 + -1 moreI have rarely been as impressed by a service technician as I was with Howard, the Bugs A to Z technician who came to spray for bugs inside and out at my house. He was extremely professional, thorough, and accommodating. Because I had a remodel in progress due to water damage, he suggested that he spray outside and in the garage on that day, and return to spray inside once the water damage mitigation people were done with their work. He not only sprayed for bugs, but also cleaned up cobwebs in the garage and under outdoor furniture, which was an unexpected "perk". He inspected the entire yard carefully for bugs, which was so different from past exterminators who seemed to be determined to spray and go as quickly as possible. Because of Howard, I will definitely use Bugs A to Z in the future.

 + -1 moreAfter extensive research through various recommendations, including Angie's List, I decided to hire Bugs A to Z for pest service. They were friendly over the phone and the price was competitive.The technician came the next day and was personable. He said that the work was guaranteed for 30 days. A few days later I still noticed spiders on the interior and exterior of our home. I figured the chemicals just took a while to work. A couple of weeks later there were still spiders so I contacted Bugs A to Z to come out for a follow up visit. Even after the second time spraying, I'm still finding many spiders around our home. It's a shame because this company has great customer service and good prices. However, the results are not there so I will have to find another company to take care of my bugs.

 + -1 moreI had a problem with crickets in my attic. It sounded like the rainforest every night up there. then the crickets moved into the living room and continued partying there. I called joe who was very thorough on the phone and offered suggestions. Joe sprayed the house, fogged the attic and sprayed the outside. After a few days I could still hear a few crickets so I called Joe who returned on a weekend (not even his regular work day) and sprayed the entire outside again at no additional charge. I was very impressed with his knowledge and great suggestions. I will definitely use A to Z again, for sure.

 + -1 moreWe actually called in Bugs A to Z twice. The first time, our tech came and sprayed around corners and dark spaces with the non-toxic orange oil. After a week, when we discovered that we still had roaches, the tech returned and at no additional cost or charge, he sprayed again but this time under the refrigerator where he suspected the roaches were housed. The second spray did the job and we haven't had a roach problem since.
Description of Work: Anthony, our tech, helped us identify the source of our cockroach infestation and used non-toxic orange oil to eliminate the infestation. We have a young child and cat in the house so we wanted a solution that wouldn't be toxic to them. Anthony was great! The oil was non-toxic, easy to clean after the infestation was cleared up, and non-intrusive. He discovered that the infestation was coming from the vent system at the bottom of the refrigerator.

 + -1 moreIt was a normal business experience we called company, the lady on the other end was pleasant. she collected our information and set the appointment. the gentleman arrived with a white truck went around the house sprayed something and did his thing. gave us some tips and that was it!
Description of Work: we had always had many crickets in our house to the point where we got used to them as if they were supposed to be there until friend told us to call a pest company. we looked on angieslist and decided to go with Bugs A to Z. Joe came and tookk care of it quickly and now I havent seen any crickets or ants for over a month now!!! thanks!!

Their prices are very reasonable and he is always on time. When he sprays for bugs they do not come back, so I regard them very highly.

Description of Work: I hired Joe and his company, Bugs A to Z to come out to my half acre property to do a routine maintenance spraying for general bugs. I wasn't having any serious issues at the time. Joe arrived on time the day of the appointment but it was raining so we rescheduled the for the following day. I was impressed he came anyway just to tell me he couldn't spray in the rain. The next day Joe came back and did his thing. He sprayed the entire property and mentioned that I had a lot of ants in one area so took care of it. He also sprayed the interior of my house. I felt he did a thorough job. The next day I found a black widow outside in my pool skimmer. I called Joe and he came over that afternoon and resprayed that part of my property. I was very pleased with Bugs A to Z and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We called during the heatwave here when it was 113 in hollywood because we had forty million spiders show up on an exterior wall next to the house that we had never seen before - guess we travel in different circles until that heat brought them out - a technician was sent right away - a nice young man - though not the owner because he was on another job - this guy sprayed everywhere - exterior garage and house and even found brown widows and showed them to me to my surprise because we had never seen them before. He took a long time to get every area and set me up with a regular plan to come out 4 times for the year. When he left all of the spider webs were gone as well as the spiders except later to my shock I discovered a black widow for the first time - right in our front patio! I called the office and this time Joe the owner spoke with me and told me he would come out for no charge that night from way the heck across town during rush hour to get rid of it for me and make sure everything was alright - he did just that and did not charge me. He is also a very nice and intelligent guy who cares about his customers. After about a month still no more spiders and we look forward to Joe coming out to do the next installments as they come up quarterly throughout this year. Thanks, Great Job - highly recommend!
