Under wall to wall carpeting in 4 rooms of our home there is terrazzo floors. Eric, owner, and his excellent team, moved my furniture with great care. They removed the carpeting and padding, which was a huge job alone. They then removed the wood strips that secured the carpeting. There was a good deal of glue under the padding and they were on hands and knees for hours scraping it off. They then went through several steps, including stripping the terrazzo, to get the floors in as good shape as possible. I also have terrazzo in the kitchen, guest bath and hallway, which have been previously cleaned by Eric. For 4 days they worked on all of my terrazzo floors doing their magic, scrubbing, washing, sealing and polishing. My floors look amazing. Eric works along side his guys. He is always on site and makes it his business to please the client. He and his crew are lovely men. I trust them and have left alone them to do errands, without a second thought. After the job was completed, they put my furniture back in place. They also clean rugs, carpeting and upholstery. I will be having them back to clean my rugs and furniture soon. I recommend them highly.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job. They were incredibly responsive. I called on Monday, got an estimate on Tuesday and an appointment on Wednesday. His staff and he were courteous, professional and pretty fast. They finished the entire house in one day.

They were very good. It was an excellent experience. They got to me immediately when I called. One person came out to do the job. I am completely satisfied with how the floors looked.

They did a decent job. They polished my granite kitchen counters for free which I really appreciated. There were just a few spots that weren't quite how I wanted and he said to call him back, but I never did.

They arrived on time and did their work. They were efficient and not intrusive. They removed our furniture and rugs with great care and returned everything to their proper places. We were delighted with every aspect of their work.

I contacted the company and described the job. Eric called back that day and to begin the scheduling process. He was very flexible with my schedule and agreed to come out on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time. I had cleared most of the furniture from the rooms, but they were more than happy to move the larger prices. They cleaned the floors and the baseboards before stripping the floors, then stripped the old sealer, applied three coats of polish and buffed the surface. The job was completed in about 2 hours, the quality of the work was excellent and the floors look beautiful. Eric even polished a granite table top AND stained and waxed a hardwood threshold that needed some TLC. I will use Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance again and would highly recommend them. Eric and his crew of 2 arrived at the exact time scheduled. They moved my furniture, large house plants and rolled up area rugs with care. They cleaned and sealed my terrazzo floors, cleaned, waxed and polished my hardwood floors and returned all furniture, rugs and plants to their original places. I think this was all accomplished within a 2 hour period.
