It took a little while to get our schedules together, but the work was great. He came out for inspection prior to Big Deal work to be done. His people came out did the work and left the place immaculate!! I also requested a quote for some non essential follow up work. Took a little time to get the quote, but it was not urgent and he said it would take A little timeto get the quote, so it was not unexpected. I would use them again Ina minute.

They are responsive and they cared about the work. They got me involved with the work. The workers are professional. They did a good job.

They were excellent. It was some time ago. They were very good. They saved us money. They did extra. They did it on time. They were very clean. They came back for a second job and we paid extra on that. It was a very reasonable amount. Pricing was very good. The quality of service was excellent.

They showed up on time, and I guess they did what they were supposed to do in the "Big Deal." I asked for an estimate to deal with a leaking chimney, but never received the estimate. A few months later I called again about the estimate and was told it had been done. Derek said I needed to have the deck around the chimney rebuilt, which made no sense to me or four other roofers, who all said his solution would invite bigger problems. The only reason I checked with four other roofers is because he insisted the deck was the problem. When I told him the other roofers all said the chimney just needed to be capped in some way (the roofers varied in how they would do that), he said that was not the issue and would not solve the problem. I invited him to give an estimate on capping the chimney, but he said it would be pointless. I went with another roofer who capped the chimney. Problem solved.

The roof repair went very smoothly. I was told what time the guys would come out and they did come at a specified hour. We had a leak which never broke through the ceiling; the water was collecting on the roof. It involved one of the vents, the pipe inside and the shingles around the vent. The damaged shingles were replaced as was the vent pipe connection. I was told that our roof had "2" more years which I appreciated knowing.

As you may know, roofers are kind of a breed apart. I spoke to three contractors for this job. The first wanted to replace the whole roof even though it is only about five years old. The second kept talking about a special coating that he could apply, but he never sent me an estimate. Derek from Immaculate Roofing performed a more thorough initial inspection than the other two, and he gave me more info and more reasonable options. And his estimate seemed like a great value. On the day the work was performed his crew was getting ready to wrap things up when I discovered that they overlooked a couple of spots, which they fixed right away. I let Derek know that his guys almost missed some repairs, and I asked if he would be willing to come over and give the roof a good look to make sure the work was done properly. He came over within a couple of days and performed another inspection. It seems like a great company, and I would definitely hire them again.

They were on time, very prompt. They did such a good job explaining things to us. They even caught an issue with the roof and took my husband up to take a look. It was causing a leak, so they were very informative. The reason I did not give them an overall A is because they were unable to clean the gutters and do the inspection all in one day.

They were friendly, prompt and professional in their work. They were just very impressive.

I was very pleased with the service overall. The appointment made was timely and the estimate given was prompt and reasonable by Derek. The work crew was neat and clean and kept the job on time. I had heard a drip in one of the bedrooms prior to the work and they did everything they could to determine the cause but no damage was found. the repairs were done and I was told at the next big rain storm, if I should hear the drip again, they would come to check it out. I appreciated their concern. At the next big rainstorm, I did hear a dropping sound but saw no damage in the bedroom. The attic was having insulation removal done for another construction job in the house, and once it was cleared I called Immaculate Roofing again and had them check the attic closely. Two of their workers came in and examined the attic roof and flooring. They took pictures and showed them to me. No leaks were detected or water damage. The dropping sound I hear is not doing any damage anywhere & is likely associated to hitting some other area not causing a leak. I would recommend this company to friends and family and would definitely use them again.

Overall I was pleased with the work that was performed for the Big Deal I purchased. The process to arrange a date to have services performed, however, was not smooth. The owner could not give me a definitive date initially, because of other jobs that he had that took priority. There were several back and forth phone calls, and we finally settled on a date in early December. On the day or day before the expected work date, I was told that we would have to reschedule because of other jobs that took priority ( apparently because of heavy rains during the month prior, a number of "emergency jobs" needed to be completed). I then informed him that I was going out of town for the holidays, and would not be back until the first week of January. Rather than schedule a date, he told me to call him when I was back in town, and one of two dates would be used to fulfill the work order. The actual day of the work performed was more or less as expected, with one major hiccup. Two additional jobs were discussed to be completed beyond what was covered by the Big Deal ( one a replacement of ineffective flashing, and the other a simple primer paint job to protect a few panels of wood on the underside of a foyer roof that were not treated). When I discovered that the primer to be used was going to be a completely different color than the current paint color, I opted not to proceed with the paint job. When I discussed this with the owner, his demeanor was completely different than in previous conversations. He accused me of wasting his time and of not "being logical" with regard to my decision to wait on the second job. What I found most insulting was that I was more than patient with his lack of being able to fulfill the service in a timely fashion (it took over two months to finally schedule and get the work done from the initial phone call) and that it was ultimately my (the client's) decision whether or not to have additional services performed. I quickly pointed these things out to him, to which he quickly began to back peddle and apologize. When the work was completed, I was satisfied with the "Big Deal" portion of the work performed, but not with the replacement flashing ( it seemed rushed and looked out of place).

