Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance

These guys are great. Show up on time and extremely pleasant and professional. The owner, Eric was there most of the day as they did the work. They did a terrific job, I couldn't believe how good the floors looked after they were done. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else after this experience.

When I shopped around, they were a little pricier than other companies I called. However, they made an appointment, came on time, did the work, and got the carpet cleaner than other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past. In other words..... what more do you want. I would use them again.

I used them once before a year ago and much appreciate that they scheduled the work this go-round at the last minute. The job consistened of about 250 sq ft of floor tile, which wasn't in too bad of shape at all since they cleaned it a year ago. Eric felt $400 was fair for the floor work, but worked with me for a better the price, which included the granite countertop work. Everything turned out good. I had a painting crew finishing up when they arrived and the Holland crew of four patiently waited 10 minutes before they completed the entire job in about 75 minutes (15 of which was waiting for the fans to dry the floor).

These guys are good. Their work was 10x better than 2 other companies that came and just did a shoddy job. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing and they loved their job. They really spent the time to ensure that the floor and carpet was at its best. My carpet looked brand new! They even adjusted their schedule to meet my needs. Jeff

Eric and his crew did an excellent job. Eric came out to give us an estimate on a Sunday and did the work 10 days later. The crew was on time and got to work immediately. They did an excellent job on the floors and finished ahead of schedule. There was no damage to our baseboards and nothing to clean up after the crew left. They even vacuumed my area rugs and cleaned/polished my kitchen countertops. I didn't get multiple job quotes so I have nothing to compare to the cost of the work. I think it was a fair price.

I had just arrived home from a trip to find a sewer had backed up and made a mess in a guest bathroom and bedroom. I was having guests in 2 days but Eric and his crew saved me. They came right out and moved furniture, cleaned up the water, pulled back the carpet to find the pad underneath was wet. They pulled up the wet pad and disposed of it. They sprayed an anti bacteria & mold product on the concrete under the pad. They brought in a fan the size of an airplane propeller to dry the floor overnight. The next day they returned to put down new padding, replaced the carpet and shampooed it, and put the furniture in place. My guests arrived that night, never knowing what a mess was there just hours before. Eric and his team are real professionals who know what they are doing, and do it well. In addition they are nice people who respect me and my home. Unfortunately, the same thing happened a week later and they are back fixing it again.

Leo and his crew were punctual, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He explained each step of the cleaning process and completed the job within the original 2 hr time frame he gave me over the phone. He's honest, meticulous and the price was in the range he initially quoted me and worth every penny. Will certainly use again!

Having stained the dark carpets in my home with flea repellant and have cats having gotten sick on my new couch, I was definitely in need of services!! I was worried as I'd stained the carpet beyond repair. The stain on the upholstery was even older. Leo's family-owned business was very responsive and esily worked with me on timing given my tough schedule. They arrived promptly, were inventive with figuring out how to work with my hilltop house; were quick and thorough. And very personable! I was even willing to trust them in my house alone when I had to run and errand at a certain time. They were able to remove ALL the stains and even cleaned carpet in an extra room as a part of hte $200 package price. I could not have been happier and would definitely use Leo's again.

Excellent service. Eric and his crew of 2 came at 3:05pm (arrival time was scheduled between 3 and 3:30). I expected an arrival closer to 3:30 so I was pleasantly surprised. Eric did a walkthru with me to see what had to be done. His men started by 3:10pm. They were done by 3:40. Eric felt the price he quoted over the phone wasn't fair based on the actual work done so he gave me a lower rate. I won't say what the original quote was because that wouldn't be fair to Eric and the rest of Leo's Holland. The carpet looks brand new (I didn't think it was possible) and the house smells better. I plan to use them annually...or sooner.

Workmen arrived promptly and worked efficiently, even moving furniture that I did not specify needed to be moved. The owner, who was present, listened attentively and flexibly agreed to use green rinsing materials, even though the carpet was so dirty that conventional cleaning materials were needed. He also threw in surface treatment of a small area of slate. The carpet turned out much better than it has when cleaned by others, even though it is now older. I am very pleased with the work. The only thing I would suggest is that the website could make clear, when it lists a very wide service area, that there is a minimum charge for areas more remote from the company's headquarters. I do not consider such a minimum unreasonable, but it would be better to know about it before calling.

