+ -1 moreHonestly, I was underwhelmed by the quality. I only have carpet in my bedrooms, it's hardwood laminate in the front rooms, and the first thing I have to say is that their machine made an absolute MESS of my hardwood. The cleaning wasn't quick, nor was it dry in the amount of time that they said it would be. The dirt didn't really come up from the high traffic area, and this was explained to me as impossible to get clean, as it was an actual darkening of the carpet's fibers. This turned out to be absolutely false, as later in the year I went with traditional carpet cleaning and it came out just fine. Since it was included with my carpet package, I was fine with it, but I won't use them again. I run a fairly green household, but frankly there isn't really much of a substitute for good old fashioned cleaning chemicals when they are called for.
Description of Work: This service was bundled with my carpet purchase and installation from a local home improvement store. They came and cleaned 4 rooms, 2 with heavy traffic patterns.

+ -1 moreThey did a beautiful job. In two hours it was dry and it looked great. They were very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. They gave me an accurate estimate. If you say that Rosemary recommended you, you can get a discount. They are also eco-friendly with their solutions. They are also hypoallergenic.
Description of Work: I have a leather recliner and ottoman that they came and cleaned. They also cleaned an area rug and three other rooms.
