California skyline provided my wife and I with a free same day quote which was really convenient for our busy schedule. The thing I found most interesting was the 3D rendering model they showed us. We gave the contractor our ideas and he was able to bring it to life. I don't k ow any other company who does this it let us see exactly how the finished project would look, and the results looked almost identical to rendering model. We did a full kitchen remodeling from lights to floor, we have had problems with our kitchen for years and finally saved enough money to remodel it. It was money well spent the old floors use to make so much noise we use to have wood now we have beautiful tile. Our old cabinets were very unappealing most had broken handles and didn't make the color scheme of the kitchen, now we have modern and sleek wooden cabinets with glass windows so you can see the inside of it. Our old light were normal lights with a fan attached now we have pendant lights all along the kitchen including and island light right under the new island they made for us. The island is made of marble and is large enough for my entire family to eat on for dinner. Under the island is a very unique wine case it holds up to 10 bottles. There is also a rack on top of the island where my wife puts the pots and pans. Our kitchen is now my families favorite area to be in. Thank you California Skyline Remodeling inc you have made me and my family very happy and we will be using your services again for a room addition to our home.

Week one of our kitchen remodel and so far we are very happy with the process thus far. I will be adding to this review as the work progresses but felt it was necessary to document the work as it's being completed. We picked Skyline after meeting with several contractors, each contractor had their pros and cons, but only Skyline worked within our budget and time frame. It was important for us to find a contractor who understood our neighborhood, the permit process, as well as our comfort zone with the remodeling process. After we signed the agreement, Joe from Skyline has kept to the timeline we agreed on. His designer was here on time and the follow through has been on schedule. It's never easy working with contractors, but it's very irritating when they do not respect your time by being late or missing a scheduled call or visit. Skyline has been on time and on schedule as we had agreed, I can not emphasize that enough. The crews that have been to our house are professional, they respect the property and the neighborhood. I work from home so I was concerned that they would be a major disruption, but so far it's business as usual. I will edit my review every week of the process.

This grade of B is only for the electrical work. The attic work was a separate contract and will be rated separately. I have waited a year to do this review to be sure everything is working. The grade of B is an average of A (for everything at last working for the final electrical work) and C (wasting my time by having to point out things which needed to be fixed and failing to provide receipts). The job was to upgrade the circuit breaker from 100amp to 200amp, run a new line to an outlet dedicated to my electronics, install bedroom fans, install 2 new security sensor lights (one was broken and I had to ask to get it replaced), and install an exterior outside outlet. First problem: the attic work caused a breaker to trip. Solution, an old line had been overloaded by the new stuff (except fans) and so the new stuff was put on a dedicated line. Second problem: the new circuit box was mislabeled. I noticed this immediately and it came to a head when the attic crew disturbed an existing line and 2 guys were sent to fix it. They did not believe me when I said the circuits were mislabeled and again time was wasted. Third problem: a faulty circuit breaker had been installed. I had to argue with them to get the circuit breaker fixed. The first attempt to fix the circuit breaker was merely wiggling it. The salesman did not even know how to reset a breaker and they had to return the next day to do it right. The salesman blamed the circuit breaker on my dishwasher and the electrical guy blamed the attic workers. Finally, I was not given the instructions for the sensor lights nor the fans. I had to dig them out of the trash which was fortunate since I needed to adjust the fan settings. A grade of C for this might seem harsh, but I am no electrical expert but it was left up to me to identify the problems. I paid for the fans separately and was charged $120 over the verbal estimate (and $220 over the Home Depot price) even after reducing the charge by $200. I was never provided the fan receipts I was promised. Attic work rating will be provided separately.
Description of Work: The job was to upgrade the circuit breaker from 100amp to 200amp, run a new line to an outlet dedicated to my electronics, install bedroom fans, install 2 new security sensor lights (one was broken and I had to ask to get it replaced), and install an exterior outside outlet.

