The type of reroof proposed is not consistent with our home and roof style!!

Derek did an outstanding job coming out to our home to go over the initial inspection and made recommendations for minor repairs as well as options for larger repair tasks. He followed up with an excellent written estimate of work to be performed for both the minor repairs as part of the "tune-up" and the additional recommended work of which we could choose to have performed or not. We chose not to in this instance at this time, but we do have the written estimate.

Received initial phone call after purchase of coupon very quickly. We set up a date for someone to come out and assess the job. He arrived punctually. I believe he was the owner of the business. He noted my roof type and colors. He explained what would be done and even showed me his certificate of liability insurance. Very good and professional so far. This was a Friday. I had understood from our previous phone conversation that the job would be done the next day on Saturday. He told me that they were very busy and that he would be calling me back later that day to schedule a day for the work to be done. I did not get a phone call until a week later and that was to tell me that they could do the job that very day, beginning in just a few hours. I called him back and said that this was too short of a notice and we rescheduled for them to come two weeks later. They arrived punctually two weeks later and began the job. They swept the gutters, removed old mastic and applied new mastic. When it looked like they were wrapping up, I asked the foreman if they were going to paint the vents and stacks like I had discussed with the owner three weeks prior at the original job assessment. The foreman said that they didn't have any paint and that he would be back later that day to finish the job. He never came. After about 4 business days, I called the owner to tell him that the job had not been completed as we had discussed. He apologized and said that they would be out the next day to finish the job. They did not come that next day. But the following day, at 7:00AM, they arrived unannounced and finished the job. One nice thing they do is take pictures of your entire roof and email them to you. To sum it up: Pros: I believe the work was of good quality, well done, good value for money. Cons: I thought the owner should have been more on top of things. He should have called me back to see if I was satisfied with their work. Instead it was up to me to make sure things got done. I didn't like when they promised a call back, either on phone or in person, and then never showed up. I didn't like that the crew came unprepared(no paint), even after the owner came by and assessed my roof color and assured me they would have extra roof tiles and matching paint.

It was hard to schedule because they were very busy but they were very flexible. I was very happy with the service. Very professional.

He kind of cleaned the sky lights, but I would like for him to do it again. I'm still waiting for him to come back. He's trying to get stuff in order. So far, they have not been professional, or timely. He did order a custom sky light for me and he is not going to charge me extra. I keep hearing about what a great deal I am getting, but it seems like he has a lot of drama and makes a lot of excuses. At this point I just want the work done.

I would use them again. They took care of everything as promised.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. They made sure they explained everything and at the end took pictures of the work so we could see it without crawling up onto the roof. The roof looks much better and when we get ready to replace the roof we will be calling them again.

Excellent! He inspected the roof and showed me problems with pictures he had taken. Replaced cracked tiles. Inspected felt under tiles. Cleaned roof, gutters and downspouts. Sealed around all pipes on the roof. Cleaned the grounds after cleaning the roof. Great job. I felt he was honest about the amount of time left in my roof and the possibility of replacing it in the next few years. He explained all my options clearly. Very reasonable for the amount of work. I recommended his company to a few of my friends. I will definitely use him when my roof needs replacing.

I ordered the $199 Big Deal for Roof Maintenance Sealing & More. As soon as I received the coupon, I contacted the company. Derek, the owner phoned me back almost immediately and set up an appointment. He showed up on time, took a look at my roof, asked me for any problem areas I had noticed, then took the time to explain to me what work they would do,a ll the areas he would check and when the work would be completed. He found some pipes on my roof that had been improperly sealed and explained how he would fix them. He also explained that he takes great pride in his company and that excellent service and satisfied customers are their goal. He is refreshingly earnest and clearly takes great pride in his work. He then returned 2 days later with his workers and did the work exactly as he described. Usually, with the Big Deal, companies get swamped so you don't actually see them for a month or 2. Derek and Immaculate roofing were prompt, professional and made me feel like I made the right choice. I highly recommend them.

Derek responded to my request for an inspection and appeared at the appointed hour. His inspection was thorough and his crew arrived within days to complete the necessary work. He and his crew were professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I received a quote from IMMACULATE ROOFING CO. They came out about 4 months ago. The quote was to reroof the house and repair the garage. I was impressed the most by their willingness to answer all of my questions. The staff from IMMACULATE ROOFING CO was able to explain things in detail and answered the questions that I had and made sure that I understood the process.

They finished the entire job in 5 days with 2 city inspections. First, the torn down the entire roof and replace the wood as needed in 2 days. City inspector approved it the next day. Then they started the install the new roof, which took 2 days. The city inspector finalized the work the next day, then they did clean up and touch up the same day. Total of 5 working days on a 4000+ sq ft roof of a 2 story / 8 unit apartment bldg. I'd say that's pretty good time. Derek, the owner was very upfront and on top of things. He doesn't make promises he can't keep. His crew and him are stand-up people. The quality of work is good. I would highly recommend him.

They were great. They showed up when they said they would; they were on time. They were clean. Roofs are really messy and you’re still going to find some things but they cleaned up pretty well. It was a good price. We’ve gone through several big storms with no signs of leaks. Their price was very competitive.

He is really good. We had a few other estimates and decided to go with him. He is very professional.

The Immaculate team was professional, fast, attentive and priced well. They completely re-did our flat roof and took extra steps to correct problematic areas. Derek met with us after the job was complete, on a weekend, and provided a very thorough walkthrough of the work done and potential areas for future corrections. I highly recommend them, they are a fair and reasonable crew.

We called Derek out to give us an estimate on replacing our leaking garage roof, which also had a lot of wood rot. His estimate was very competitive with all the other companies we had out, so we asked for an estimate on the house as well, which had even more wood rot. Derek pulled the permits and his crew started the job the next week and were finished in just over 3 days. They showed up bright and early each day and at the end of each day cleaned up so well there wasn't a nail left anywhere. It was a complete tear off so you know how dirty that can be! All the wood that was rotted was replaced and primed and he even installed a solar attic fan. We couldn't be happier. Derek is a great guy who obviously loves what he does and it shows with his crew and their work ethic.
