They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They certainly take pride in the work that they do. They seemed to work diligently and their supervisor stayed on-top of the job. He didn't stay the entire time though for legitimate reasons, and, at roughly the same time, I had to leave as well. The crew finished up the job and had left before I returned. While they did a good job overall, they seemed to have cut a few corners, or overlooked a few areas, perhaps after their supervisor left. When I called up to let the supervisor know (I believe it was Leo's son? The name Eric comes to mind), he apologized, and sent a few of the guys back to take care of whatever issues I had. After it was all over, the work done was excellent. The only thing more impressive was their customer service. They certainly kept me happy by rectifying any issue I had, and I will gladly and confidently recommend them to anyone who could use their services.

Eric was wonderful. He was personable, accommodating, and conscientious. When he came to give us a quote I could tell that he knows his business and takes a lot of pride in his workmanship and reputation. He promised he'd be at our house on the day the work was done. As it turned out, not only was he at our house, but he was scrubbing and working right alongside his guys. The result of the work is absolutely amazing. I wish I could post a picture of my floor because it's gorgeous!! And the carpets look, literally, like new. He got out all the pet stains, and the kid stains. And he did wonders for our shower. We have glass brick in there, so there's a lot of grout and it was really gross. Now it's cleaned and sealed and looks great. I will continue to use Eric - yearly for the kitchen floor, and as often as needed for the carpets. It's refreshing to find a contractor who not only takes pride in his work, but can deliver on his promises.

I have about 1000 sq ft of marble flooring which needs to sealed . The last company had scratched the floor while using the polishing machine. I checked Angie's list and found that this company had very good reviews. The owner Eric and the crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The furniture was put back in place. Eric was very helpful and cleaned many area including the shower area for free. I really like the passion and pride they have for the job they are doing. I will definitely use them. Eric and his crew arrived on time. Before they got started, Eric explained in detail how they would accomplish the requested services: furniture cleaning, tile floors and bathroom tile cleaning. Then they went to work... furniture was moved as required, the tile floor grout was scrubbed by hand and rinsed and then the tile was scrubbed overall with a machine. The floors look wonderful!! Bathroom tile in the guest bathroom (over the tub goes all the way to the ceiling and is also on all the walls... 3/4 of the wall height) was steamed and looks perfect; tile in master bath was also steamed and looks perfect as well. The furniture was steam cleaned (they even did my patio chair full length cushions which was not in my original request). The furniture looks like new!! Fantastic job start to finish and, they cleaned up after themselves completely. I highly recommend Eric and his crew, they are consummate professionals and pay attention to the smallest of details.

Had an amazing experience with these guys. From Mom on the phone to Eric (the son) showing up at our home-this is truly a generational, family run business. Eric came to our home, checked out the job, offered to clean the floors with a product that was non-toxic, which was very important to me as I have allergies to certain chemicals, and gave us a very fair bid to clean our off-white berber. We have dogs and kids and live in the mountains so our carpet was embarrassingly filthy. They cleaned our carpets and they looked beautiful. A few days later we received a handwritten thank you note in the mail. Amazing. That would have been the end of the story, but during the week following our cleaning the stains all came back up and the carpet took on an overall brown tinge. Eric sent his guys right back up the mountain to redo the work with the explanation that it is possible for heavily soiled carpets to require two rounds of cleaning. He did not charge me for the redo and now, two weeks later, the carpets look fantastic! Truly professional and kind. We look for integrity when we hire people and Eric has it in spades. We cannot recommend Leo's Holland Floor Service highly enough.

I purchased the coupon to have my two showers-one ceramic tile and one marble- cleaned and resealed. My showers were really clean to start with but had not been sealed for a long time. Long story short--he kept telling me what a great deal he was giving me and he ended up putting a "seal" I did not want on my shower enclosure glass that had just been installed and had a new glaze which I had told him about. I would not have him return.

