Flooring Pro Inc

DO NOT USE FLOORING PRO. I am currently suing them for the poor installation of wood flooring in my home. I hired a certified expert who inspected their work and contacted them. The expert determined that they failed to test my concrete slab before installing my flooring. Moreover, they failed to use the correct size trowel and let the glue dry before installing the flooring See attached images of wood boards removed and inspected by my expert). Worst of all, It turns out that they did not have insurance for the damage the caused to my home. This company is very deceptive and unresponsive. I would stay away!

DO NOT USE FLOORING PRO. I am in the process of suing them. They were negligent in the installation of my homes flooring earlier this year. I retained a certified expert who removed some of the flooring installed in my home and it was determined that flooring pro did not properly glue the flooring down throughout my home. All of the flooring in my home will likely need to be replaced and redone. Their representative Alon seemed honest and sincere at first. Don't fall for this! He is unprofessional and did not monitor his own installers that made all of the mistakes. When I brought to the companies attention all of the issues, they responded that everything is perfect. Buyer's beware!

They did a really nice job, they were very professional, and they were very fast. They came on a weekend, that's impressive. They were very pleasant people.

This was a big deal purchase and it worked out well. I thought the deal was great. Unfortunately the kitchen was larger than the deal that they were offering. I asked for an idea on what it would take as far as my bathroom. He told me it seemed to be within the deal that I bought and it covered it. He said there would be no out of pocket cost. I said okay. He came in, looked at everything and we scheduled to have one of his contractors come out. So they came out. Apparently there was something going on with my floor and they were discussing it among themselves. They told me I needed to put in under flooring. So a contractor did that and he did a fantastic job. For the most part I was pleased. There also was a sales representative there letting me know they sell flooring, laminate and stuff. He was telling me all the options I could consider for my kitchen. He wanted to show me samples but I only wanted what I purchased on Angie's List, which was laminate floor for the kitchen. I guess they were going to have another worker come out and do the kitchen. They told me it would take him a couple of days to do the work. The guy came out and literally did the work in a day. I was not happy with the floor because it felt soft walking on it and I told them that. They told me it looks and felt good. I told them I wish they could have communicated better with me while they were doing it. I am not happy with the work they did in my kitchen but I was happy with the work done in my bathroom. My interaction with them was okay. The price was reasonable.

Eli is extremely knowledgeable. I did not realize the previous owner had installed tile on top of linoleum. Eli pointed it out but assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The crew was fantastic the lead installer as well as his helper they were neat and respectful. They did a phenomenal job. They reattached base molding, cleaned up my transition strip and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again. I cannot say enough about how professional they are. I described what i wanted and the sample Eli brought matched perfectly. The floor looks great feels more level and The grout color is nice and clean.

I bought the big deal from them. The deal included tiles but I had my own tiles. Talked to the sales manager Eli to work out the detailed, he was helpful and flexible, and listened to my concerns. The worker who showed up on the day was on time, and worked late til he finished the job. Now we are enjoying our new lovely bathroom floor!

Excellent and Professional. The workers Arturo and Antonio were right on time. They laid down a covered walkway over my carpeting to keep it clean as they worked. They completely removed the old grout and put in the new grout.

I scheduled the installation a month out and had no problems with the crew arriving and getting to work on the demolition of the old floor. Ricardo was a definite professional, covering counters with plastic and moving huge appliances out of the way. He was able to demo the floor, remove the old tile, and lay new backer board in one day! He communicated what was going on every step of the way and was always friendly. In the end the job took 2 complete days and my wide and I could not be more happy with the results!

Recently, I purchased an Angie?s List ?Big Deal? certificate for 50 square feet of tile flooring from Flooring Pro Inc. It was clear I would need more than 50 square feet for the kitchen from the beginning and, after further discussion with Flooring Pro?s very able Sales Representative Ely, I decided it made sense to also do two small rooms adjoining the kitchen. Certainly, Flooring Pro was willing to do just the kitchen associated with the certificate I purchased but I decided on expanding the work and get it over with. Ely was both the Sales Representative and Project Manager for the work. Ely was very forthright, attentive to details and was always available day, night and weekends to address any questions or concerns that came up. At the conclusion of the work Ely wanted to ensure I was happy-and I was. Ely was my primary contact with Flooring Pro and certainly did everything he could to see that the job was satisfactorily concluded. This is the first time I used Flooring Pro through Angie?s List thus I have no experience with anyone but Ely who I would recommend. I did find there was a communication issue between the office and the workers that came out. Because of this, some things were not done properly and had to be redone.

After initially speaking with the company he said he call back on a certain day, but didn't call for about a week. I missed the phone call and he left a voicemail and I have called back several times since and have yet to hear anything back from the provider. I have decided to cancel the deal and look for another company for the work.

They are a pleasure to deal with, the communication is clear, direct and prompt. But most important the quality of their work is excellent. They are experts and take care in what they are doing.

They were punctual, on time and professional. The manager was amazing and personable. He came and checked on the job and they do the work exactly how we wanted them to. They did what this property needed to make the job look appealing to the average person. When they gave us the price, they break down the amount so we knew what we were paying for and when.
