Description of Work: They replaced my roof. They were always on time, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. The estimate was professionally done, and Derek brought samples of the materials they use for my type of roof. The other people I called put their estimate in one number on the back of their business card, and didn't provide any information about the quality of materials I could expect. In addition, they all estimated a higher cost. I would recommend Immaculate Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or repair.

Description of Work: I made a couple of calls to have a estimate for a roof replacement. On August 14, 2015, someone in the office took the info, but there was no call back. So, on August 19, 2015 I made a second call, asked who would be contacting me, I have not received a call from Derek or the office. I think its unprofessional, especially on Angie's List, rated A to not return calls.

Description of Work: They performed basic roof maintenance work. I had not experienced any problems with my roof; I just have maintenance done each summer. They seemed competent and professional. My roof has just weathered some heavy rain with no problems.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for a roof inspection and tune up from Immaculate Roofing Co. My initial contact with the owner, Derek Gonzalez, was very easy as I was able to communicate by email which is usually easier for me. A member of his crew (Lenny) came out in mid-September to do the initial assessment of the condition of the roof. Two years ago we had a nasty leak that was repaired by a good handyman but we wanted to be sure that it still held up. Not only did he confirm that the repair was fine, but he assured us that the roof had another 8-9 years left which was a relief. One thing that was found was a large hole that critters had created and used to access the crawl space. This is something that even our very good pest control company had missed. We had heard some type of large animal(s) up there so now that it was confirmed (he showed us a photo of the hole) we were able to call an animal trapper to take care of this situation. This took a couple of weeks which along with a previously scheduled vacation made it impossible for Derek's crew to return to do the clean up of the roof and gutters and the resealing of flashing, etc. Derek was very patient with me and I was finally able to schedule the job for yesterday. Upon completing the work Lenny sent before and after photos to Derek who forwarded them to me immediately. What a fantastic job this company did. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will not hesitate to use their services again and to refer them to anyone in need of a roofer. Description of Work: Derek called me right away. He was very professional. He gave me a bid on an entire new roof that I am considering.

Description of Work: Repaired 2 parts of my roof which were in very bad condition. Put new shingles and patched all existing leaks in various parts of my roofl. These were things I was well aware needed done. I feel they were honest and fair in thier dealings with me.
