Fast, on time and very professional

I think they overcharged me for the service they provided me. I would not recommend them. They did not do a good job. My house floor was brand new and they should have actually done a perfect finish. I did complain about the quality of work they did while they were doing the work, and they did not take any effort to make it any better. The people who came were punctual, but the rest of the things were bad.

Eric was thorough and professional in explaining what they would do. It was clear he has much pride in his work and that of his crew. They completed the job in about 4 hours. Everything looked great. While I later noticed two small missed areas on the back splash that needed attention, there was absolutely no problem coming back out to remedy it. In fact, they elected to do a bit more complimentary work above and beyond what was necessary -- very much an organization that has customer satisfaction always at the forefront. I wasn't expecting to originally pay as much as I did, but for all that ended up being done, I very much got my money's worth. Bravo to Leo's Holland Floor!

Erick is very detailed. He's honest and tells you the upfront the costs. No hidden prices which I dealt with before with other companies. Especailly when it comes to carpet cleaning. They will give you the price for really cheap. You know the specials for cleaning carpet. But then they get you on the sq footage and pre-treatments, scotchgard and extra money for removal of stains in the carpet. This company had no hidden costs. Erick and his crew were very friendly. He made sure I was happy before he left and then followed up with me via phone call. If he's not happy with job or something is overlooked he will get on his hands and knees and do it himself and doesn't have a problem with that. What I like best he makes sure your completely satisfied. I will use him again!!!

Eric and his two workers arrived early, explained what they were going to do, and suggested the coating on the wood floors that had not been previously discussed. since we were not going to refinish the wood, I decided to go ahead with that work too which made it a little more money, but worth it. I left for work with confidence that I would return home with my floors looking great, and they really did.

Called in morning, and Erik had crew out that afternoon (they just happened to be working in our area and were kind enough to fit us in)! They were professional and did an outstanding job getting out difficult stains. Carpet looks like new! I'm very pleased and will use them again.

They did a great job, and Eric called to follow up and make sure I was happy (I was delighted - everything looked like new) and to see if I had any questions or concerns. They are prompt and professional. When I rescheduled the original date because of rainstorms they uncomplainingly accommodated me. Eric knows more about floors than anyone I've ever met...the man lives and breathes floors. It borders on an obsession for him, and that's exactly what I want in a flooring company. I will definitely hire him for regular maintenance (I have large active dogs, and my floors and upholstery get a lot of wear and tear) and whatever additional work needs doing.

The owner, Erica came out to look at my floors and give me an estimate of the work and explained the cleaning process. They actually come in with toothbrush type brushes and scrub the grout before they clean the floors. He was very professional and gave great advise on what should be done to my hardwood floors. The day of the cleaning, the crew came in, put down drop cloths so they wouldn't track dirt on my floors and went right to work. Eric came along with the cleaning crew. They were very professional, thorough and friendly. My floors look brand new. I love their work. i have recommended them to all of my friends.

Carpet is 25 years old. Eric (owner) told me several times that they do a 3 step process... spot clean, shampoo, then steam clean. He told me this was the best way to go. I thought.."yeah, yeah, yeah... they all say their way is the best". But, you know what??? He was right. They got out a stain that's been there for over 20 years. No other cleaning company was able to do that. Not only am I happy, but more importantly, my wife is happy. I would recommend them to anyone. Their price is slightly high, but well worth it.

I called them for a one bedroom carpet cleaning and they were so good that I booked them to clean all the tile in our new house as well! Eric was fantastic and very professional.

