Description of Work: Top design sent out a couple of people to do for me a couple of odd jobs. One was hanging a sunshade and the other was filling a gap at the bottom of a door by building it up with wood and adding a door sweep. They were reasonably priced for contracting services, but a good a handyman might be a cheaper way to go if all you got is a couple of odd jobs. Might be more appropriate to use them for larger jobs.

Description of Work: Great experience with Top Design! I bought a Big Deal coupon from Angie's List for 6 hours of handyman work for $199. First Leo came to look at what had to be done. He was smart, polite & professional. He sent an absolutely terrific employee named Marcus, who did a huge amount of work inside and outside the house, from fixing overhead lights to patching and repairing our fence. Everything he did he did meticulously. I can't recommend Top Design highly enough! I'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: He replaced my back brick patio (3000 square ft). He also painted the entire exterior of my house. Built an exterior stairway on my house. He installed a washer and dryer on the second floor of my house. He replaced the cabinetry and countertops (with granite) in my laundry room. He ran a 220 volt line from my garage to my second floor. He put new gutters and downspouts on my house. Also, he has done some in interior painting.

 + 1 moreThey started the job immediately, worked from early morning until early evening. Protected plants, cleaned up everything after work was stopped for the day. Pleasant crew whom aimed to please. Our salesman, Dave, helped pick out the paint color and even chose the final color for my doors. Now the doors really standout and I think they looks great. .
Description of Work: Power washed, trenched around house to expose all peeling stucco, scraped all loose stucco and paint, replastered where needed, filled in all cracks, primed house, windows and doors, then painted with two coats of good quality paint. Also repaired all damaged wood from termites and dry rot.

 + 3 moreThey came early in the morning and worked all day and were very clean and neat. They were nice workers. I was very pleased with them. They did a very good job. They were punctual and very professional. Everything they did was top notch.
Description of Work: Top Design refinished my front door, did painting and patch work, refinished front door, put in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, they did electrical work with recessed lighting and installed a 3 way switch panel upgraded from 100 to 200.

 + -1 moreThey were great. They were clean and fast. They had to work around my husband who is disabled and our old dog. They moved them when they needed to and moved them back when they were done. They painted behind the TV in the corner without unhooking anything - which was important since my husband watches TV all day. I couldn't clear the desk in the office of the computers and paperwork and they worked around and covered everything. Nothing was broken and they didn't spill paint on anything.
Description of Work: The inside of the house hadn't been painted in 17 years and we wanted to spruce it up. They happened to call they day after I decided to find a painter. They came out and gave me an estimate the next day and started painting two days later.
