Things changed quickly do a family situation, but Derek provided he service necessary to have the roof patched in the area of the leak. Went beyond what most people would do. And, we really appreciated it.

Derek responded very quickly after leaving a message on his web site for an estimate. He came over within a couple days to give me an estimate. He measured the roof and explained about all the different types of roofing. He e-mailed me an estimate after a week or so ( I was not in a hurry, old roof didn't leak). I decided on the type of roof I wanted but was unsure about the color. I had narrowed it down to two colors. Derek came by the next day and set up several rows of the two shingle colors on my driveway and let them stay there so I could decide which one I liked best. They started work on a Monday and were done by noon on Friday. His workers arrived promptly in the early morning and went to work without any jjbber-jabber or horsing around. The yard was kept cleaner all the time then I keep it myself (hence the name I suppose "Immaculate roofing"). Putting up the new fascia took two guys all day, it fits better than the original ever did. The corners of the fascia fit so well it almost looks as good as furniture and there are some pretty crazy angels to deal with. They put several coats of primer on the facia before it went up, then a coat after it was installed. I think the trickiest part of the job was shooting all the fiberglass insulation into the cathedral ceilings and attic. This was done when the roof was stripped down to the plywood and the insulation was blown into the cathedral ceiling while standing on the roof. Derek's workers are certified to blow in dow corning's fiberglass insulation but it's tough when you are on the roof trying to figure out where the cathedral ceilings end and the attic begins. My house has some cathedral and some attic in different parts of the house. I was up on the roof during this process and I even had a hard time figuring it out. When you're in the house it's easy to tell where the cathedral ceilings are and where the attic is but up on the roof, IT JUST ALL LOOKS LIKE ROOF. I am very happy with the job at my house and have already recommended immaculate roofing to my brother who had work done and was very pleased with the job. If you want your roof done as cheaply as possible, don't call Derek. If you want your roof done by a roofer that is up on all the latest equipment/techniques, roofing materials, thinks about roofs, dreams about roofs, takes pride in every step of the job and is always concerned that you are happy with the work...then Immaculate roofing is the company for you.

The company was on time, friendly and professional. The area that was repaired looks as it did before but they state they did fix the leak. We will see when we have another hard rain.

The Immaculate Roofing crew were very professional and worked from early morning until day's end. They cleaned up whatever mess was on the ground three separate times so it was never too bad to be able to walk out the door. When they left, we had a beautiful new roof, and the entire area around where they had worked was spotless. We definitely recommend Immaculate Roofing... Derek cares about each job and keeps good tabs on his crew, who did a great job.

I was extremely happy with every aspect of their work. Derek and his team are top notch professionals. They were responsive, timely and paid attention to every detail. Derek took the time to take pictures of my old roof, explain in detail the work to be done, and gave me a photo book of the before and after. The work started and completed on time, and each day the workers were on time. They took care of my property and cleaned up after their work each day. I needed to have an overhang over my front door rebuilt as there was serious water damage. For various reasons this was a challenging project, and Derek and his team figured out how to do it so it was structurally sound and yet attractive on my house. I don't believe too many people could have handled this challenge given the particulars. This is a team of professionals who take great pride and care in their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I would highly recommend Immaculate Roofing to anyone.

Immaculate Roofing's owner, Derek Gonzalez, was very professional and took especial effort to insure that his people did the job right and kept the work areas clean and clear. The work took about 1 week, and everyday when they left, the property was spotlessly clean. He was mindful of my tenants and he and his people were friendly and eager to make sure that no one had any difficulties with the work progress. Derek was very fair and was interested in keeping his good reputation intact. He was usually available for communication and always returned phone calls. He made coordination of the work and their site access very easy on me and my tenants. We received a very good job and were very satisfied with the result. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the services of Immaculate Roofing for anyone needing new roofing. It was good value for the money.

They have fantastic service and are completely ethical. We would use them again for regular service. He showed up on time and did a very through job. He did everything he said he would do and beyond. His pricing was reasonable and he was highly professional. He had a friendly service and he did an overall good job.

They reacted unprofessionally. They said that there was a crack and that the roof was in terrible shape this was after they had initially told me it was in excellent shape. They also tried to get money from my tenant. update 3/20/2015 The employees had entered attendance office suit that I own, and they demanded money. They told the tenant that they would not do any work until she pays them. They informed me that in their records showed that the someone who owned this building still owed them money. They used a plastic painters tarp to "fix" a major leak. Their business policies for fraud is incompetent.

Derek is quite pleasant and if I needed an entire roof, I'd call him.

This was not the lowest quote I received, but I was impressed with Derek's presentation and attentiveness. The work took a week to complete, and when we had a rain delay, the crew worked on Saturday to make up time. Derek was very focused on making sure that I was satisfied with the job. I am pleased with my new roof, and I would recommend them to others.

On 6/8/13, Immaculate Roofing Co. visited our house for a roof removal quote. Derek was punctual, gave a great presentation, was very professional and his estimate was competitive.

