Kaldess Air Conditioning & Heating

Returned from out of town only to walk into a cold house with a heater that would not turn on. After researching we called Kaldess. Within a hour Juda arrived and diagnosed the problem with our HVAC system, a burnt out fan motor. After discussing several options Juda removed the motor and took it back to his shop. About 2 hours later Juda returned and installed the new motor which made our system operable again. Can't say enough positive things to say about the service, timeliness, honesty, etc that we received. We are very satisfied customers and will definitely use Kaldess again.

I highly recommend Kaldess for any heating or A/C job you need. On the first visit he came within a couple hours of the call which was greatly appreciated since my heater wasn’t working. He told me that my furnace was old and unsafe. He fixed it so I wouldn’t be cold for the next couple days but asked me not to use it at night as to remain safe - which I was impressed he cared so much. Two days later, he came back with a brand new furnace. He arrived right on time, was super clean, efficient and friendly. He did a great job for a great price. Could not have asked for better service and would definitely hire him again in the future!

Showed up exactly when they said they would, inspected the system, cleaned the filter, and replaced some ducting that was not to code. Juda was very upfront about the portion not up to code and didn’t try to up sell nor use any pressure tactics which was appreciated. Will definitely have them back in the spring for an AC system inspection and tune up.

I was so happy. They were professional, honest and gave me a great price on my repair. Was so happy that I will definitely use again in the future and also will have them come out to service the heating and A/C.

Judah was fantastic. Same day service for the initial onsite inspection, but what impressed me most was the fact that when I made the call, he walked me through a few steps to ensure that the problem could not be resolved without having to charge for a service call. Great. From first phone call until when he left. Professional and courteous at every point. This was all done during one of our summer heat waves and we were thrilled to have such a quick response.

Juda was a very caring person, and concerned about the people living in the household. We have zero complaints about his work or his workers. He did an excellent job, on time, for a very excellent price.

He finished the job within a couple of days and at the end,all i could say is it satisfied my needs.If you're looking for an HVAC contractor he is your guy! Would definitely hire him once more.

I am out of state home owner , my tenant was furious that Air Conditioner has stopped working and it is more than 100 Degrees in the day ,Got 3 quotes from different HVAC companies , All of them recommended to replace the AC Unit and quotes varied from 5K to 10 K the existing unit was only 13 years old , I am glad that I found Juda, He got me a spare unit (in good condition) for a very reasonable price , he was prompt and installed it the very next day. Juda was professional, tech Savvy and was focused on getting the job done right. Highly recommended.

Contacted company through Angie's list and spoke directly with Juda. He had me text him the pertinent details and contact information. We set up an appointment to come out and inspect and perform any needed maintenance on a Rheem, Central Heat & A/C unit located on the roof of our 1950's rambler. Juda arrived promptly on time and after inspecting the unit, he politely admonished us for not performing any service sooner. The unit had never been serviced in the 7 years we had lived in the home. Sorry, but we did change the filter regularly. Juda and his son added 2.0 lbs of R22 Freon, and were done within the hour. Everything went fine, and he was paid in cash. I would hire again.

The A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave with temperatures in the 110s. I called Judah in the afternoon and he kindly put us on his totally booked schedule for the same evening. He showed up on time, found the problem quickly which was a broken fan on the condenser unit as well as low Freon gas level. He was very professional, explained everything and asked permission to proceed with the intended repair. He also said the freon gas price upfront so there are no surprises later. The job went Smoothly and he cleaned up after himself. He even performed a total A/C maintenance free of charge. Everything worked fine until the next day when the a/c stopped working again. I called Judah whom was very apologetic and said he will be right over. He found the problem was the new fan he had replaced was a defective unit. He apologized again even though I knew it was not his fault. He then proceeded with changing the fan to a stronger unit which was designed for hot environments as well so this wouldn't happen again. The new unit actually cost more; however, Judah said he will cover the difference himself. I thanked him and my A/C now works so well that we call our house Siberia. I think he is very honest, trustworthy and a professional. I will definitely hire him again for any A/C needs. Thanks.

I contacted Juda based on his Angie's list reviews....he answered his own phone and was very willing to schedule his service call around my daughter's work schedule that same day even though he was slammed due to heat wave. He serviced the system and recharged the freon (empty) and everything was good to go in 30-45 minutes. Thanks Juda!

Juda goes above and beyond and is not only a great technician but a wonderful person. He not only came out to fix my air conditioning on a holiday when he was already over booked with appointments but he came back first thing the next day because the air was working fine but not getting quite as cold as previously. He came back promptly even though I live far from his base, brought a new air filter and added 3 pounds of freon. All this service for no additional charge. Only an honest business man would give such superb service. If you have any air conditioning problems, you would be making a big mistake by not calling Juda to your rescue.

Couldn't have asked for better service. After reading reviews on Juda, I called him at 8:00 am. Our air conditioning went out the previous night. He walked me through a few things to see if it could be the breaker or anything that could be done remotely. It was Labor Day and he was already on emergency calls but took the time to try to help me then fit me into his busy schedule so we would not have to suffer with the heat. He came out promptly, diagnosed the problem And got the unit working as quick as possible at the least cost. I would highly recommend Juda if you want an honest, trustworthy, reliable man. I have already recommended him to a friend whose air isn't working 100%.

Juda is awesome! My AC started acting up Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Juda responded to my call and immediately offered recommendations and assistance. I was able to get the unit working again but by Sunday it had stopped. I called him and he was able to come out first thing Monday (labor day) morning! He was on time, friendly, professional, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. He was really great. I will definitely give him my full recommendation and use him again!

Judah was helpful, honest and very thorough. It is a very weird situation that he had never seen before and did not charge me for any of his time until he figures out what is wrong. He put a lot of time and effort in in sweltering heat on a holiday and I trust he will figure it out. He will absolutely be my first call if anything were to happen in the future.
