The men installing the attic insulation did a great job! Very courteous, clean, overall, very nice to work with. Prices were great. Although the subcontractor who installed the subfloor insulation was also clean and did a good job; there was a miscommunication or disconnect because the appointment was scheduled between 730-830 am for arrival. The day of the job as we are waiting, I get a phone call from the guys doing the subfloor insulation and he states that appointment time is a mistake, and that they can't even be at the house until 9:30. Overall, i would still recommend the company ( I already have to a friend of mine) and we are very happy overall and think they did a great job.

They were very clean, neat, thorough, professional and had the best rates we could find. I was very satisfied with the job and they did a really good job. We are thinking of rehiring them to do the garage. I'm having some recessed lighting done and the Everguard tech told me to call them so the can refill the spots that are needed (at no cost) after the lighting is installed.

I chose them because of all of the reviews they received and they were a previous Angie's List award winner. They were outstanding and great. They were very prompt. I needed it done within a day and they had it done within the time frame.

A+ Company from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment, everyone was very nice and outgoing. The work was performed quickly, efficiently, and in a clean fashion. Once again another example of why I love Angie's list.

.I bought the big deal for insulation knowing that i needed more square footage. They cut me a little bit of a deal on the extra square footage, but it was still quite expensive. I am not sure what this normally costs, but overall, I feel that I got a reasonable overall price for the work. The guys knew their stuff and kept my house clean. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends. By the way, they are great with email, which is a must for me

Fantastic! Spoke with the owner to schedule the job. Team showed up on time, was professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves. I began to feel a difference while they were still installing the insulation. Should have done this ages ago. Would highly recommend them without reservation.

They were friendly, very clean and very knowledgeable. I was worried that it would be messy job, but it wasn't. They were on time, and gave me an estimate ahead of time, and even estimated on how long it would take.

Overall I am very happy with this installation. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do in detail which is always a plus and were in and out in less than 2 hours.

This company is SUPERB. I highly, highly, highly recommend them. From the moment I spoke with Steve on the phone to the moment where the guys left the house, I was satisfied. If you're considering getting insulation, there is no other company, in my opinion. My furnace was working constantly and some of the rooms were always freezing. Literally a few hours after the insulation, I noticed the furnace no longer constantly working. The rooms that were freezing were warm and pleasant. (I used a thermometer to check the temperature just to be sure.) I also noticed that the floor was much warmer. (See their website for details on why the floor gets cold and how to prevent it.) The most amazing thing to me is the price. Not only do they do excellent work and are extremely friendly, their price is very reasonable, and no doubt, one of the best investments I've made so far in the house. It's truly worth it to have a well insulated house, especially in areas that are more inland and subject to the extreme elements. I will be adding insulation in the walls pretty soon. It's not because it's necessary at this point, but because Everguard's pricing is amazing and the benefits are great. The service is amazing and it's overall a great experience. Go with these guys -- you will not regret it.

I found them on Angie’s List. The guy over the phone was very nice but he never came himself, he sent some little kid. However, I think they did ok. They seemed nice. I really cannot tell whether the installation makes any difference or not. I would say, do a little bit more research on insulation and make sure that the insulation they put is the correct one. The owner seems very knowledgeable and nice but he never ever comes to check to see whether his workers have done it right or wrong. There is no way an owner can know because it’s inside of the attic, so we have no access to go, take a look and see whether it has been done fully or not. I cannot tell you that. However, it is nice if you talk to the owner of the company and he will pay some personal attention to the job. Rather than going to ten jobs in one day, it is better to go to five jobs and check everything and then make back a report to people. I would possibly use their services again in the future.

