Harry did excellent work. My engagement ring was heavily damaged. Harry did exquisite work rebuilding the entire ring, making it a much better version of the original. The setting is beautiful but also stronger than the original and has more sparkle. He also has a beautiful collection of custom jewelry that anyone would love to add to their collection. Everything was a wonderful mix of both classic but with a custom twist. It was over an hour drive for me to get to Harry, and I'm sure I passed 1000 Jewelers on the way, but the drive was worth it. The work is amazing and speaks for itself.

They were very professional & conscientious, work done quickly & well. They were also very warm & friendly. I had a ring that I was told could not have the prongs redone & they were able to do it. I had another ring fixed and after it was fixed they told me it also needed to have some of the stones tightened before they would want to return it to me so that it would be in the best condition possible. I was very pleased with their work & would highly recommend them

It went above my expectations in every way. The entire process was easy, understanding and enjoyable. When we first met we finalized design, price and the time it would take him to make the bracelet. I showed him a photo of a bracelet I took when I was traveling. I couldn't purchase it at the time but always wanted to get it made. As soon as he looked at the photo of the bracelet he knew how it was made and what materials were used. He explained and shared the process from design to finish. In that moment I immediately felt comfortable and knew he would be the one to make it for me. The original bracelet was a shiny gold plated finish but we decided to make it matte so that would be the only difference. During his work he would give me updates and let me know when it will be ready. When I went to pick it up I was extremely excited and happy when I put it on. It looked better than the original! My overall satisfaction with price, quality, and customer service was great. I believe in quality of work and most importantly customer service. A person can have a great product but if they don't master their services it is pointless to do business with them. I recommend this company to all my friends and family. I can't wait to go back.