Eric the owner is very conscientious & takes great pride in his work ? I appreciated that he was very detailed in explaining the different cleaning processes he would use to clean my carpets, hardwood & travertine floors, & tiled kitchen countertops. Eric & his team of 3 workers arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment, & efficiently shampooed the white colored carpeting in my front room as well as cleaned a white sofa & pillows; also cleaned the 8? x 5? area rug; & also without any additional charge, cleaned 3 small throw rugs & a 4? x 5? area rug in another room. They cleaned & polished my travertine floors, which sparkled after they finished. Restored the luster to my hardwood parquet floor which hadn?t been thoroughly cleaned for over 15 years: one of his worker 1st hand-cleaned the hardwood floor with steel wool, then applied a ?stain? wax with a machine & buffed the floor to a smooth shine; they even applied a 2nd coat of wax to bring out the luster to the old hardwood floor. Also cleaned the grout & tiled kitchen countertops. Every room had some heavy pieces of furniture which Leo & his workers carefully moved & put back at no additional charge. Everything looks beautiful & shinning & I?m very happy with all the work, & I would hire Eric again, & highly recommend him & his services.

Eric the son who handles things is terrific. I had actually contracted with them at the end of February and was in an accident shortly after and had to push the project back. They honored the bid and checked in with me from time to time to see when I was ready. They were on time and professional. The workers are very nice and the project went great. I had some suitcases under the bed and they even cleaned those for me before they placed them back underneath. This was an extra thing they did for me because I could not physically get to them due to the accident.

Eric and his crew showed up right on time- he was scheduled to be here between 1-2, and even called to say he would be here close to 2 p.m. Eric is very professional and friendly, and so is his mother, who does the scheduling. The carpet was very stained, and it looks great. Eric also left 2 big industrial fans for us to use until the next evening, and then he came by to pick them up. There was no extra charge for this, and the fans worked really, really well.

The owner, Eric, takes a personal interest in his customers and demonstrates this in his attitude and professionalism. His crew of three, including Eric, showed up on time, on the date set by us. The job was done expertly, and Eric made sure that we were pleased with the job before they left. We must admit that we didn't hold out much hope for anyone's ability to get this stuff clean, as it had been neglected forever, but Eric and his men showed us wrong, and we couldn't be happier! We will be having them to our house again!

I had scheduled Eric and his team for a couple weeks ago and had to cancel because of a family illness. They were very understanding and rescheduled me at my pleasure. Eric got detained on the job just before me because the client wanted to add having his furniture cleaned, which hadn't been scheduled. Eric called me to say they would be a bit late and gave me a time when they would arrive. They arrived right on the button. I have been having Eric and his crew clean my terrazzo and wood floors for years but this was the first time he had done my carpets. I was not surprised that they continue to do a wonderful job and I am very pleased. In addition to their excellent work, Eric and his crew are such a nice group of guys.

They called to let me know they were running a few minutes late. Eric and his team got right down to work and did an amazing job. The badly stained carpets were given both a surface shampoo and then a deep cleaning. The job went quickly, and afterwords the hardwood floors shone, the vinyl floor looked unbelievable, and the carpets were really clean. I was impressed by the effort that Eric and his guys put into the job. And I was really impressed by the results.

When I phoned I was able to meet with Eric on the same day to get the estimate and scheduled the cleaning service for the following day. Tiles in dining, living room, hallway and small office room really needed a good wash and polish. Leo's crew delivered the service ! They really took the time to provide their service. Oh, what a difference it made! I highly recommend their service and dedication to their job.

Eric runs a first-rate operation. His workers have been with him for 10+ years and he makes every effort to make sure things are just right before he leaves.

Leo's Floor Maintenance has maintained my wood floors since 1989. They come monthly and are very dependable and honest. The crew is pleasant to work with and very dependable. I am able to leave them alone in my home with no concerns. People have often commented on the beauty of the floors, all of which I owe to Leo's.

Leo & Co were prompt. clearly explaine differences between stains and dirt and what his expectation of a clean floor would be. performed to those expectations and in a couple of instances beyond expectations.

They were quick to respond, early and did a great job. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

My mother wanted her sofa and dining room chairs cleaned. Leo's said their minimum charge was $180 but would also do the carpeting throughout the 2-bedroom apartment if furniture was not moved. The crew did move a lot of the furniture, did excellent work, left furnishings on special pads for drying, and returned as promised to replace a large throw-rug and remove the pads. All as scheduled and as promised. The place has never looked better. This is a completely professional business.
