Response to inquiry was quick. Install took place the following day. The installers were professional and left the install area cleaner then when they arrived. Very happy with price and service.

I worked with Tim and he really knew everything you could know about heating and cooling systems. Tim took the time to give me the right knowledge to make the correct decisions on what units I needed for the size of my home and climate I live in. Tim truly made my experience a great one. If you think you may need new or repair of your heating and cooling system call this company. They may not be the cheapest and they are most definitely not the most expensive but they will give you the piece of mind everything was done correctly the first time with very good customer care in the event you have a questions.

Leonard and Tim are complete pros and know their business . Very good price - very fast install and they are with you the whole time. Save time and money by calling them first.

Tim was great! Tim seemed very genuine. He was honest, explained everything very well and didn't try to up sell. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive.

I like Leonard's no-nonsense, straight shooting style. He demolished the competing bids, came in fast and did the job right. I got so tired of dealing with other flakey AC guys with their bloated bids and B.S sales pitches. Don't waste your time and money with the others, I recommend Leonard.

Every aspect from the initial consultation to the actual installation was nothing short of excellent. The work was completed quickly and neatly for a very fair price.

The installation was done today. The bid was the most competitive and the work was done promptly. The work was also clean and the people pleasant. As long as the unit functions reliably over time, I would say this was a great experience.

Working with Searls has been the best experience that i've every had with a service provider. This company all around was believe it or not a pleasure. It started with a phone call which was they returned promptly. Gave me a price over the phone, Mr Searls scheduled an appointment to come by my home to confirm everything was as I indicated on the phone and we would have no additional cost or problems during installation. Received my written estimate and scheduled the work to be done the following week. When he and his crew arrived they started the work and finished exactly in the time they indicated. Everything was done so professionally and when they finished you could not tell they had been there, I'm pretty sure they left my home cleaner than when they came. Very customer service and quality driven company. I've already referred them to friends of mine in Ventura and they loved them as well. GREAT JOB SEARLS!!!

Tim & his crew were great. We interviewed other companies and asked around so we knew going in his price was average for full house air. What was exceptional was his willingness to work with our park manager to make sure everything went smoothly as well as his quality of work and clean up.

Leonard said my installation would take 4 hours, he was. Done as promised and my home was clean. They laid protectors all over my house.

Alert to women (or older individuals) on this site! I am constantly being taken advantage of or harassed by other companies when looking to have work done on my house. Once a company stayed at my home for hour trying to make me sign-scary. This was the opposite...such a good experience! They were professional, repair work was done the following day and they responded quickly when I had questions. They took pictures of the work so I could see the change, since it was in the attic and made suggestions with no pressure. First honest company I've had experience with since my husband's passing!
