Searls did a very good job. They arrived on time and got the job done in a day as promised. The team under the capable leadership of Miguel,was very knowledgeable each member knowing exactly what was to be done. I was very impressed with their work.

The unit operated as promised they had given me the low bid (of three) and I feel I got good service and value for my money

I had hoped that I could have my 58 year old heater fixed, and another company said they would be able to. But after talking to Mr Searls and hearing that my unit had been recalled 20 years ago, and that any money spent on repairing it would be wasted, I decided to get a new 3-ton heater. Since there is no AC, the cost for the heater alone at around $1,500 was less than I had expected. They came out the next day and replaced the old unit, gas line, intake and exhause venting in about 4 hours.

Paul the owner gave me an honest and reasonable price compared to others. He was on the job site from start to finish and followed up a couple of weeks later to ensure we were happy. he did not try to upsell.

Mr. Searls and crew did an outstanding job installing my ductless system. Leonard cared a great deal about the work his crew preformed. He even came back himself to check on what I thought was a power issue. His crew did a first-rate cleaning after the installation. The ductless system is every bit as quiet and sufficient as Leonard professed it to be; I love my new ductless system.

The employees at Searls AC/& Heating were very professional. They arrived on time, installed my heating and air unit in just a few hours, did a great job and cleaned up the area and took the old unit away. I was very happy with the service and the price was right.

Leonard and his crew were outstanding. Leonard is very knowledgeable in his field. He is honest and forthright about what needs to be done and what doesn't. His not out to sell a service or product one doesn't need. Pricing was reasonable and they did a few minor things that weren't in the original quote without charging more. We hired this company to remove our water heater from our house and place it outside where it doesn't take anymore of our space and reduces out noise pollution in the house. We also hired them to make us a gas line in the kitchen (we converted from electric to gas range) and place a new hood over the range (we needed to create a new ventilation "chimney" to the outside. Paul is a great guy to hire. He has incredible patience and his prices are by far very reasonable. He works very hard to provide us with great results and even shared some great advice about the way we should plan our remodel. They were very fast and finished within hours.

He is on time and kept everything clean, which was very important to me. He did a good job. As far as his quality of work with the air ducts it was a little messy, but outside of that it was fabulous

I am not able to give a higher or lower rating because this is my first time to have a new furnace installed, I have no base line to compare. However, they are very prompt in giving me the initial evaluation, and very prompt in the installation. I have gotton quotes from 5 companies and their price is very reasonable.
