He is good at his work. What he did first didn't quite work right, but he came back and took care of it. He was punctual and clean.

Mirco was a pleasure to deal with. He came right on time and was very pleasant and nice to deal with. I had explained to him over the phone that while our water was hot, we suddenly had very little of it and that we were fairly certain it was the dip tube, possibly because the plumber who had installed the water heater in 2005 (Yankee Plumbing - stay away from them!) did not use the proper connection between the galvanized nipples that came with the water heater and the copper piping that we had in our house, and so the pipes corroded which maybe made the dip tube corrode. Mirco said he could come the following day around 4:30 and quoted me a price of around $130 which I thought was very reasonable. The final price was about $40 more than the estimate because the shut-off valve broke when Mirco tried to turn off the water to the water heater (guess who had installed the shut-off valve? That's right, Yankee Plumbing - it worked one time and broke. It was a cheap piece of crap) and also I chose to replace additional corroded pipes that I had not noticed so that I did not have to worry about leaks. Mirco pointed out the corrosion to me on these pipes but didn't pressure me at all about replacing them, and I thought the additional $40 was fair in light of the additional time involved. I wish all contractors were like Mirco. Oh, and our water heater works fine now.

He did an excellent job. His work was clean and good. He was friendly and efficient.

Great!! Mirco picked up right away when I called. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mirco showed up 15 minutes early figured out what the problem was right away and fixed the problem within the hour. Very Knowledgeable guy. I will be calling him back if I ever have any plumbing needs in the future.

We were hoping to get the job done in time for a pool party my kids were having. Mirco went out of his way to find us a tankless heater and juggle his schedule to do it in time. Then the heater he got wouldn't fit where we wanted it, so he ran out and found another. He had to trench and drill through a concrete wall to get the plumbing where it had to be. It was an all day job, and he didn't charge us extra for the more expensive heater or extra time. The guy is a true gentleman.

We'd been having bad water pressure for years, brown water in one of the bathrooms and wet bar and an increasing number of leaks. Over the years, the consensus from all plumbers we had used was that the pipes needed to be replaced. I had used Mirco at Berlin Plumbing for a number of small jobs and had him come in to completely re-pipe our house. We agreed upon a start date. Mirco advised that he would have to cut some holes in the walls to access the pipes and that he didn't do wall repair, just the plumbing. He said the entire house would take 4-5 days. He was always punctual, extremely neat and careful, very skilled and professional and finished the job exactly as promised. He made a minimum number of holes in the walls through which he was able to access all the pipes and each hole was precision cut for easy repair. When he found some copper pipe under the house that had been installed before we owned the house and that we didn't know about, he immediately informed us and cut the price by $800. While he was working on the pipes, we had a leak in a drain and a couple of other plumbing problems not related to the pipes that he fixed free of charge. After installation, he insulated the new pipes and returned to install bathroom fixtures that were delivered later again at no charge. The work was perfect, extremely professional and we now have wonderful clear water and water pressure.

It went very well. The price was very reasonable. He did it right. He fixed it in about an hour. He was very accommodating. He is very pleasant. The owner comes out and he works on it himself. I was very happy with him. He is extremely punctual. He calls back quickly.

Made call to Mirco and he came out the following week. Did the job when he arrived in under an hour.

Mirco was very responsive to messages and worked with me for a good date and time to perform the work. He was punctual and very nice. He worked quickly and efficiently. I received two other quotes from other plumbers: one was slightly higher than Mirco, and the other was almost $200 higher. Mirco gave me an Angie's List customer discount of 10%, which brought the price down to $486.90.

It went excellent. I made an appointment and he showed up on time. He cleaned up after himself when the job was done. He is a really nice guy and I was pleased with the finished product.

We were preparing for the advent of a new washer and dryer and were in desperate need of replacing the dryer vent and ducting under the house. The previous owners had done a completely substandard and hazardous job. Berlin Plumbing was one of the few companies willing to take on the project. We received two bids. He was the best priced and had a better idea of how to accomplish the task. They came out on a Saturday and had the job done with in a couple of hours. Our home is once again happy and drying with the new addition to the family.