The owner Steve was very responsive and informative when he returned my call for an estimate. We felt he really had our best interests in mind when discussing our requested work. We decided almost immediately after talking to him that we would go with this company. The work was scheduled quickly and when the team arrived, they were just as informative and knowledgeable as the owner. They kept us informed on what they were doing, what the may not be able to accomplish and went over the work with us after it was complete. They were unable to insulate a portion of our attic due to clearance but did their best and the final cost was reflective of these changes. Our furnace had been running constantly during this cold spell and each time it turned off, the house would immediately cool off. We have a vaulted wood plank ceiling in the living room and bedroom and it was our thought that the warm air was quickly escaping likely causing high fuel bills. They worked hard to cover this area with insulation. We noticed later that evening that the furnace had no kicked on once and didn't until the early morning hours. The house was staying warm and we are extremely satisfied. Thanks guys for an excellent job! We will definitely recommend you in the future.

Very professional right from the first phone call. Offered discounts for things I wasn't aware of. (gas company rebate etc!!) They have an excellent video explaining the process and Steve, the owner, was patient and happy to share his vast knowledge of "insulation!" Family owned and operated and I would recommend to any and all. I can't imagine there is a better company to do this type of work.....

The actual Work was done very well. The two men who came out were very professional and courteous. They explained he process thoroughly and cleaned up the areas nicely once complete. The only challenge was the scheduling. I had scheduled an appointment for a week out. On the day they were to arrive I received a call that they would not be able to make it due to the job before me was taking longer than anticipated. We rescheduled for the next day. They were scheduled at noon and arrived closer to 2pm with no call to tell me they were running late.

Excellent customer service, excellent product. Steve, the owner, and his wife were always prompt with emails. The day of, the workers were a bit late so they called to let me know. Perfectly acceptable. They finished the job in a professional manner, answered all my questions, and my house is nice and warm now.Would definitely recommend this company.

It was a big deal coupon which I used and their prices seemed reasonable. There were 2 gentlemen who came and explained everything. They were courteous, clean and polite. I will use them in the future, too.

Called them due to all the great reviews and a deal that they were offering. My home was slightly larger than the coupon offered but they still gave me the price. Great professional guys.

Steve contacted us the same day that we purchased the Deal of the Day package for insulation by email. He stated he showed our home to be approximately 1254 sq ft and he wanted to discuss the additional insulation that would be needed. He said his co-worker Ron from the Orange County office would be calling. The next day Ron called, both Steve and Ron were very easy to talk with. Ron was ready to start the following week however we had previous commitments and decided on Nov 7, 2011 for the installation date. Ron arrived at the appointed time, even called to let us know he was in traffic and it would be about 15 minutes before he got to our home. Ron and his crew were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They completed the job in about 2 hrs, and totally cleaned up after themselves and took all materials with them, leaving nothing left behind. We would highly recommend this company to everyone, they did a superb job and were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Mike was honest, straight-forward, and responsive (with a day). He explained everything simply via phone. There was no sales pitch or extra "warranty" costs which came loaded with other quotes that I had received. His company seems to specialize in attic and wall insulation, but he gave me good referrals for floor insulation and ventilation work that I wanted as well. He also gave detailed information about rebates that I would qualify for. I am not quite ready to get more insulation, but I will definately use this company in the future for my insulation needs.

I have to say that I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and answered all of my questions - and I had a lot of questions. We set up a date and they showed up on time, were very nice, and did an impeccable job. Seriously, I could not be more happy with them. I would recommend them to my mother, that is how much I trust and like them. Trust me, use them and have a wonderful experience.

Everguard had excellent reviews on Angie's List. I called Steve (the owner) and he was very professional and responsive. He listened to my situation and offered some solutions. He went over three options and recommend we consider the mid-priced option. His crew came over, inspected the attic and did a careful measurement. They were polite, professional, clean and pleasant guys. There was no attempt at upsell, and explained exactly what they were recommendeing. I had them do the job on the spot. They were done quickly, cleaned up nicely and explained the invoice and rebate process. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use them.

Professional from start to finish. After many delays on my part, i was finally able to have them come out.They called when they got caught in traffic which around LA, should be no surprise to anyone.They kept everything clean, worked quickly and efficiently. The two guys were very polite.They explained how to get a rebate, filled out most of the form and told me about a tax refund I qualify for as well.Not sure what else you could ask for.
