They were fast and economical. The reason for the 1/2 star off is due to a little incident that caused some minor damage and a mess that I ended up cleaning up. I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time. They have offered to replace some broken items. Accidents happen. Their pricing can't be beat and the customer service is very good.

I met Tim on Tuesday and my two new units were installed on Thursday (outside temperature 104). They started at 7:30 a.m and turned on the a/c units at 2 pm The whole crew was very professional and personable. And I saved over $5000 plus didn't have to wait 2-3 weeks for installation as I would have with their competitors..