I interviewed several contractors that i had found on Angie's List and although I'm sure they could all have done the bathroom remodel, Joe gave me the best quote and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. He brought his team over and after talking to them, I could tell that each one was competent. He assigned a foreman for the job, and they did not stop working until the job was done. He beat his own estimate of when the job would be completed and that estimate was shorter that the other contractors. Because of his attention to detail and making sure at every step that I was satisfied, I gave him two other larger jobs that I had been postponing because I wasn't sure of a contractor. Again, he gave me a very clear contact and fast timetable . The master bath remodel/room addition and the outdoor room were not simple projects. The master bath footprint was on two different levels which needed to be on one level. The ceiling had to be torn out and a new foundation had to be attached to the existing foundation. The City of Los Angeles came up with some unexpected requirements which added expense to the project , but they didn't skip a beat and did what the Inspector wanted. The room addition was also complicated in that we were tying a substantial outdoor room to an existing family room which was constructed in the sixties with different seismic regulations. Again, nothing kept the California Skyline team from finishing on time. They were creative and knowledgeable about every facet of the work. Joe and his Foreman Viviano were always on the job checking every detail. One morning I looked out of my kitchen window and saw the entire team inspecting my driveway in a line. I went out to see what they were doing (thinking he was going to recommend a new driveway) and found out that he had found a nail on the ground and made everyone search to make sure there were no others.
Description of Work: I first Hired Joe Bechor and California Skyline to remodel a bathroom which had not been touched since the fifties. They did such a good job that I had them do a master bathroom room addition and a covered patio/outdoor room.

We used California Skyline Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom, as well as a few other projects involving baseboards, crown molding and an electrical upgrade, and they did an excellent job. The owner of the company, Joe, was very hands on throughout the whole project. If anything needed to be changed or added, he was very accommodating to our requests. His workers were courteous and did their best to leave as little mess as possible. Everything was always neat and tidy when they left for the day. Joe was very proactive and would often call with updates or reminders for us that helped keep the project on schedule and on budget. His company was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. We love our new bathroom and all the improvements on the house, it was well worth the money that we spent.

We really, really needed to remodel our kitchen for some time now; we needed new countertops, tiling, cabinets, that works. We put it off for forever because I?m really quite picky when it comes to people making changes to my home; I?m glad we went with CALIFORNIA SKYLINE REMODELING in the end. We really, really needed to remodel our kithcne for some time. We needed ne wouter-tos, tiling, cabinets that work. We put it off forever because I'm really quite picky when it comes to people making changes o my They worked around my schedule and were totally upfront with costs. They were always available for us, only a phone call away, and didn?t leave us hanging like the contractor we had previously tried. Their suggestions were invaluable; we were utterly new at this and didn?t really know how to pick what was best beyond what looked and felt nice. I know it can certainly be easy to feel like you?re being taken advantage of with projects like these, but CALIFORNIA SKYLINE REMODELING never, ever made us feel that way; we felt in control of our own project every step of the way. Something invaluable I learned from them is that making color choices in my kitchen, in the light where they would be installed, really matters. I am really happy with the new look of my remodeled kitchen. I love that little skinny cabinet we are using for wine glasses and champagne flutes. I wouldn?t hesitate to call them again when we want to undertake larger remodeling ambitions for our home.

Joe and California Skyline Remodeling Inc. completed our kitchen remodel, installation of a tankless water heater, and additional plumbing work. Joe was the third company we met with and got an estimate from. We felt he was the best fit for us and our job; his estimate was very fair compared to everyone else's. We LOVE our kitchen, it was completed today - just two weeks and one day from demolition - it would have been even faster but I wanted a special order sink. Joe was wonderful to work with; always accessible when I had questions and he offered great advice on colors and products. The workers were always on time and pleasant. We will definitely look to Joe and this company for additional jobs and recommend them for others.

After I made contact through Angie's List, provider called me to set up an appt. for estimating a complete bathroom remodel. I asked for a weekend appt. and was told that Sunday appointments were available but not on Saturdays. Fine. Made an apt for Sunday Feb. 2, 2014--two weeks from the telephone call. A day or two prior, got a phone message saying the contractor might not be available because his wife was pregnant and something related to the pregnancy was going on. I was asked to call back. Fine. When I called, I was informed that there had been a "false alarm" and contractor would be available after all. I was also told, "you know it's Super Bowl Sunday-are you ok with that?" Since our appt was for 10 a.m. and the game was at 3:30--I said no problem--we will be available. So the appt. was confirmed for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 10:00 a.m. The appointment time came and went. No contractor, no phone call. Guess the Super Bowl was more important to them
Description of Work: Failed to show up or call on appointment date.

