Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance

Eric is the owner of this company. I have used him for approximately 5 years. I am writing to share with you his honestly, professionalism and true concern and caring that Eric has for his customers. I have fairly new carpet and dropped shavings of a crayon eyeliner pencil on my carpet. I tried to remove the spot my self but wasn't successful. I was hesitant to call Eric because I didn't think that it would be worth his while to clean just the hallway where the damage was. I decided to call him anyway just to do that part or more if necessary. He arrived with his two men, came inside looked at my carpet and the stains and did not think that he didn't think he could clean it. He also told me that my carpet looks great and it didn't need cleaning. I also have a dhurrie rug that had a few stains on it. He looked at it and said that he didn't clean that type of rug. He and his men helped us move a heavy table to smooth out a rug. I wanted to pay him for his visit and asked him what I owed him. He said that he didn't know what to charge. He would leave it to us. He is a gem and it is a pleasure. It is not often that you meet someone with integrity. He is an expert and professional and I would highly recommend him

I called Leo's and was given an estimate over the phone based on the amount of rooms to clean. They came on time and with the owner who stayed and supervised all parts of the cleaning. They moved any furnishings very carefully and protected the floors from the furniture when finished. They had fans for the room I needed to use and all carpets were dry by the next day. They cleaned the carpets wonderfully and even got rid of spots that others could not. They also cleaned the walk in closet for free and gave me a good deal for being an Angie's List member. I would recommend this company any time. They were great.

Great-- the estimate on the phone was a range, depending on the size of the area. When they arrived, he lowered the cost because he saw that the space was smaller than anticipated. They did great work, and I would have them come back again (when I need to do another thorough cleaning).

Leo is professional, personable and dedicated to making sure he and his crew does a quality job. They did an awesome job getting heavily soiled carpets in our high traffic areas clean as can be. They also cleaned a 3 piece sectional and did a fantastic job!

three people came, the owner and two long time workmen.moved everything except the beds and two china cabinets. were glad to respot really dirty areas.very pleasant to work with. i will have them back again.

this is a water based cleaning system. carpet dried out entirely overnight.

Its hard to keep the large grout lines clean and they did a GREAT job!! Looks just like the day I had it installed. Leo quoted me $400 on the phone to clean the tile, based on my description, and then stayed with the quote upon inspection. There is a 15' x 15" area rug in the family room that Leo offered to clean for free as a thank you for the call. Leo and his 2 man crew were fantastic. They cleaned the tile and grout, moved furniture, took the area rug outside to clean it, replaced it and all the furniture. Whole thing took about 2 1/2 hours. The guys worked so h****** a hot valley day and were courteous, friendly and efficient. Bought them all some fast food lunch and I tipped Leo's men $25 each for all they had done. Total cost $450. Cannot recommend them higher!!

On time. Assessed requirements for moving furniture, areas for special attention, etc., and completed work in a smooth, efficient 3-man operation. Fast but did not seem rushed.

Leo's carpet care is first class..We have white carpet which they cleaned to look like new. We also have wood flooring which we thought would have to be stripped and restained but they showed how they cleaned the flooring and it looked fantastic. We will certainly give them a call again. Besides doing a great job they were also on time (called before they came )

I appreciated Eric's prompt return of my phone call, his professionalism in answering all my questions, his honesty and best value suggestions for price, and his overall friendly and accommodating attitude. I'm holding off on his services for the time being due to distance considerations (he's in Woodland Hills and I'm in Yorba Linda), but I'll definitely consider Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance in the future when I have a larger scope of work to be done.

I've used Eric and his company before (once for my own home and once for one of our rentals). This is the second time I've called Eric to turn around a rental property and both times, I felt like I got MORE than what I paid for. Professional, on time, trustworthy - and they do a GREAT job. My condo looked like new after they walked out of there.

Arrived on time. Went right to work cleaning all prearranged areas. Team of about 5 people along with the owner. Cleaned the grout (tile floors) in the kitchen and bathroom- actually getting down on their hands and knees using small brushes to get them clean. Carpets and area rugs cleaned using soap free method. Very thorough! Worked fast and efficiently. Will use them again next year.

Eric an his crew were even a little earlier than the appointment called for despite our house being a little hard to find because of faulty gps directions. They were very careful setting up, even putting shields on corners of the walls to protect them from the hoses. The job went very quickly with a minimum of disturbance. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work and the results.

Services were performed as promised in a prompt manner. Because this is surface cleaning and not refinishing the end result was fine, but definitely not for those who want a flawless appearance. Eric, the owner, is pleasant, present as promised. I would suggest being present for removal of furniture and when it is returned. I have a sectional couch which is held together by some sort of brackets. Workers didn't attempt to separate and had I not been there they would have surely been damaged. No attention was paid to where furniture was placed and I had to spend time when they left putting all accessories back in place. In fairness, I am not sure if that can be expected. I liked Eric and did not bother getting other bids, but I would do so in the future.

Explained everything over the phone, what he can and can't do. Explained his process again when he arrived, and before they got started. Showed me progress as they went along, and before they left, he had me check the work, and make sure they didn't leave anything out.

Same as above paragraph really. Leo Holland's always arrives on time - or earlier! They take quick assessment of the situation and derive a plan. They usually go beyond what's asked for - with little or no upcharge. Can't say enough about these guys.

As I indicate above, I do not feel that it would be fair to rate since I had expected something different. However, since you require all spots completed, I complete under duress.

Good guys, would hire again

My family and I are about to move in to a rental property where the floors were pretty badly worn by the previous tenants. They are scratched and were very dirty, with dirt collected in the scratches, that really affected the overall feel of the home. For a variety reasons the owner was not going to do anything about the floors, so I decided to take care of them myself before moving in. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and communication that I received from Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance. From our first phone call, Eric (the owner) was very clear on exactly what they would and wouldn't be able to do; they can clean the floors, but they can't repair scratches. This continual setting of expectations was valuable and much appreciated, as I knew clearly what to expect before I had made any financial commitment. Eric and his team were punctual, courteous and friendly, and extremely efficient. The scratches remain (as expected), but new life has been breathed into our floors - and the protective coating they applied adds warmth to the house and will help prevent the floors from getting so funky so fast. While they were there, we also discussed what they could do with the grout in the kitchen and the bathroom, and I decided on the spot to add that to the job. Again Eric was great about setting my expectations - and to be clear, this *was not* a high-pressure upsell, but just "hey, we can also do this, and here's how it will look" - done in a way that left the decision entirely to me, without any feeling of pressure to add the service. I will most certainly be using this company again the next time I need any work done that is in their list of services.

Hired this company to clean grout. they were professional on the phone, arrived according to our scheduled appointment, but the tile really did not come out clean. the service was really a waste of time and money.

They advertise a deal on the site for "Angie's List Members" then when you call they say it is only for first time buyers.