Mr. Micro Exner is very professional and straight forward. On the phone, he explained the different possible problems I might had with the disposal. He told me the proper disposal to buy just in case I needed to replace it. He was also direct, told me upfront that he was not able to work right away. I feel so comfortable with him that I decided to wait (1-2 weeks). He was right on time, after examining the garbage disposal, he said there was nothing wrong with the disposal. There was a small piece of metal in the garbage disposal, he removed it. He drained the bathroom sink. He charged the hourly rate, and gave me a 10% discount, being the first time client. I feel he is honest and I am very comfortable with his work. He has very clean appearance, and he keeps the work area neat and clean. Yes, I will use him again.

One of the rare, painless experiences with a service call.

Berlin was very professional and honest. This was a relatively small job, but it required special tools and knowledge. Other plumbers tried to turn a $250 job into a major $1,000 project by adding unnecessary parts and labor. Do your homework, shop around, and call Berlin to keep the other guys honest. We were very happy with his work, and you will be too!

He did a great job, didn't charge me much, and I was very pleased.

Very well. I set up the appointment several weeks early, prior to going on vacation, and he called the night before to confirm. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate, explained problems and risks before doing anything additional, and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant. Also gave me a 10% new customer discount.

The project was difficult because he had to retrofit some of the fixtures and he had to get into the mechanism for a spa tub without breaking up the wall, and he was able to do that. He was very helpful in changing out some of the appliances that I had bought, and even picked up the supplies for me. His price was very very good, and gave me a beginning discount. He really went through and struggled with one particular spa tub which was in a very small area, but he did it. He cleaned everything and made it look brand new. He was very reliable, the price was right, and he came back when he said he was going to come back. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and his bid came in significantly lower than the others. He worked clean and he really cared about what he was doing.

The job was done wonderfully. Extremely professional. Fixed all the problems I had requested, and noticed another issue that he also fixed. Great job - very happy. Will definitely use again.

I've never met a better plumber in my life. Mirco is polite, friendly, efficient, tidy, honest. He performed all work in less than an hour, left his work areas in immaculate condition, and advised me on a few other plumbing issues, which I'm considering addressing in the future regarding installing a sub-meter on my lawn sprinklers and changing out some bathtub fixture handles. He billed me at his hourly rate of $75.00 and then tagged on a first time customer discount of 10% without me even asking. After I fill out this report, I'm calling all my friends and neighbors to tell them about this fantastic plumber. He even phoned me to let me know he was running a few minutes late. The work he did for me was quoted out at $200+ dollars by at least three other plumbers.

I was very happy with the work. Very professional and knew what he was doing. I didn't compare pricing so I don't know how other companies compares but I thought I got my moneys worth.

Mirco arrived on time and with the tools and supplies (very important) to do the job correctly. The manufacturer part I'd ordered from Snyder Diamond needed "help" to fit my slightly older fixture - even though it was the identical fixture I'd bought a few years earlier. Mirco was able to figure out what to do and install the part. His tests revealed more problems with the part but he was able to work around the manufacturer's problems and my shower/tub diverter now works perfectly. The water leaks in my tub/shower area were a bit more difficult the water leaking into my basement could have come from any number of locations. After he determined the leak wasn't from pipes or a specific fixture, it was a guessing game. He caulked the areas where the faucets, diverter and tub spout met the tile. I later caulked the space between the top of the tub and where the tile met the surface. It all had to dry for at least 24 hours. I was out of town for the weekend but when I got back, there was still some water coming through. Mirco came back (again at the appointed time) and he scraped out my silicone caulking and re-caulked the area. This time, after letting it dry for 24 hours, I'm leak free. He found some paint in the space between my caulking and the original grout that may have stopped the caulk I used from adhering properly. He scraped out everything and filled all the gaps again. My lack of expertise in this caulking/grout issue isn't any reflection on his ability to do the right thing and identify difficult leak problems. I think he did a great job and I liked dealing with the owner/operator directly.

The plumber came here to do the work and repaired the faucet by installing a new cartridge. However, after he left, I noticed that the spout of the faucet was over 1/4" away from the tub wall. I called Mirco and he came back the following day. He said he had overtightened the fixture and didn't notice it before he left. He made the adjustment, and it works fine.