Response from CA Skyline Remodeling,Inc
To: [removed members name] In Regard to the estimate on Sunday the 2nd. We California Skyline Remodeling Inc. Did confirm the appointment on Saturday evening although there was a possibility of moving date due to that fact and the ccustomer knowing that the contractors wife was in the process of labor. We on Sunday moring try to ger a hold of the costomer to moving the appointment if it was a possibilit. Due to the fact that the contractors wife did in fact go into labor on Sunday the 2nd we also have proof of birth certificate if needed just in case. We do not lie about the way we do business here at California Skyline Remodeling Inc. That is not the way we go about it! At the end of the day we tried getting a hold of the customer Sunday as well as Monday and there was no answer. I Joe Bechor the owner of the company would apprciate it if you would reply back you have my number as well as info. Thank You.

The people were here to measure and prepare a plan for the solar panels within a few days of signing the contract. It was submitted to the city for a permit and when that was received the panels went up quickly within two or three days. They look good and do not distract from my house. They were very careful but had to replace a couple of tiles which I had on hand to do take care of the matter. When the inspector from the city came to inspect the project he made this remark, "Usually when I get to the end I have lots of things to write down, but all I need here are two informative stickers to be applied to the box for safety." He was complimentary of the workmanship. There was a wait for Southern California Edison to connect it to the grid, but once we got the clearance to hook it up, it started right in generating power when the sun is shinning.
Description of Work: The company installed 27 solar panels on my roof and connected the invert-er to the power company meter. The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. It is working satisfactorily at this time and hopefully will eliminate power bills within a year when I get enough credits built up. In the meantime my power bill is reduced tremendously. I am very happy with the solar power that is being generated.

My whole house needed to be remodeled. I had been researching sustainable energy solutions for my home. Apart from saving the earth, I really needed to reduce the cost of my utility bills. I also needed a lot more projects done to my home, so I needed to find a knowledgeable company that could do all the work including the energy upgrades. I found California Skyline Remodeling online, just by searching for home remodeling companies in my area. They were so many to choose from but what stood out about them is that they did everything! I continued to research them on various consumer review sites and I found that their customers were genuinely happy with the work they do. Everything went well, from the time of my estimate to the preparation all the way to completion. I had such a support team from my project manager, the owner, the workers and the office staff. Any time I had a question or needed something clarified, they were there. California Skyline is truly a diamond in the rough! I will recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We began with the essentials, the roof, rain gutters, windows, plumbing, carpet removal, wood flooring installation, interior and exterior paint. As those projects where coming close to completion, I began to see everything else that needed to be done, so I called Joe back to do a walk through with me and just brain storm on the projects I was now considering. Next was my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, I had them gutted, had mold testing and asbestos testing in order to remove my acoustic ceiling. At that time we did the complete electrical rewiring, installed a new gas line and automatic gas shut off valve as well as foundation bolting. As these projects were being done, I decided on having solar panels installed and a tankless water heater. All the work they did was done following blueprints, floor plans and passed the city inspections.

I have a beautiful, functional and comfortable master bathroom. It took a lot of work to change electrical and plumbing and every thing to make it like it is. I am very proud of it. The amount of work that was required to change a tub to a walk in shower was more than I had expected. I had not anticipated the hot tar mop and all the layers that were required to put the shower into a second story room. It was done right. Joe took me to the tile ware house to pick out the tile for the shower and floor. They blend together very well. I like the floor tile that looks like wood planks, but is porcelain tile. The laminate flooring in the bedrooms and hall is a major improvement to the house. The installation was well done with a layer of cork, a moisture barrier and a layer of felt before the laminate was put down. The floors are nice and quiet and easy to clean. The crews who did the work were pleasant, cleaned up after themselves every night and worked efficiently. They cleaned up every thing at the end of the job and hauled all of the trash etc. away. Joe Becher was on the scene almost daily. He was easy to work with and made sure everything was finished to his satisfaction. He runs a tight company and does what he says he will do. We got along very well. I have had many compliments on my home improvements.
Description of Work: Master bathroom had a complete major remodel. Removed large oval tub, toilet, vanity, floor covering, and lighting. Replaced with tile walk in shower with rainmaker plus hand held shower heads and bench with glass doors. Installed new toilet, bidet, tile floor and new vanity with double sinks and two oval medicine cabinets plus vanity lights and recessed lighting and two solar tubes. Removed three tall windows and replaced with one 2' x 4' double pained tempered glass window. Built up wall to fill in. New laminated flooring in four bedrooms and closets plus removal of popcorn ceilings and new paint & trim. Small upstairs bathroom, wall covering removed, and painted, porcelain tile was installed on floor and new molding. Installed radiant barrier insulation in the attic above the upstairs bathroom and two bedrooms. Replaced insulation in the area adjoining the master bath room that is above the kitchen and would be closed off after they finished. Pulled permit from the city of Santa Clarita and had inspections by the city at each point of construction, plumbing and electrical. Removed old electrical panel and installed new 200 AMP electrical box, and new breakers, repaired stucco & painted wall. Installed new automatic gas shut off valve

