Efficiency Air was extremely punctual and had most of the parts required to immediately make the repair. The came out that day, had a temporary but acceptable repair, ordered the part and arrived tyhe next business day to complete the permanent repair. Highly recommend them.

At first I was very leery about this tech Lenord when he came to my home because of what I read on the ratings. Just like the person said he went right for the filter... and it turned out that the problem WAS in fact the filter. Lenord knows exactly what he is doing & is an absolute pro! He was prompt, friendly, honest & very fair in price! He even changed a light bulb for me with his giant ladder, free of charge! This man is more than I could have hoped for. I will use him always.

really good and fast ..was there the next day...very polite and friendly workers who were concerned and cleaned up after they completed the job..I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs there services..they offered the best price for the same quality unit that was quoted at more than double the price by others
