They went out of their way to accommodate the limited available time when I could be home. They were punctual , pleasant and professional. Eric supervised his crew of 3-4 men whom he said have been with him many years. They moved some of the furniture and put protective blocks under all of the funniture to protect both it and the wet carpet. After spot cleaning it, they cleaned the entire rug. I have had my carpets cleaned many times over the years and only one other time was the crew as thorough and professional as Eric's. Eric explained all the extra procedures they needed to do for a good outcome and left me with a product to use to spot clean in the future. The carpet looked nearly new after they were finiished convincing me I may get another year or so out of it before replacement.

After contacting the company for a quote I was pleased to get a call the same day to arrange a suitable time. When Eric came out to look around he gave us a fair deal for cleaning the rugs and floors and also arranged to throw in a few extras as part of the package like the granite countertops and the tiles of the upstairs bathrooms and laundry room floor. On the day of the appointment I also added on the steam cleaning of the shower. Eric and his team of 2 arrived earlier than expected (& I got a call ahead of time to let me know that he would be there soon). I cleared the areas to be worked on as much as possible beforehand so that the guys could spend their time working on the floors and not have to move too many things around. They took steps to ensure that the remaining bigger pieces of furniture were not damaged. They were here for just under 4 hours and worked hard all the time they were here. They seemed to enjoy and take pride in their work and I was very pleased with the end result in all areas. I would use them again. Thank you job well done.

Eric and his crew arrived on time. I had the big deal coupon for sealing the tile, but wanted to see what the cost would be with other work. We agreed on a price and they went to work. It's great to see an owner working right along with his crew. When they finished the kitchen floor, I was shocked. We are renting and had no idea what the true color of the floor was. It was amazing. I couldn't believe how beautiful the floor looked. The whole job took less time than I expected. The tile and carpets looked great. I will definitely use them again.

They are wonderful. They stand by their work. If there is a stain that won't come out, they'll come back and make sure that they get it out free of additional charge.

The service was prompt and effecient. I was contacted the day before to confirm the time. They showed up on time and cleaned all of the stains on my carpets as well as leaving the carpets bright as new. Great job. They also cleaned all of the upholstered furniture in my house and garden. My outdoor furniture looked like new. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. Carpets are so clean and like new after washed. The stains disappeared. Very quick, took about 2-3 hours maximum. Sealed and protected my granite countertops as part of who deal.

Leo was very prompt in taking my call and having the office call me right back to confirm the appointment date, time and location. Their office called to confirm on the day of the appointment, including a follow up call to ask if early arrival would be acceptable. From the time they arrived their crew was very engaging, professional and took great pride in their work. Learning that the property was a rental Leo advised on alternative options to consider for waxing/sealing the floor - even though the procedure cost more I came away with a clearer understanding of what I was getting for my money and was very happy with the final work completed. The carpeting in the house heavily soiled. After pre-treatment and after each stage of cleaning Leo brought me into the room to see how everything was coming clean. Once all the wood floors and the carpeting were clean, Leo said he just couldn't leave the small kitchen area as it was - he graciously offered to deep clean the floor and seal it as well. The floors all look better than they ever have.

Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance was located through Angie's Magazine. Leo quickly demonstrated that the hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining areas didn't need refinishing and that a thorough cleaning a waxing would make them "as good as new". We're very pleased with the way the hardwood floors look, as well as the other cleaning that was done. Leo's crew were very polite and professional and took great care in handling the items that they cleaned.

I was very impressed with this company and the services performed. The owner and his crew clearly take pride in their work. They had state-of-the-art equipment, were very efficient, thorough, and careful with the house. Overall, I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend this company.

Eric came out and gave me an estimate by cleaning small areas on the floors to show me exactly what I could expect. He was very professional and gave me an "Angie's List" discount. I scheduled the work, and he and his crew arrived at 8:20am for an 8:30am appointment. They were finished with all the work by noon. I highly recommend this company.

Eric arrived with his crew of 4 workers on time and did the most amazing job of cleaning and resealing our Mexican Tile flooring. The tiles looked old and worn but after the job was done looked like new. It was a pleasure dealing with Eric whose professionalism exceeded all expectations.

They arrived at 820 for an 830am appointment, and they left about 1130am. Eric is a perfectionist.

I called Leo's in the AM yesterday informing them I needed cleaning ASAP due to renters needing to move in by end of the week. Eric and crew were able to come by 2 PM that same day! Eric runs a very professional yet very friendly company. They cleaned my carpet in 4 bedrooms, 4 closets, a hall way and stair case. They cleaned all the tile in the house, including the grout. They also cleaned our granite counter tops, and at the end, offered to sweep and mop our wood flooring!!! All this is just under 2 hours. I was and am still completely blown away by their performance. Would never think twice about using anyone different. If I could, I have tell everyone to utilize Eric's service.

It was fine. They were very prompt and very attentive. They did a very thorough job. Their price was in the ballpark; it wasn't extremely high or low. We would use them again.

From start to finish Eric handled the job with the highest level of professionalism. He is very meticulous about his work, takes a great deal of pride in the quality of his work, and he is very friendly. He explained in great detail what he would do and how he would do it. He even showed me the equipment on his truck! I was a little hesitant to have him clean our couch and club chair because the fabric was high-end. Eric assured me that it would come out perfect, and it did. He also cleaned the seat and back cushions on two outdoor club chairs for no extra charge which were not part of the original quote. Overall, he did a fantastic job in our house. I should also note that we noticed one area that needed a touch up about a week after the job was initially completed. I called his office and he promptly came back to handle the touch up without any hesitation, extra charge or questions asked. He even left us a bottle of stain remover for the carpet. I am very picky about service companies that do work at my house. Eric and his company stand out as one of the best I've used. He stands behind his work and is very easy to communicate with. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him, and I'll be using him again in the future.

Great. I bought the deal from angies list for 50% off tile and grout cleaning and sealing for $195.00. They came and went to work getting on their knees with brushes to clean the floor and grout. After it was dry they sealed it with 2 coats and dried the sealant with giant blowers. Meanwhile another man had taken my sofa and chair outside to the patio and with a very special machine he the cleaned the fabric on both. And they vacuumed where they had been in the den. The furniture was brought in and positioned.

Talked to "Eric" on the phone about cleaning and refinishing floors. Seemed like a normal conversation, until he quoted me a price, then it suddenly went up $100, then up $100 again! All the while I hadn't said a word! He said they don't do stains or scratches either. And it would be more if I don't have the floors refinished because it would be more work for him. Huh?

I took advantage of an Angie's List Special Deal. Setting up a date for the work took longer than I expected. The workers arrived on time. I had additional work done which was beyond the scope of the Special Deal. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the work.

Leo did an excellent job, a real miracle worker with the carpet stains. Very professional would recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.
