Description of Work: I have used this company in the past so I called to get additional gutters installed and the woman on the phone said she would pull my file and call me back in the afternoon - its been 3 days and I still have not heard from them so I wont be using this company in the future for roofing or gutters - bad customer service

Description of Work: Halo was good about calling me back regarding my raingutters, but I did not end up using them. There was a 6-8 week waiting period and a minimum charge of $350.00 to come out to the house.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate for a new roof at my residence. The representative did not show up. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called Halo. The receptionist told me to give the person another hour and if they didn't show up in an hour, to call back. When I called back, they did not answer the phone. No one ever followed up with me. This is a bad sign, so I chose a more responsive company to do the work.

Description of Work: They promptly called me when they received an order from Angie's List to inform me that they were in my service area. There seemed to be a system issue that did indicate they were a provider for FL when they were not. When speaking with them there were both friendly and professional.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon on 9/1 and scheduled someone to come look at the work needed on 9/17 (not sure why they couldn't come sooner) - he didn't show up and when I called the company they said he had left a message that he wanted to re-schedule because he didn't want to drive to my house that day (I had to miss a school event for my son because he never left me a message). He came on 9/18 and said he would call back with a date to provide service. He never called back. I again called the company on 9/24 and was told I would receive a call that day to schedule service. I received a call that they would call back later - they needed more information. I finally received a call to schedule service on 9/28 and was told that the earliest they could perform the work was 11/16! Two and a half months after I purchased the coupon. I need the work done now!

Description of Work: The person who came out and gave the estimate was very professional and the contract for the job was professional and detailed. I thought the price was a bit high, but as long as the roof no longer leaks, I will be happy. The contractors who put on my addition never put flashing around the bathroom vent pipes and the water had poured in. My Son-in-Law sealed the leak with Henry, but the repair never took. |

Description of Work: Halo sent a Representative, Joseph, on August 21, 2015, for a roof replacement estimate, He went over his roofing product and roofing system. He said, he would email me the roofing estimate within 2-3 days. I have no estimate or call as of September 1. This is so unprofessional.

Description of Work: Everything went well, but I haven't checked the work yet which is why I graded them a "B".

Description of Work: They tore off four layers of old roofing and put on a new roof. They took on the job in December and got it done in time for our deadline. They also cut off some of the dry rot and put in a fascia to save us extra money to redo the rafters. Excellent job and great price!

Description of Work: They were very Professional. It took longer to complete then i expected, they probably should have told him how long it will take. It came out looking very good. Happy with the service.
