 + -1 moreI appreciated that they referred the job to other contractors, but it was annoying that they didn't call back.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for a small construction project. After no response, I called a second time to follow up. They said the job was too small for them but they'd referred the job to 2 other contractors who handle smaller jobs for them. One of those contractors actually did call me a few days later.