It went great. Eric's office (I believe his wife) called the night before just to remind me they were coming. Eric was there EARLY, set up, explained the process, then set to work. They completely cleaned the floors BY HAND (using a small brush for the grout), so that they could really clean them. (He didn't use machines for this because they tend to either clean poorly or scratch the saltillos). He was really efficient, the whole process was two hours. Everything was completely cleaned up the furniture was taken care of (ie. not scratched etc. in moving it around). Eric (the owner) was there the whole time. It was a really great experience and the floor looks great. If you have granite countertops, he will also clean and seal these while he is there.

Guys were fantastic. Eric the owner came out and gave me a quote and cleaned some of my flooring on the spot to show what his work would look like. They did a great job, in one day, moved a lot of furniture, and even did extra work for free. Highly recommend and I will be using them in the future as needed.

My floors look gorgeous! They are wonderful and responsive when you call, so setting up an appointment was easy. Eric is an experienced professional, he comes to your home and shows you a "demo' area so you can see what your floors will look like. (I had bought an Angie's list deal, but my tile was the wrong kind of tile, not the kind in the deal! He honored it anyway!) The day of the cleaning of my Mexican paver tile in my kitchen and large family room (it is a large area, heavily trafficed with my football player boys and several VERY large dogs) the crew (with Eric there the entire time) moved all my furniture out to the patio, deep cleaned with a machine, then scrubbed the tile by hand. They dried it then sealed it, to a gorgeous but natural looking gloss which looks fabulous and is easy to clean. They moved the furniture back in, and while it was drying, he "threw in" a quick clean on my pool lounge pads while we waited, how nice! meanwhile, upstairs, the crew was cleaning my very soiled and worn beige carpet, (which we had been so sick of that my husband was ready to throw it out and start from scratch!) It was dry the next day, and looked amazing. My husband is very happy, and two friends said 'I didn't know you got new carpeting"! The house smells fresh, it looks great, and the service was top notch and EASY to work wth, they are true customer service specialists. I will be doing this once a year, with THIS company, from now on.P.S. Eric gave me an estimate over the phone, and then actually did much more work than I'd specified - chairs, polishing granite kitchen counters, extra rooms whose carpeting we hadn't originally figured needed it (but it's good to have them done), so there was a lot MORE than we bargained for. They were very professional, Eric explained everything they were doing, and he and his two workers (with him for decades) were done in less than three hours. We're VERY satisfied, and will have them back every year.

The house we moved into came with a slate tiled kitchen floor and a travertine tiled bathroom floor and shower, and unfortunately none of the surfaces had been given a recent thorough cleaning. I had almost gotten used to the dark grout and dirt lining the holes of the travertine until I finally got fed up and found the amazing reviews for this company and gave them a call. Eric and his crew arrived on the early end of the window for our appointment and immediately got to work testing sections of the floors to check that the dirt was accessible to clean as sometimes dirt is trapped under layers of coating and can not be removed without stripping, which is more expensive and time consuming. The sections showed huge improvement, especially in the bathroom, so they got to work and tackled both rooms plus our granite countertop in less than 2 hours. When they were done the difference was night and day! For a year I thought the kitchen tile grout was supposed to be black, but it's really a light gray. And the bathroom tile is so clean and bright now that it looks brand new! We learned our lesson after hiring a budget floor/upholstery cleaner for a previous job after seeing a coupon and low prices advertised in a local circular, but they vigorously tried to upsell the services and we saw no measurable difference after their work. Luckily, on the complete other end of the spectrum, Eric and his crew were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have working in our home. I would never hesitate to hire Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance again, and we enthusiastically recommend them to our friends.

Not only did they come in UNDER budget, but they finished early and threw in all kinds of extras like cleaning cushions. Will definitely use again.