It went very quickly. I agreed one day, the next day they removed the old cover. That was at the end of the week, the new cover was installed the first of the next week. The entire job was done within less than a week. I have had many people who come to my house admire the job. It looks very nice, will require no painting and will not rot. I am glad I had it done.
Description of Work: The old wooden patio cover was removed and hauled away. A new aluminum patio cover was installed including an outdoor fan. The fascia boards were painted and the wall where the original cover had been attached was also painted to match the paint on the house.

My experience with California Skyline Remodeling was no less than phenomenal. I have received 4 estimates from contractors, who promised me the world. I found myself, about 30 minutes into each estimate, wondering why I had let this salesman into my home, because they were not listening to what I wanted to do with my home. One evening I came home to find a door hanger on my front door. It was offering me a free, no obligation estimate for projects ranging roofs to foundation, to energy upgrades. Against my better judgment, I called them. They arrived on time. Joe, who is the owner, was the person I met with. The presentation was detailed but conscience, informative and reassuring. He let me speak. Took notes and offered options, solutions and ideas that would assist me in deciding which direction I would take my projects. In the end, I chose California Skyline Remodeling to do my home improvements. I knew if they could do a few small but detailed projects, then I could trust them with everything else. Needless to say, I did a full renovation of my home, both inside and out. Since signing the first contract with Joe and California Skyline Remodeling, I have not looked back. I refer my friends to California Skyline Remodeling. Even though the work is done, once in a while I receive a call from their customer service department, to make sure that I am happy and that everything is how it should be.
Description of Work: I did a complete renovation, beginning with my roof and gutters, windows, interior and exterior paint, electrical, re-framing, re-piping and a 2 bathroom room addition as well as retrofitting.

Overall everything turned out beautiful. Do: have great credit, do have a strong marriage, do save money before getting serious, do get more than five estimates, do get everything in writing, do ask them for a port-a-potty for the workers, make sure you look up the construction license to see if there are problems, be a person that doesn't fall apart when yelled at. Don't think everything is fine and you do n't need to be involved. Get involved, watch what they do, don't sign that you're 100% satisfied when you're not. Don't let yourself be bullied.
Description of Work: Gutted the kitchen. New cabinets, granite counter tops, installed all newest gadgets and appliances. Removed popcorn ceiling put in recess lighting. Took out tile floor installed tile that looks like wood throughout gutted bathrooms retiled everything. Everything they did turned out beautiful. But behind the scenes serious buyers please speak to my husband.

I would highly recommend Skyline Remodeling to any of my friends and family.
Description of Work: I had the recent pleasure of contracting home improvement with Joe at California Skyline. I was a bit “skiddish” about giving all the work to one firm before I had experience with them. I had Joe give my husband and I a quote on completely remodeling the kitchen and a bathroom. We were offered a variety of reasonable financing plans. We were planning g to completely remodel the house, inside and out, for our “golden years”. Joe was on time for the quote, which was very reasonable. He was very professional. He came prepared with plenty of samples for tiles, cabinets, paint, flooring, etc. We used his computerized design program to get a virtual image of our design ideas. We changed our decision on our original ideas when we saw how the products worked together in the visual image. We were very satisfied with the finished product. Skyline maintained the timeliness they committed to on the contract. Joe was available throughout the construction process. Needless to say, we contracted with Skyline for the remainder of the work we wanted on the house. We added a patio enclosure with a redwood deck, landscaping, a room addition for 300 sq ft, master bathroom, tile roof, vinyl, double- paned sliding doors, windows, 6 kilo solar panels sharp 240watt 25 panels on the south side of the roof, pavers for the driveway and walkways and we topped it off with crown moulding! We hadn’t done much over the years with the kids in school. Once again, we got a great quote, timely, quality service, and a beautiful finished product. I was very impressed with our final meetings with Joe, during which he ensured that all of our needs were addressed and our satisfaction was complete.