They were very professional. The bid was very reasonable. They answered all of my questions and did not try to up sell me on the roofing job which I appreciated. They were also on time as well.

It went well. A few times, he did not get back to me when he said, but he always ended up getting in touch with me in the end.

I called to set up an estimate. They said they'd call back with a time-frame. They never called Back. What is this, HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU?

We are very pleased with our reroof. Dereck from Immaculate roofing was super considerate and easy to work with. We got a lot of roof and many extra requests fulfilled for our money! Great value! The crew was awesome, very tidy and courteous and constantly working through the day. We had many extra requests and Dereck helped us brainstorm how to accomplish our vision and deal with a bit of a problem with the patio cover... and didn't charge too much to do this either! we couldn't be happier.

Derek the owner came out personally and did a thorough evaluation of the roof of our 4,000 square ft home, which was leaking in multiple places. He gave us a competitive and detailed quote for the work. We had three companies bid for the job. Immaculate roofing stood out with their professionalism responsiveness, attention to detail and reasonable quote. They even offered to re-use the existing gravel to save us money. They worked on schedule, and completed the work timely. Their crew were courteous and professional. When we called Derek again for an emergency repair on our rental property, he responded immediately, and took care of the repair over the holidays, in our absence, which we really appreciated. His price to replace and patch a rusted scupper drain was extremely reasonable. Many companies could have taken advantage in this situation, but we felt comfortable and were kept informed of the work. We are very happy with their work. We would definitely use them again.

I worked with Derek from start to finish on the job. He was amazingly prompt and communicative and responded to both phone calls and emails when I had questions. For the estimate he took pictures of my roof to show both what would be covered in the estimate along with some recommendations he had (he was NOT pushy with his recommendations at all like some people I've dealt with). He explained everything in great detail with the pictures and then emailed the pictures to me so my wife and I could discuss what we wanted to have completed of his recommendations. While performing the work they found some dry rot on my roof and once they showed it to me they were able to take care of that at the same time as the other work. While his team was doing the work I was chatting with Derek about how I looked at some solar attic fans and he told me he could have one of his guys go down to Lowes and pick up a solar attic fan and install it no charge while his team was already up there (only charged me for the cost of the fan). Afterward he took additional pictures of the roof to show the completed work. Great fantastic experience. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very professional, upfront and very communicative

I initially encountered Immaculate Roofing through the "Big Deal" notification and signed up because my roof required flashing. It turned out that flashing was not covered by the Deal, although when I originally read the terms of the deal, it sounded pretty comprehensive and I was a bit distraught. Derek of Immaculate Roofing nonetheless agreed to perform the work I wanted for a reasonable price, and as close to the price advertised by the deal in order to demonstrate his level of professionalism. He did a very thorough job, installing new shingles and flashing and repairing broken shingles around the chimney. Throughout my dealings with Derek, he exhibited a commitment to providing the customer with the best possible work for the most reasonable price, regardless of how big or small the project. I highly recommend Immaculate Roofing. Derek is still growing his business but word is traveling fast and pretty soon, he will be booked, so act fast if you need a roofer!

The job was done well. All was explained completely. The touch up work was done. I had experienced a leak in the last heavy rain. The technician found the source and submitted a proposal to fix the problem. His repair seemed high, but it was alot of work. I am now looking at other ways to fix the leak.

They went out of their way to make the appointment because their roofing company is not close to my house. The workers were fast and did a good job. He took pictures of before and after. I need something else done to the roof and was told to contact the office if or when I wanted them to come out and do the repair. He gave me an estimate at that time. I would use them again even though the scheduling of the appointment would depend on when they would be working in my area.

Derek is a true professional - he does not try to scare you into doing work that doesn't need to be done. I had other estimates where I was told the roof needed to be replaced, the siding needed replacing, etc., but Derek said all the roof needed was a tune-up to put it back in 100% working order. He took me up on the roof to show me problematic areas that needed attention and explained his solution to all items. EVERYTHING was explained up front, no hidden agendas. Work was completed in a day and a half and when we did a final walk through, we found a couple of items that needed to be fixed. Derek had his crew back within a couple of days to fix the items and the roof is in excellent shape now. When we have wind gusts now, it no longer sounds like the roof tiles are coming off the roof - it's quiet now. I no longer am dreading the coming wet season, hoping that the one leak we had isn't causing major unseen damage. I highly recommend Derek and Immaculte Roofing for a quality job, fair price and taking the time to fully educate the consumer on the job details.

They sent me an email after buying the coupon. I called them up and scheduled the appointment. There must of been a miscommunication about the first appointment. I had to reschedule for the following weekend. The cleaned up after themselves, they did a good job and very knowledgable. They were able to get all the work done same day.