Great experience - I had originally wanted the tiles resurfaced as we had a tennant in the home for the past 3 years, but I was moving my family back in and wanted a fresh start. Eric (owner) went by the house the day after I called to view the area we needed resurfaced and advised that resurfacing would take away the stain that was put on the tiles and would not do much to improve the look. He advised an intensive cleaning and sealing process (which was about 1/3 of the cost of stripping) and assured me it would look great. I took his advice and 4 days later he and his crew showed up at my house at 8am, as promised, and went to work. That same day, I had my carpet guy measuring the bedrooms for a carpet install and ended up changing my mind on how much tile I needed cleaned. At about 2pm I told Eric I also wanted another hallway and 2 bathrooms done sometime in the near future and he said "wait a minute". He went outside, talked to his guys for a minute, and next thing I knew there were 3 guys working on the newly decided sections. In the end, they finished everything - the original area and the added area in the same day. And to top it of, Eric swept and mopped all the other rooms in the house that were not cleaned so that dirt would not be tracked on to the newly cleaned/sealed tile. Excellent service.

Arrived on time with experienced crew. Reviewed all work to be complete. Went about their work in a professional manner. They were very unobtrusive; minimal disruptions to my other task.

After one too many dinner parties I decided it was time to tidy up the upholstery. I called to get an estimate for the dining chair cushions and the family room couch and chairs. The over-the-phone estimate was $300. which I thought was very reasonable. It took us a couple of weeks to get an appointment due to scheduling on both sides. However, once scheduled it went very smoothly. I got a reminder call the day before confirming the appointment time. They were prompt, clean and clearly experienced. There was a bit of up selling, which I don't like, but understand. Then, they cleaned the ottoman and a couple of throw pillows as a bonus--no charge! At the end, we looked at each piece in the sunlight and they redid the ones I thought didn't pass muster. Even the worst of the dining chair cushions was 1000% better than when we started so I feel as though I am starting over new with my furniture. The only negative is a personal antipathy I have for overly chatty vendors who reveal too much about their personal lives. But, that being said, it's a small thing to balance off such good work. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

It is now the day after the cleaning. Rugs are dry, furniture is back in place, and it looks great. Good cleaning, good price, excellent service.

I would highly recommend the work and professionalism of Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance. Eric (owner) came out one evening and gave us an estimate of the job. On the day of the job, Eric and his crew of 3 were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We had our Mexican tile floors cleaned and resealed as well as the carpet cleaned. Each member of the crew had their area of expertise and they were very efficient. They brought the floors back to life and they look great! Eric is the owner of the company and he was on the job working and overseeing everything. He loves and has pride in his work and it shows. They were a pleasure to do business with.

They arrived on time, and they did an excellent job overall. In the ground floor, they moved all the light furniture to where I wanted them to (garden) and did a fast, thorough job of cleaning the floor - it looked clean and new when they were done. Upstairs, they carefully placed furniture on foamcore feet so they don't sink into the newly cleaned damp carpet and did cleaning on all fours scrubbing it down. Very nice job.

Amazing how dull and dirty your carpets get without you really noticing. Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance came to look at the work and offer a price, and did so on time. They came to do the work on the agreed upon day and at the agreed upon time, and worked efficiently and well. They did a good job. We were pleased with the results, and will likely use them again in another 2 years.

From the first call to Leo's Holland, when we set up the initial appointment to obtain an estimate to the completion of the job, Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time for the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about cleaning our upholstery. Eric reassured us that our wool sofas and brand new mattress would look great after the cleaning and he was right! Everything turned out much better than expected.

Leo Holland’s is a very customer-oriented business. Eric visited my condo on a Sunday afternoon and Corinne followed up with an appointment for the following week. Eric & his crew arrived early for my Saturday appointment. The equipment was unloaded from their neatly organized truck and the cleaning began as soon as they were inside. I watched the dirt literally float away from my ceramic and travertine tile floors and shower. The amazing miracle was the work their 25-year employee did on the kitchen backsplash and faucet. The granite sparkles and the faucet looks like new again. Eric and his crew cleaned left-over paint splatter near the shower and re-grouted the newly cleaned sink area. This crew was very meticulous and careful not to disturb areas surrounding the areas being cleaned. I am so happy to have clean tile and granite!

Eric and his crew were timely, professional, courteous and good at what they do. The job took 4 men 3 hours to complete. The carpets, rugs and furniture look great, with no residual smell. My granite is smooth and shiny! I am very pleased, and will use Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance again.
