My oven was overheating. Alex make diagnostic and provide me with 2 different options considering repair. He showed me which part has to be replaced, and describe why this issue was caused. After that it took approximately 40 minutes to fix it. This guy is really professional. Thank you very much.

Alex was nice, but started off telling me I needed a new computer board for $380. When I said I would just replace the dryer for that price, he "found" a refurbished board which he could sell me and install for $180, plus replace the exhaust hose for another $80. I agreed but asked him to leave the old board when he finished. He agreed, then got the dryer working, but with a really loud noise (it had made noise before but not like this). After a few trips to his truck, he showed me what he told me was my old board. It was pristine - my board was old and caked with dust and lint - and a different shape/size! Hmmmm! I told him he could keep it since it was not my old board. I don't know but wonder if he replaced the Board at all. I then asked him to fix the louder noise (it made noise before but not nearly that loud), and he said he did not cause it, it was coming from inside the dryer, not his problem, etc. Now I need to hire another repair guy to fix the loud noise.
