Tim and his crew were amazing!!! I requested a quote from Home Advisor on a Sunday afternoon and as soon as I hit enter Tim called me and came out 2 hours later. He explained our options very honestly, acting as if he was buying the HAVC for his own home, not selling us more than we needed. He was very patient with all my detailed questions as a result of comparing 2 other quotes. Bottom line he was the only one that offered a 10 year labor warranty at no additional cost so it was a no brainer since clearly he believes in his company! The installation was smooth and efficient which Tim supervised personally. He and his very professional crew made the experience better than we could have ever imagined :) You won't go wrong with Tim :)

Searls did a great job and was very efficient. They replaced a very old unit in my condo and designed the air flow so now my house gets cooled evenly in the front (family/kitchen) and back (2 bedrooms) areas. They did the job in one day and extremely pleased.

They replaced an old broken AC installed in 1984 with a new unit in one day! The new system is working great keeping the house cool. Tim and his brother and the whole crew started work early in the morning and completed the job in a couple of hours.

Searls did great work. Tim, one of the owners, came out to see what my house needed and made suggestions as to what might make the heating and AC more efficient. He returned on the following day and provided me with the details of what he recommended, as well as a cost estimate. The cost was a little higher from the quote that I was given by another company, but Tim made some suggestions that made sense and the price reflected some additional work that the company would do, including the addition of 2 more air vents. What a difference! I couldn't believe the improved airflow in the house. The project went great and the job was done in one day. The workers were efficient and everything was cleaned up and hauled away at the end of the day. I highly recommend them. I got more than my money's worth from a dependable company.

I had the BEST experience ever with Tim! He actually came on a Sunday and spent a great deal of time with us. He educated us on what he would be installing, let us know why he was choosing the specific units for our size home and answered all our questions with answers that made sense! He was so personable , friendly and knowledgeable. He joined his team of workers at 7am sharp on a Saturday morning after calling us the night before as a reminder/confirmation (very appreciated!). They covered our floors and vacuumed what teeny tiny little bits and pieces there may have been after they were through. They were very efficient and finished way before we expected. They went over the thermostat instructions and Tim explained everything they had done while they were in our attic. My intuition kicked in the moment I met Tim and I knew he was the right guy for us. I will be recommending him to friends, family and everyone I know looking for heating and air. I did get three estimates and even if another company was lower, I would have gone with my gut for the quality of service Searls provided!! We are so confident we made the right choice!!! Use this company!

Leonard was a great communicator,overall work was great price Was reasonable but at the end the ceiling was damaged,had to hired a handyman for ceiling repair,but so far the furnace and the overall work is working great.
