This guy was a lifesaver! When my A/C stopped working during the recent heatwave I was not optimistic that I would find someone to fix it right away because I've heard they are inundated with calls on days like that. I called my usual place and they couldn't come out till the next day, which meant sleeping another night in that heat. I scheduled the appointment but decided to keep trying. I tried Kaldess and Juda answered right away and was at my house within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. By the time my husband texted me at about 11 am to ask if I was having any luck finding someone to come and look at the A/C, I was able to say it was FIXED! My whole family was really happy. Great company. Comes on time and if there is a problem or a question they come back and attend to it. Have used them before when I installed another air conditioner and that was a good experience also. Highly recommend them.

Juda was a great choice and I would highly recommend him. Fair, punctual, and professional. He assessed my broken unit (1988 Payne 5 ton), and we talked about what it would take to make the fixes to the old unit and thus decided to replace everything. (Multiple Angie's List vendors confirmed the same thing). His quote for all the work was 5%-10% below the other quotes for similar work and units. He was also able to get the work done within a few days, whereas other vendors were giving 7-10 day installation windows. As opposed to a sales person who gives the quote and then has another team install, Juda was there with his crew for the entire job. Multiple elements of the setup had to be brought up to current code, which they did, and it was all included in the quote. His team was super respectful of the property, putting drop cloths down where they were working. They completely cleaned up afterwards, and removed the old unit. The new Rheem unit is quieter and much more efficient than our previous AC unit. The installation is pristine -- they didn't cut any corners, and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Kaldess AC & Heating

Judah showed up in a timely fashion--he was even early. Nice guy. Very professional. Did the work I asked him to do quickly and efficiently. Explained what I needed to know. I'd hire him again.

They sealed the leaking and applied the freon. The air conditioner works like new!

My A/C suddenly went out and the owner Juda went out of his way to answer my questions over the phone and to instruct me on what to try before having him come over as he was booked up for the next four days during a heat wave. He then called me back to see if his suggestions worked, which unfortunately they didn't. So he said he didn't want me to deal with the heat for that long so he came over 20 mins later and did all of my repairs! He has earned my business moving forward!

It went amazing, when he showed up he asked a lot of questions to see what I was aware of regarding my condenser and air ducts, he advised me that changing the filters on a regular schedule would help avoid the buildup that caused the reason for my duct cleaning in the first place.

I was told by another ac company that my attic and heater setting is mickey mouse and quoted me about $3000+ to redo the whole thing. I heard about Kaldness from my neighbor. I went on his website. I also see recommendation from Next Door apps. I gave him a call. Juda came the next day morning. He check everything for me. He explained to me what exactly need to be done. The attic issue was fixed. He also service my AC and added more freon. Now the AC is running nice and cool. He is very nice, honest and professional. I definitely will call him again for service. I will referral Kaldness AC to my neighbors.

It went well, was able to make the appointment quickly even though busy time of year, showed up promptly, helpful with suggestions to make the 20 year old ac units last a bit longer and fixed my problems. Would recommend to others and would hire again.

When I called Juda, his phone manner is courteous and ready to help even though our project request was small. He arrived promptly, and efficiently changed out our AC filters in the attic which is not easy to get in to. He was careful with his ladder, and made sure to leave the area nice and neat. His price was fair and reasonable to match the work. Juda is very pleasant to talk with. We will definitely call his company again for routine maintenance and any future repairs.

This was a challenging job, as the existing system was not conventional. There was no room for a typical condenser discharging upward, so Juda Kaldess did some research and selected a slim upright unit that was capable of being installed in a crawl space and could discharge horizontally, as the existing unit did. I contacted the company in the middle of a heat wave, and Jona scheduled the work to occur on a Sunday, which in itself is extraordinary. Beyond that, some of the new equipment did not operate as expected, so two additional site visits were required. Although the company's services were in high demand, Jona prioritized my work, which was in progress, and resolved all issues. I found Kaldess to be extremely easy to work with; its fees were fair, and the level of customer service unsurpassed. I would not hesitate to hire this firm again.

It was a very challenging problem, but he went out there the next morning and by the end of the day got it all fixed and newly serviced. Now, that's incredible service Meanwhile, the contractor that the Home Warranty company sent out to fix it, simply gave a report of the problem. I'm still waiting (maybe four days now) for him to call me back to see if he could fix it or recommend someone who could. Finding Juda on Angie's List was the perfect solution. We lucked out with Juda.

It could not have gone better. (Even put a new light bulb in hall light for us.). The work went smoothly in arranged segments and was actually finished early. Great attention was given to our possible needs, looking out for us. Couldn't have asked for better work or a better outcome.

Mr Kaldess removed an old furnace and installed a new 75,000 BTU furnace by Rheem. Unlike a lot of other service providers Mr. Kaldess was upfront about the cost and after talking with him on the phone and providing some pictures was able to give me an estimate (approximately $2200 compared to $5000 quoted to me by the Home Depot affiliated company). With a lot of the other companies the person on the phone has no expertise and is just there to setup an appointment so that someone can come over and give an estimate. Mr. Kaldess answered the phone himself and was able to do the install that week.

I called Kaldess based on the many A ratings. Now I know why so many A's. Juda responded immediately and scheduled a preliminary visit the same day. Culprit was a vibrating compressor motor that was transmitting the vibration into the house via the freon pipes. He came back the next day and went right to work with his very nice son/apprentice. He laid out my options and didn't do the typical passive push back when I went for the cheapest solution. He did a quick maintenance and replaced a badly-worn service pull-out switch. He was efficient, thorough and pleasant. I would hire him (and plan to) again, without question.

Juda was very courteous and explained the work well. He was efficient and the price was very fair. I like that he is the owner of the company and all the work is performed by him and his son.

Our heater went out during the last big rainstorm that we had. I called around to get quotes and was very happy to come across Kaldess AC. I reached out and he asked me to take a picture of my furnace and send it to him. He promptly replied with a competitive estimate. I let him know I had to discuss with my spouse and I would call him back. The next day I received a text message asking if I would like him to come out to take a look and give an official quote. I was not in town and asked if we could touch base the next weekend. Sure enough on Thursday he reached out to see if I would like him to come by. We scheduled an appt for the weekend. Juda came out on Saturday on time and gave us our official quote (it was the best price we had heard). He had the furnace with him and did the install on the spot. He had the best customer service which matters most to me. I would highly recommend using Kaldess AC. Not only will you get a good rate and a very knowledgeable worker but great customer service to go along with it!

This was my first time using Kaldess Air Conditioning and Heating and I'm glad I did. Juda personally called me within the hour of me purchasing the deal on Angie's List. We were able to set up an appointment the same day and he texted me with his arrival time and was exactly on time. He is professional and friendly and actually takes the time to troubleshoot your problems not just go in and replace everything and stick you with the bill. During the course of his tune up he was able to troubleshoot and fix a problem that had just came up and he tended to little things too like securing a capacitor that a previous tech must have just randomly placed and he secured a thermostat that had become loose over time. He didnt charge me for either service. Top notch service and company. Will definitely use again

It was just fine. There was no problem. They were fine. He tried to sell me something else but I didn't buy it. He was fine. It was good. Price was fine. I did pay extra because he did the air conditioning and the heating system. I gave him another $39. His responsiveness was very good. He got right back to me. He was fine.
