They gave me an estimate on the phone and made an appointment for a few days later and the owner and two workmen showed up on time and did a great job. You could tell they all took pride in their work

Found them on Angie's List. Called and received an estimate and a date and time were arranged. Eric and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job - efficient and detailed. And, today, I received a thank you card. How often does that happen with a service provider? It's very clear that this is a family business and Eric, the owner, takes incredible pride in that fact and in the fact that his workers have been with the company for many, many years. It's no wonder that Leo's has a solid A rating on Angie's List. It's deserved.

Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance made cleaning and waxing our polished concrete floors a breeze. Eric came out to our home promptly to give us an estimate, and was able to schedule the work a few days later. He and his crew were on-time, professional, handled our belongings with care, and did great work. The floors look fantastic--better than new, actually. We look forward to having Eric out again next time the floors need care.

Everything went perfect. After I described the services we wanted performed in a vacant rental unit, the owner Eric quoted a price of $550 over the phone . He showed up with his crew on time and after looking around changed the price - LOWER! He reduced it to $500. They cleaned the wood floors and countertops as a bonus for being Angie's list customers. Very professional and very courteous. We will definitely use them again for our rentals and home.

I had several carpets, rugs and pieces of furniture cleaned. It is terrific that Eric, the owner, comes to the job personally. I am very happy with the services performed and plan on using them every 3-4 months to keep everything maintained. Additionally, Eric cleaned, polished and sealed all my kitchen countertops as an Angie's List member. This was unexpected and it came out great!

I discussed my floor situation with Eric. Unlike other cleaner companies that used steam adapters on their carpet cleaners, Eric had purchased an expensive device that was used to disinfect hospitals, etc. He was honest in telling me the problems and said he would like to test the area before he committed to successfully cleaning the shower. Rather than bring the special steam machine to my house, waiting for it to heat up and the trying it out, and charging me for his trip, he came up with an excellent solution. We agreed to have him clean our carpet for #350. (1700 SQ Feet, we were planning on this in the near future anyway). While they were doing the carpet work, the Steam machine could heat up and they would experiment with cleaning the shower. If we weren't satisfied we would not be charged for the shower. If we were happy with the results we paid the additional fee. For us this was an excellent deal. Our carpet came out clean and bright. When Eric showed us the results of the steam machine in the shower it was much better than anyone else had be able to do. We accepted that, too. Leo's Hollan Floor Maintenance was excellent for us. We'd certainly use them again. Eric (who is actually ON every job he does) was honest during and straight forward with every situation. There were NO surprises working with him; he explained everything. He and his crew were fast, neat and during the carpet cleaning, moved every piece of furniture and cleaned under each item. Awesome. Professional, high quality from responding to phone call for estimate, producing estimate, scheduling work, arrival time, staff work, and outcome was all superb! The price was right, the tile grout is now white instead of grey. Will use them again and will not wait so long to have this work done as the work was done quickly but completely.

Eric, the son of the founder came with a team of three, did a great job on one year old wall to wall carpet somewhat customized by our two dogs (dirt, odd things chewed on leaving stains, no nasty stuff). They were quick, efficient and used powerful fans which had the place dry by the evening. The carpet looks new. They also cleaned two throwrugs at no extra charge.

Leo arrived on time. We had just moved into our home, and the floors had clearly been neglected for several years. We had considered replacing the parquet but decided to try refinishing it first. We are so glad we called Leo. The floor looked absolutely beautiful and practically like new.

Eric (the owner) and two workers arrived on time and did a very professional job. I liked the fact that they used very powerful fans that helped the carpets dry in a very short time. They also cleaned my kitchen floor and granite countertops with amazing results

Phenomenal service. I am very picky as I'm sure most of us are. Eric the owner (having taken over after his father's (Leo) passing was clearly very enthusiastic about his work. After we spoke on the phone for a few minutes he thought it best that he come over for a consultation and evaluation which he was able to do the same day. He explained the issues with my floor and various ways to deal with it and how well he felt each one would work or not work. It was clear and thorough. Then he stained and treated a couple of large areas for me to review. The improvement was very impressive. The price given in the estimate was more than fair and less than I had expected to pay. He said it would be a couple of weeks, but fortunately there was a cancellation the following day. His team of workers has been with him for several decades! Eric worked with his team. They carefully moved out all the furniture and got to work while I went out for a couple hours. When I came back I was shocked. The floors looked better than I had thought possible only two days before! These guys were so thorough, careful and obsessive about doing it right. I was grateful to have found them--enthusiasm usually means a good result. I was educated on the routine care necessary to maintain the wood (simple, yet a far cry from what my housekeepers have been doing) and long term maintenance was also discussed. I have not been this happy with a contractor in about 5 years. Eric at Leo's Holland is a winning situation. I WILL use them again. ps: he also sealed and polished my granite counters and they're amazing!