Description of Work: I have an elderly mother in my household. Just like other adult children, I want the best for my mom. She's been having problems with her joints, arthritis, muscle aches, etc... Luckily, one of the representatives from California Skyline called us just after we stepped into the house from the doctor's office and offered us a no cost estimate for that very item! The representative was very knowledgeable about the product. The estimate was free. They did not pressure me about starting the project right away so we scheduled an appointment. The project manager, Joe, came and showed us what his company could do. I had 3 more estimates from other companies to compare prices. The price Joe gave us was good enough for me to start my project with them. They adhered to the date we had agreed upon in the contract. The workers were professional. Joe would come by every once in a while to check on the project. Everything turned out the way I viewed it on the 3-D layout system we used. Since I was very pleased with the results in my bathroom, I gave them more projects like creating easy kitchen access for my mother. They also lowered the cabinets for my mom and put recessed lights underneath. We put in a sun room for the summer. We had the patio enclosed, safety hand railings, re-roofing, new pavers for my driveway, low-e windows and ramps for my mom. She's gonna be in a wheelchair soon. I'm so grateful I am in a position at this time in my life to help my mom live well. All of these adjustments are a great help for her.

Our primary goal was to replace the roof and so we got a few quotes from companies to do the tear off and replace with the composite shingles. The price from California Skyline was the lowest of the contractors bids. We decided to go with a contractor because we also wanted to replace the shower with a tub in our only bathroom. We also felt that it was the best financial option for us as we were offered financing. As it turned out we were not given financing for the whole project but that wasn't the fault of the company. They were willing to work with us to try multiple financing companies to get us the financing we needed. When work started on our bathroom they said it would take 1-2 weeks. When I pointed out it was our only bathroom they didn't hesitate to say it would take 1 week only. They seemed eager to start on the following Monday. So the men came to demo out our shower and the dividing wall that needed to be moved back a foot to allow for the new tub. Unfortunately, it was on that day they told me I needed to go get the tile and the new bath fixtures. I knew I was financially responsible for them but didn't know where to get them or how. So we met Joe at a tile store in the valley (we live in West LA) and picked out our tile. We were assured at the time by Joe and the salesman that the amount we purchased would be enough and if it wasn't it would be easy to pick up more tile. I scrambled to buy the fixtures the same day. I wish I had gotten them the week before so I didn't have to rush or only get the kind that was in stock. This held up the process for a day, cutting into precious time without a shower or bath in our home. After the bath was installed there came up another issue about what would be put at the end of it: a pony wall or full wall. I felt at a loss wasn't sure what to do. I am not experienced in remodeling so I wanted guidance on the issue which put us back another day because Joe wasn't in the area to discuss it. The workmen were able to give me my options but unable to tell me what it would cost. In the end I asked a friend for advice and they were ready to go the next day. We're at day three at this point with only the bath in place, no dry wall for the tile. As a result of the back and forth of the end wall we decided to add a shampoo box. I triple checked with the workmen if we had enough tile for it and they assured me we did. They built the wall and started tiling. Friday came along (day five) and it turns out that we didn't have enough tiles. The owner, Joe, managed to pick up the tile for us over the weekend. However, I'm not sure if any time was lost on Friday afternoon because we didn't have the tile. The one week estimate came and went. They finally finished on Thursday (day 9). I asked they fix the grout on some of the tiles which they did. Unfortunately, I am a detail oriented person and feel that the tiling could have been done with more attention to the detail. I have seen better tiling jobs and know that it is possible to do them. However, that said, the tiles are installed properly and I feel it could have been a lot worse! Overall, because of the lack of attention to detail is the reason I wouldn't go back to this company. This is in addition to the other issues that came up, however, I'm not sure these issues weren't standard to contractors. The roof was comparably pain free. It was finished in promised time. The solar tubes were installed in a timely fashion along with the roof. We're very happy with those.
Description of Work: We had a complete roof tear-off (two layers) and replacement with 3D composite 30 warranty shingles. Three solar tubes installed. We had a pre-fab shower unit that was torn out and replaced with a new tub and new tile installed in the bath area.