I am in the real estate business so I know how important great service providers are. I needed to replace an old wood shake roof on my rental home in San Marino. I asked for referals from my real estate professional collegues and received several names. I found Immaculate roofing on Angies list and based on their reviews decided to put them into the mix. After getting a few proposals, I decied to go with Immaculate roofing. The reason is of Derek's professionalism in his proposal and especially his great communication. Proposal was not the least expensive but not the most, just an honest and complete discription of his work. After thinking that we would replace the roof with another wood shake, Derek gave me an alternative material choice of light weight concrete that looks just like wood shake.This also saved me $900/ He even took me to the supplier in his truck so we could see the materials in person. Derek also came to my personal residence and brought color samples with him so that I did not have to select color only from the brochure. I have tenants in the home and Derek met with them so that they were comfortable with him. The crews cleanup after each day of work and their attention to detail kept my tenants happy during the process. I am very happy with the results. Roof looks great and seldom have I had a more satisfying experience with a roofer. I highly recommend Derek and am now referring him to my realtor associates.

I contacted them on getting an estimate to have my roof fixed or repaired and they said to call another comapny and offered the number. I advised them that the other company was not on Angies list and they simply apologized and ask did I need any further help :(. Even if I do need a new roof I will not be calling them since they are not even willing to come check and see.

Derick and his crew did a magnificent job on my new roof. The previous roof had reached the end of it's 25 year life and needed to come off. Not only did they remove the entire roof in a day, they cleaned up the area as if nothing had happened-- there were no signs of any debris on the ground. The next day they replaced a number of damaged plywood panels. Then the new roof prep was underway. Lots of care was put into place at this stage. Then they disassembled all five of the skylights and put in new insulation. Then painted all the metal surfaces; same on all vents. They put in a solar powered attic fan to help keep the attic cool in hot weather. The new roof looks beautiful and even gets compliments from neighbors passing by. I highly recommend Immaculate Roofing.

Derek and his crew are true professionals! My roof was in real rough shape and Derek did everything he could to help me stay within my budget. He communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date on progress. I actually feel like I made a friend through the reroof. It could not have gone any better, Derek is a great guy, very professional. He made it clear from the moment he walked in with his suitcase. Great detailed presentation, he answered all the questions I had at any point in time. The timing was exactly as he promised, start to end, no surprises. Another thing that was pretty impressive was how clean the crew was. Daily cleaning made it look like there was nothing going on (even though the entire roof was missing!) and not to mention his prices were better than his competition. I did a good amount of research on material used, and got more than 10 bids from different companies, and all the stuff Derek used was the recommended materials (as opposed to the cheap stuff some companies would use) I would definitely keep hiring Derek and his company for all my roofing needs, and would certainly recommend him to my friends and colleagues. Derek called me back after a few days and said they were not taking on any new roofing jobs this year. My question is: Why do you have an ad up wasting others time if you are not going to bid jobs in your area? Please take your ad off of Angies List so we can use others who are actually going to perform their jobs. For that reason I give a D rating.

I have owned several properties in Los Angeles for over a decade, and so have lots of experience with contractors and tradespeople. Unfortunately most of the experiences have not been good. Derek, the owner of Immaculate Roofing, on the other hand, has restored my faith in that good contractors do exist. Our project is a bit of a difficult one.... trying to redo another contractors sub standard roofing on a flat section and redo the rest of the sloped roof to install solar. The scope of the project kept changing for various reasons and Derek re-bid every time (over a period of about ten months). He answered all my emails and all my questions and was a wealth of information. His quote was one of the lowest and we would definitely have gone with him but the GC we hired for another part of the project wanted to work with his usual roofer. We like and trust our GC too so, after much agonizing because we really thought Derek was great, we went with another bid. However, and here is where I was truly amazed at Derek, even though he did not get the job and had spent a lot of time with us he was professional and courteous to the end and just wished us the best with our project. Truly a stand up guy and he will be top on my list when we need a roof at one of our other properties.

I contacted Immaculate Roofing after reading the reviews on Angie's List because I need my roof replaced. Derek returned my call within an hour to tell me personally that they are booked solid for the next couple of months. I need my roof replaced before rainy season starts (due to leaks), so unfortunately he is unable to assist me, but answered all of my questions and provided a referral to a company he trusts. Even though I was not able to use Immaculate Roofing's services, I will definitely keep them in mind for the future and I was beyond impressed by Derek's professionalism and honesty.

took two days and was prompt. Repaired leaks on slope portion of roof. Removed all debries from roof. Sealed all pipes, vents and flashings.

It was OK. The real problem I had with them was that they were not exactly timely. After they finished the work they didn't get me photographs of what they had done.

I found Immaculate Roofing through Angie's list and it seemed that his many positive comments were impressive as was the owner, Derek. Derek, personally, evaluated my garage roof and suggested valuable advice such as as a slightly sloped roof to avoid pooling after a rain; suggested needed replacement rafters inside the garage which were in an advance state of decay, suggested coordinated color for the roof and the perimeter border - none of which other prospects suggested. And he promised the entire job in two days and his tidy work was right on schedule. And all this for a fair and reasonable price which was moderately less than others that did not provide the needed repairs. Now, I have received several compliments from neighbors. Whoever compliments a garage? Anyone that has seen Immaculate work by Derek.

It was immaculate. He did a great job. He did what I need and was very knowledgeble. He evn gave low cost alternatives and was very thorough.
