INTERIOR DOOR REPLACEMENT CO

Gruff but professional. Seemed to know what he was talking about, but it was all new to me, so I don't know for sure. He asked me to do some research and get back to him with what I found. After he left and I started to look into it, I realized that I had not understood a lot of what he said. I'm not AT ALL savvy with any kind of construction and made that clear to him. (THAT is the reason I subscribe to Angie's List.) Called and left a detailed message on his voice mail and asked my questions, telling him that I had not understood all he wanted and asked for clarification along with other questions. I believe I also asked about an approximate date of service. He did not return my call. Called again several weeks later asking him to call. He did not return that call either. He is quite a distance away, and maybe he rethought and didn't want the job, but of course I don't know. All he had to do was pick up the phone. THEN. TO ANGIE'S LIST: You absolutely REQUIRE a date and cost. I DON'T REMEMBER. Why will you not just accept that answer in the form? The cost was not a negative factor is all I can say now. Obviously NOT $10.00. I wanted him to do the job. I only wanted to state the things I knew to be true, NOT GUESS, but the date IS a guess.