Eric, the owner, came himself to discuss the options for cleaning our new home's kitchen, bar and laundry room stone flooring, gave me a fair price, and then we discussed additional floor cleaning options for all of my hardwood flooring and bathroom tile, as well as all cleaning options for shower tile and granite countertops. We had a very fair and descriptive discussion about the cost and value for a full package of cleaning, and then agreed on a price and scheduled a day later that week to do all the work. Eric came to supervise and clean with his crew, and they did a masterful job of removing some very difficult stains and dirt from the grout int he kitchen stone floor, and the hardwood floors look brand new. They took their time and made sure everything was to our liking before completing the job. I would definitely use them again.

The owner Eric came to our apartments to give us a quote. He was helpful, thorough and made the process very easy. He stayed during the job while his workers cleaned the various tile in the rental apartment. He even threw in a free kitchen tile cleaning in our apartment to show us that service. It looked great and he suggested that we seal it to keep it clean. When we asked him what he would charge to seal it, he offered a very fair price of $100. There's never a hard sell. Eric takes pride in his business and it shows!

They were punctual (actually a little early), friendly and professional. Did a great job and were out of there in less than two hours.

Eric and his crew were very punctual. They were all very nice and made it a pleasurable experience. They worked for 6 hours, methodically and diligently cleaning every surface, except counters, of a 2450 square foot home. They brought fans and put pieces outside to dry everything quickly. By the time they left, the house sparkled. We were very satisfied with the job.

Regardless of the fact that he said he could not provide the services I needed due to the long distance from the Calabasas area down to the Long Beach area, Eric was extremely helpful in providing me tips on what to look for when contacting carpet cleaners closer to my home. He also let me know what would be a reasonable cost for the services I was looking for and the space I needed cleaned. It's unfortunate he is too far away from me, because I already built a level of trust in him, simply from his straightforward advice.

It turned out better than expected. They also stripped and sealed a flagstone floor, and it looks beautiful. All of the men who worked here were polite, efficient, and professional.

We chose Leo's based on Angie's list reviews. The company is family-owned and very responsive.When I called for information, I was given the cell number of the job foreman,Eric, and asked him several specific questions. ERIC MARSOUBIAN was knowledgeable and helpful. He is one of the owning family. I was away for the Sunday estimate meeting, and so my husband took over. He was impressed by Eric's knowledge and honesty ("We can't do the bathroom counters"). They set the date, and determined the furniture to be moved. Eric preferred that little be moved, since he was doing "the whole house" and needed to stage the equipment for each room. Eric and 3 (perhaps 4) men arrived Saturday, right on time. Eric walked through the house with his team, pointing out what we needed done, while we tagged along and made corrections. While they worked, I sat at a small table in the living room doing work for my church. I was only interrupted a couple of times for clarification. ( I had said they should ask me questions. ) The multi-person job was rotating the living room carpet. Four of them did it together. They didn't move the pad, just resituated the carpet on top of the pad. The pad shows a little on one side. Eric is hoping to come by to fix it. When it was all done, the carpets were wet, and it took 24 hours to dry enough to reposition the furniture, using the plastic tabs he had left us. The house is spotless!

I made an appointment for 10 am on Friday. I received a phone call the day before asking to move the appointment back half an hour. She advised that she would call if it needed to be later. When I hadn't heard from anyone by 11, I phoned the owner. He answered right away and realized that we had had a communication glitch. He immediately asked what I wanted him to do, which I appreciated. I asked if he could come later in the afternoon, and he willingly rescheduled his day to accommodate me. He was very helpful and friendly. He arrived on time for our newly scheduled appointment. We had agreed on him cleaning the couch and one rug, but he threw the other area rug in at no additional cost. He made the couch look brand new, which I thought was impossible, and made the rugs much cleaner than I imagined they could be when one lives with three dogs and two cats who like to throw up on soft surfaces. I would definitely use him again, as I was very pleased with his customer service and the work performed.

They refinished saltillo tile that was in such bad shape I thought I would have to replace it. Now it loolks brand new. The owner works side by side with his two very capable men. They cleaned through all of thos years of waxy buildup. He was very conscientious with us and kept checking to see whether or not we were satisfied at various stages. They shampooed and steamed our carpet upstairs and i will tell you that my carpet has never been cleaner or softer. It's lovely. Fantastic work from a fantastic team. We recommend them highly. The owner says that Angie's List customers are particularly nice. As a business owner who is on Angie's List, I agree. We also felt that he was particularly nice too.

They did an excellent job. I thought I was going to have to replace the floors, but after Eric came out and looked at them he told me they would be able to take care of them.

It went great. They are really professional, showed up exactly on time and did exactly what they said they would. I have even recommended them to my brother-in-law.

Eric, the owner, showed up with 2 employees (1's been with him for 25 years, the other for 15 years!). They did a clean, thorough, extraordinary job.

The work was done responsively and we were happy with the results.
