Shared a great explanation of the issues we were dealing with and tried to keep costs down by making adjustments to the system rather than just suggesting any replacement parts. Very friendly and professional from start to finish. Would hire them again.

I was very impressed with Juda Kaldess' ethics. Whereas other HVAC companies were asking anywhere from $49 - $125 just for the service call (in other words, just to come to the house & diagnose the problem), Juda did it for free, at the end of a long, busy day! He thought it was a gas valve problem and came by the next morning to try out a new ($300) valve he'd bought. He said that if it worked, he'd charge me a fair price, and if it didn't work, there'd be no charge. Can't get fairer than that! Turned out to be more than just the valve, which meant spending much more than I'm able to afford right now. But Juda was true to his word, he didn't charge me a dime, not even for his time! He felt really bad about leaving me with no heat, and offered to install a used heater; unfortunately, I couldn't afford that, either. But he did give me the idea to buy a space heater until I can gather the funds for a proper furnace. And when that happens, I will DEFINITELY get Juda to do the job! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Juda, the president of the company was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and kept to the timeline he set. He was also able to get a permit without problems from the city of Burbank. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Juda the co-owner of the company installed an AC/Heating unit in a condo rental unit that I owned. I found him to be totally professional, personable, knowledgeable and honest. It was a big project and he was thorough in the work he did. He met the timeline that he stated and followed through on additional services to make sure that I was satisfied that the unit was working properly. He also obtained the city permit from Burbank without any problems. My tenants were happy with his work, work ethic and his punctuality. I put my total trust in Juda's workmanship and would readily recommend him. It is always nice to meet and work with professionals like Juda, who are honest, knowledgeable and have a strong work ethic.

I wanted to replace the a/c unit and furnace in my 1978 home. I had a lot of questions and Juda was patient and answered every question. He even came to the house twice to look and make sure I was getting the right system. I wanted energy efficiency but I live in a 2 story and wanted to make sure it would cool both upstairs and downstairs. Juda made sure I got everything I wanted at a great price. Only thing I would change is that did have a thermostat with a timer on it, and I think I will have to replace what came with the system with a timer thermostat. Thank you Juda and team.

Fantastic! Juda was super nice, showed up on time, and knew exactly what needed fixing. He made some recommendations, and said our oldish HVAC was fine, just needed a few adjustments, instead of trying to sell us on a new system to fix all our problems. Price was very reasonable, and he fixed it right there on the spot. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent job. Plus he came over on a Saturday at no extra cost!! Couldn't be happier. Will definitely be calling him back next year for a tuneup.

I made an appointment with Juda, of Kaldess A/C. I told him that I suspected my unit needed refrigerant. He was on-time, as well as, very friendly and personable. He added 4 pounds of refrigerant to my system. However, he did not use a scale. He is an upstanding guy for our community. I recommend him!

I found Kaldess Ac on Angie's list after searching many companies. They seemed to be a very honest and professional company based on the reviews. I had someone else from another company tell me that the best option would be to change out the condenser however I was determined to get another perspective. Juda was extremely professional and honest and fixed the freon issue for me while also cleaning out the unit. He showed up with another employee and really worked **** ** the roof as well as in the air ducts to make sure there were no holes or openings. He helped save me money at least for this summer. My Ac now is too cold but I'm not complaining. Thank you juda, I will definitely be calling you for service and I'm sure one of these days for a new unit.

Amazing!!!! Call Juda at Kaldess Air Conditioning and Heating before you get anything done to your HVAC. Not only is Juda extremely nice and professional he is very knowledgable and honest. I am a young female home owner and I always feel like I am getting ripped off when I have work done on my home. I didn't feel that way at all with Juda. He came out on a SATURDAY when no one else would to look at my unit at NO CHARGE! Every other company wanted to charge me just to look but not Juda. The motor on my furnace had broken and he gave me a quote to fix the motor and a quote to replace the whole furnace. He walked me through the options and we talked about my budget. We ultimately decided to replace the whole furnace because the unit was over 20 years old. He never pressured me to do more than I needed and actually told me that I didn't need to replace things that I thought I did (like the ducts and the thermostat) He could have easily let me hire him to do that work but he was honest and told me it wasn't necessary. When Juda and his crew came to my house he saw my 12 week old baby (who was melting) and gave us a free upgrade to a super quiet unit because the closet for the furnace is right next to the baby room. The furnace is ultra quiet and the air is great! He also filled our Freon for free and just casually mentioned it on his way out. He also spent a TON of time looking at our ducts to make sure they are working properly at NO CHARGE. It's crazy how so many people try to nickel and dime you but Juda went above and beyond finding ways to take extra good care of us at no charge. I'm so happy we have him and can't wait to use him to replace our outside unit when we can afford it.

