Joe and his crew were a few months ahead of schedule, initially he said that it would take 6 months including permits, but he finished in 4 months. Joe has also been very responsive to touch up work. My wife and I are both very happy with the work overall.
Description of Work: CASLR and Joe Bechor basically turned our old house into a new house. We added an 18 feet by 30 feet family room, new foundation and all, a 5 feet by 10 feet bathroom, all new copper pipes and electrical, new AC/Heating, new sidewalk around the perimeter of the house and drainage, new recessed lights in the family room, new lights in every room, new plumbing, new windows, painting interior and exterior, tree removal, de-popcorning ceiling, installing marble tile in old bathroom and installing new facets and a toilet, new kitchen sink and faucets, water filter. My wife and I interviewed 10 contractors before selecting Joe.
