Initial contact on the phone, a sincere reasonable straight speaking guy, at the house he went right to work. Proper diagnosis and repair, parts on his truck he was done in an hour or so. I called Searls to get a second quote after a contractor inspected my furnace and told me it needed to be replaced. Searls inspected my crawl space, measured the opening and determined what would best fit my situation. They were very thorough, answered all my questions, gave me a good price, and did top-notch work.

After receiving many other quotes that really varied in equipment quality, warranty and price, I called Leonard to find out what he could offer. He came out within a hour or so, surveyed the job (needed a furnace, coil and compressor) and recommended a top rated package at a really competitive price along with an excellent warranty. I hired Leonard last year to fix my aging air conditioning. I was being courted by several companies for a new unit at the time of his arrival. He told me he could fix the AC and that I didn't need to get anything from the salesmen. He even told me if it didn't work I didn't have to pay him. He fixed the unit and a month later I sent him a check for $150. A few days ago my heat exchange went out and the aging unit had to go. Leonard sold us a great unit for our house at a fantastic price in rapid time. It was freezing here and he had the new unit in and working in less than 24 hours.

Leonard was the best price, outstanding service and time, got people to do the things he couldn't provide such as fix the wallboard and paint, and even bodily pushed my car when I left the lights on and the battery was dead.