Mr. Kaldess was professional and informative. He diagnosed the problems, and provided the solutions that best solved the problems that prevented my air conditioner from blowing cool air. Mr. Kaldess was very mindful of the expenses involved, and made sure I was aware of these expenses before he started his repair work. I was provided with information that will help me maintain the A/C unit in working condition.

I called Kaldess on what turned out to be our hottest day of the year so far (it was over 110!). Juda was at my house within an hour and a half and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me up front pricing for the solution. He took the time to explain the issue and the price breakdown. Additionally, I am in the process of selling my condo and during the home inspection, the report came back that the heater wasn't working. Juda had just fixed the AC a couple days earlier, so I called him back to ask him to come and take a look at it for me. I thought the heater was working fine (even before he came the first time). We made an appointment and he came by to take a look at the unit for me. He checked the unit out in my condo and on the roof and confirmed that the heater was in fact working. He did a reset on the thermostat and was out the door in no time. I highly recommend Kaldess. As a single woman who lives alone, I have always been weary of people coming into my home to give me estimates/provide services. Juda is honest and pleasure to work with. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and won't hesitate to call him again.

Woke up in Sunday morning and found out that my AC stopped working. After a long research finally I found Kaldess ac on Angie’s List. I got a quick response from Juda, He came to my house in no time and fixed my outside unit and added some freon. He also recommended to replace the filter. I would definitely hire him again.

I had them come out and get my air conditioning working again. Setting up the appointment was easy by phone. They found a way to fit me in to their schedule and spent nearly three hours on the first visit getting it working temporarily while also figuring out what was needed to make everything work permanently during their follow up visit. They determined that the fan motor was bad and some fuse was burnt. Pricing was clear and fair and it really seemed like these guys cared. As hot as it was in the house, I actually had a good experience with Kaldess A/C service. I'll definitely be using them again (but hopefully won't need them anytime soon) and plan to refer Kaldess to my family and friends. Juda who is the owner (and the one who took care of our issue) makes sure the job is done right, the price is fair and the price is clear before the work starts. The hottest day of the year my AC stops blowing cold air!!!! So of course I figured all AC people would be slammed with business...and it seemed that way as company after company that I called had their answering machines on. I left messages and got a few calls back...all telling me that they could maybe fit me in tomorrow or Thursday. You can imagine....! Anyway my phone rang again and it was Juda Kaldess calling to say he could come between 11-2 if I was available. Juda showed up at 11:25 diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes. Let me say that Juda is a true professional, knows his business well and is very fair in pricing. There is no upselling at all. He tells you exactly what is wrong and needs repair/replacement. Then he does the job. I would recommend Kaldess AC to anyone. You can trust them to do the job right and give you a fair price. Thanks, Juda!

Despite a heavy day of appointments to make, Judah came to our home 2 days prior to the original appt. day. He quickly determined that our freon level was low on our a/c unit. He filled our unit with Freon, tightened the various nuts and bolts and added tape to several areas where the weatherproofing coming out of the condenser was getting worn. We are so grateful that Judah was able to come to our home prior to the expected heat wave this weekend.

Juda came in to fix our AC because it had stopped working due to issues with our old thermostat. We had called his office and the call was professionally handled, and we were cared for two hours after the call was made. Juda is honest and efficient. He changed our old thermostat to a digital one, and charged $199. He also changed the filter, free of charge. Finding an honest worker is difficult when it comes to any home repairs, which is why I was compelled to write this review. Juda takes great care of his customers, I recommend him to all my friends and family.

I had a problem with my air conditioning. I called kaldess Air Conditioning, who I used years before, Juda came at the same day, It was a simple filter problem, he changed my filter and he didn't even charged me for it. I highly recommend this company.

My AC stopped working when my husband was out of town. I got a quick response from Juda Kaldess. He found out that my old thermostat was broken and replaced it on the spot and checked the air filter for me as well. I also got a price for a condenser replacement, which I already know that mine is very old. His price was very reasonable and lower by 500$ comparing to the other estimates I got from other 3 companies. He charged me only for the thermostat, and it's most likely that I will use him to replace my AC condenser. Highly recommended.!

We are so glad we called Juda!!! The whole experience couldn't have been better. Professional family run business. They were friendly, came right on time, honest and knowledgeable. We had a brand new AC, furnace and brand new duct work installed. The price was reasonable and the job was done quickly. We have a house that is very hard to cool down on any day over 90 degrees. AC companies would come over, leave and not follow up. However Juda knew exactly what to do. Our house is now extremely cool urine the couple of warm days we've had so far and we have used the furnace a couple of times during the cool mornings. Great customer service.
