate before doing the work, they stuck to the estimate at all times of the project. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

I love Eric and his crew! I have been welcoming Eric into my home for years because his company provides the best work. He is honest, dependable and a nice person. This is a family owned business. Eric's mother does the scheduling, Eric does every estimate personally and he is present at every job. His crew has been with him for 25 years. This time Eric and his team cleaned the carpets in my large master bedroom, a very big walk-in closet, and the hallway to the bedroom. They also cleaned the carpeted stairs to the lower level and the badly stained carpeting in a guest room (stains gone). In addition, they cleaned and polished the wood parquet floor in my large living room. The living room floor hadn't been done in years and now they look fabulous. I put Eric's company on Angie's List because he deserves to have clients who understand and appreciate his quality of service. I think Angie's List is a dependable resource and the people who use it will find Eric and be happy they did.

It was fantastic. Eric and his team arrived right on time. We went over everything they would be doing throughout the house. We had not originally discussed having the grout cleaned but after Eric showed me their process, I was very impressed and opted to have all my floor grout cleaned as well. The finished carpet, floor grout, and granite counter-tops look amazing. My floors seriously look like new. The team Eric uses are very professional, accommodating, neat and efficient. Eric went around the house cleaning additional items which had not been discussed, at no additional charge. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Leo's Holland's Maintenance to anyone looking to have this type of work done. First class company!

I am EXTREMELY happy with all aspects of their work: 1. Service 2. Quality 3. Customer Service 4. Price 5. Value!! Eric was the first person, out of three, I called to get a quote. The second quote was an extreme 'low-ball'. The third quote was comparable in price. HOWEVER, though Eric's starting quote was higher he was including A LOT OF EXTRA'S....which the third person simply couldn't even perform. Eric and his team cleaned all the tile floors and the grout, all the granite counters in the whole house, cleaned and mopped all wooden floors. Eric was reasonable and easy to work with. After a quick price discussion we finalized the contract. His price was only nominally higher...BUT HE WAS DEFINITELY A BETTER VALUE AND HIS TEAM DID A GREAT JOB!! Also, his team had missed an inconspicuous closet on the first floor. I called soon after they left at the end of the day and received a prompt call back. They scheduled me for another time. When his team returned, not only did they complete the closet, they touched-up a really bad spot in a bedroom and the stairs. They must have spent and extra 30 minutes after the closet cleaning!! VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!!

Called about having sofa cleaned as well as bathroom ceramic floor tile. Even though they advertise that they service Ventura, they considered our job too small to bother with the drive. And the price they quoted was way high (had to make up for the drive, they said). Will not consider using them for anything in the future, even with their superior rating on Angie's List. They came across as snobs. Found someone else (Pac Pro Clean - Scott Bland - Agoura Hills) willing to live up to his advertising and travel to Ventura (even for a fairly small job). Scott knows how to build customer loyalty. Apparently, Leo's is too big/successful to care about the little guy anymore.

Eric and his crew came on time, were very efficient, and friendly. Eric listened to our requirements and performed over our expectations. For example, Eric was able to get dirt out of our carpets that a previous cleaning by another party was unable to accomplish, after sealing our kitchen granite Eric asked if there was other areas that we would like done, and left us with some granite polish to apply in the future. We will definitely use Eric for our future carpet cleaning needs.

They were punctual, thorough, friendly, and fast. In addition, they cleaned and sealed my Silestone countertops for no extra charge.

They were extremely professional. The owner Leo, not only came to estimate the job, but he supervised the crew. They moved all of the furniture and then did numerous "extras" that were not included in the original estimate, and did them gratis. I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to others. They were a pleasure to deal with.