I was able to get an appointment right away for an estimate. Upon arrival, Eric, the owner, told me he couldn't promise that one of the carpets could be improved, but would try his best. His team shampooed and then treated that carpet and it came out beautifully. The Master Suite also came out well. He proposed cleaning the rest of the carpeting in our large house (6200 sq. ft) which he did, accounting for the higher cost.

As much as I hate having workers in my home. Eric and his team were professional, they worked like a team and took much pride in all they did. It doesn't get more professional than that.

Although they were unable to remove some stains, overall they performed better than previous carpet cleaners and seemed reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Did not obtain other estimates on price.

What I really liked that they were very honest. They gave solid advise and did great work. They never tried to clean something that could not be cleaned. The owner showed up to supervise and to participate in the work. I was very impressed by that. They also cleaned marble flooring in our childs bath room.

I sent email requesting to be contacted and was called within 2 hours. An appointment for an estimate was scheduled quickly (it was on a Sunday!). The owner showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) and put a drop cloth down before he came in just for the estimate. We got the estimate and I called to schedule the service at a convenient time. On the day of service the workers along with the owner showed up on time and carried out the agreed upon tasks. They did a good job and were very careful about keeping the area clean. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Also appreciated that they were comfortable around our dogs and the whole experience was a painless one.

I called for an estimate and spoke to the owner, who came out later that day. He gave me an excellent price and we scheduled the service. Eric and his crew were on time and did an excellent job. Our white carpeting was really beaten up because we have kids and a dog, but the carpet now looks better than ever. Same for the tile floor. I never thought the grout could look that clean! I like that this is a family owned and run business. I will DEFINITELY use this company again and appreciate their outstanding service and great prices!!

The job exceeded our expectations. Eric was at our home the entire time and made sure everything was done to his high standards. The couch came out great. They even included all of the throw pillows. We were worried about our expensive rug, but that too was done well and with great care. All of the stains in the carpet (except for the ink stain we knew wouldn't come out) vanished. The carpet looks like new. Thanks for a great job, we'll definitely call him again.

Great! They had the manpower to move the furniture and were done in now time at all. Very courteous, even installed felt pads on all my furniture.

Very organized. Family-run business. Mother answers the phone, you get a reminder phone call, and a thank you card with the invoice. Very impressive. Son accompanied two workers, stayed onsite, and made sure everything was to customer satisfaction. Also, he was knowledgeable and shared his cleaning products with me so I could work on other floors in the house. But it was just a rather small entryway and bathroom, and I was hoping for less than $500.00, but this is the first time I used a floor cleaning company so I have no idea what is a usual price. Getting a reputable company was my priority, so I guess you get what you pay for-I was very happy with the results. My marble entryway looks clean, shiny,and polished.

Excellent. Eric is very professional and also a consummate salesman. Recommend you know exactly what you want done and the budget you have to spend since he will find more services that he can complete for you while there. He knows floor maintenance and cleaning! His quote was accurate and he and his crew arrived on time. He also worked with us on the payment since we had accumulated multiple projects that we wanted to get behind us. Only drawback was that he was booked very far out for a Saturday appointment, however, he accommodated our work schedule during the week so the job could be scheduled sooner.

I left a message on their answering machine and got a call back within the hour. Got a rough phone estimate (which was enough for me -- I didn't require an on-site estimate). Eric (the owner) comes out with his crew, so you don't have to worry about overseeing the work. He does it all, and he does it well. He's a sweetheart, and I will be using them on a regular basis from now on.

They were great!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their floors (outside and inside) clean again. Have 3 dogs and 2 birds and our tile floors looked it.

The experience was great! Eric and his crew were easy to work with. They all new what they were doing. Eric kept me informed about the condition of my floor and what I could expect from his service He was very conservative with his expectations. The job came out much better than his predictions. He even came back one time to correct a mess I made on the hardwood floors. There was no charge for this trouble call. I plan to continue using his wonderful service in the future.