It went remarkably well, and very fast. The crew came in and tore out the old stuff, prepared the kitchen for the new and it was installed quickly. The tile was laid first of all, then the cabinets so the floor would be perfectly level for the cabinets. The crew was very efficient and knowledgeable, so no hesitation. The painter even worked on week ends. The last item was the new hardwood floor in the living room which was done in two days time including removal of old carpet and tile. Every one who sees my new rooms is amazed at how quickly it got done and how beautiful it looks. We are very happy.
Description of Work: I started with a complete kitchen remodel including cabinets, lights & floor. When the old cabinets were removed, it became evident that some plumbing was required for the new cabinets to fit into the space properly. This was done by their workmen. A designer came and designed the outlay of the beautiful sold wood cabinets which were installed with a quartz counter top. The ceiling lighting was changed to recessed lights and lights were installed below the cupboards. It is a beautiful kitchen. The new tile floor was extended from the kitchen into the TV room, small hall and bathroom. The acoustic covering was removed from the TV room ceiling, a wet bar was removed and replaced with a unit that matches the kitchen cabinets and the TV was mounted above the fireplace. All of the walls and ceiling plus the bathroom were painted. The second stage was redoing the living room. An unnecessary wall and some beams were removed to open up the space. The stair case and upstairs hall were painted.and carpeted. The ceiling in this room is vaulted and was covered with the acoustical covering. All of that was removed, treated and painted as well as the walls. The final phase was a new hardwood floor in the expanded living room which makes it look like a new house. All of this was done in exactly three weeks. I was given the finish date of March 20th. It was all done to satisfaction by that date. The workers were all very efficient, clean and pleasant to have in the house and they knew what they were doing. All of the trash was hauled off and the outside area cleaned up. Joe and Ori, the owners of the company, were on the scene almost daily to make sure everything was going as expected. They were very nice to work with and delivered the finished product in a very efficient and satisfactory manor. I would highly recommend them for remodeling work. The speed with which this job was done was outstanding. It was expensive, but a lot of work was done in a short amount of time.

We had some delays due to supplier shortages; however California Skyline went the extra distance and worked over a weekend to get the job done in as short a time possible. Joe Bechor was extremely good about communicating during the job, and was generously flexible with the start date, as well.
Description of Work: We selected California Skyline and Joe Bechor for a complex roofing job. We needed to have a leaking glass roof over a sunroom replaced, as well as having the house re-roofed. Although inclement weather struck during the project, Joe and his team were able to do almost all of the work in the time specified and on budget. At the last minute, we also added insulation to the attic, and they were able to accommodate this change with minimal holdup and disruption.

I definitely recommend this company for any home improvement needs you have! When we started the job, I only wanted to add the bathroom and the kitchen work, but I then saw how well, quickly and efficiently they were working.. so I decided to add the "little" jobs of fixing the fence, french doors, painting and gutters. Everything went smooooothly! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER !!
Description of Work: Basically remodeled most of the home: floors, painting, outside gutters, kitchen cabinets and granite, added a bathroom and added about 100 sq feet to the kitchen, repaired 1/2 the backyard fence and replaced 2 doors with a set of french windows.

Overall - 100% satisfied customer.. Thank you California Skyline Remodeling, Inc.!!
Description of Work: First of all - great customer service by the manager - Joe Bechor! Answered all my questions and emailed me an estimate within a day of coming out to view what needs to be done. He was able to work with me and my budget and didn't compromise on the quality of the materials used. I had 7k solar panels installed, built a patio enclosure (size of 4 cars), foundation repair and complete redeck roofing. Huge jobs that got done in a quick manner of time with great success. Great customer support, safety standards are very high and good quality of materials.

As you can see from the price we had a lot done to our house , but to be honest it was worth every penny . California Skyline listened to what we envisioned , to what we wanted and worked with us to finance our dream . Everything from windows to roofing to kitchen remodeling was done exceptionally . When they were done our house was our Dream home . I'd recommend them to any family .
Description of Work: First we started with a small job a bathroom remodeling. California Skyline was on time, clean and good in keeping their word .When we saw the end results we decided to go ahead and ask them back to do our complete kitchen remodeling and a five ton air conditioning system . The job was very neat and executed to perfection . Joe the owner was there on site from the start . From siting us down for our free estimate to supervising the job. We had little surprises here and there ( like our sidewalk) we saw how beautifully our home was coming about and we had to redo our side walk .Joe was very attentive to our needs he. He never took advantage of us. He offered us a good financing package that allowed us to do the exterior of our home from stucco paint to high efficiency windows . When we were done we were pleased with it all . Joe comes himself to talk to you and your family not a salesman , HIMSELF . That was the most comforting thing I have to say by far.

Joe and his crew did a good job, quick and punctual and very responsive. The prices were however quite high for the work done.
Description of Work: applied Tex Coat paint to exterior of house. Also did a Spanish-style tile roof. Later we called them back to build a patio cover in front of our house.
