Horrible experience. I signed the contract. They showed up on Monday. That was the only day the project manager showed up. The crew did not bring any supplies. They told me I needed to go out and buy this and that. I am a single woman. I definitely felt taken advantage of. $35,000 for a 8’x8’ bath, no sink. The wall was not flush, so the tile came out about 1 1/2” from the wall (I took pictures). I was running to Home Depot the whole time, buying grout, metal finishing strips for the shower, paint. I finally called the manager to complain. They corrected the problem and reimbursed me for some of the supplies. But less than a year later, a metal piece aligning the shower doors has started rusting, staining the shower. I have been dealing with them for over two months now to get a replacement. It’s hard to find a good contractor out there and I need to remodel my kitchen. You should also be aware that I interviewed three remodeling reps from Angie’s List. After all the issues, I did a search which revealed that the three businesses have the same owner under different business names.
