I have suffered through many plumbers over the years but my suffering is over. I found Berlin Plumbing, and more specifically, Mirco, the guy who is Berlin plumbing. He was prompt, very clean and meticulous. I was thrilled that doing all of that work took him just a few hours and he did it with no fanfare or disruption. My old plumbers would have made it an expensive all day event and tracked dirt everywhere. I can't believe how easy it was. I cannot recommend him highly enough. And I'm tough to please. Mirco will be doing all of my plumbing from now on. Hire him. You will not be sorry.

He came the same day I called. He said he could go out and buy the replacement pieces for the faucet or I could buy a new one for the same price. He told me exactly what to get and installed it and the new disposal the same afternoon. Extremely prompt, professional and left everything clean. I would definitely call them again.

This is a plumber that we call all the time. They were extremely neat, leaving everything even better than they found it. They were responsive and they are super on time. They are very professional. When a part was needed for the one toilet and their regular supplier was closed, they managed to find it and do the repair in the same day. They are an A+ across the board.

Cordial gentleman came punctually to the house. Reviewed three jobs requested by me. Explained that one of them did not currently require any attention. Checked to be certain he had the necessary supplies for the other two jobs (he did). Explained his billing process (hourly rate). He got to work and quickly finished both jobs. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the work and enjoyed meeting the person who did the work.

He got here really fast and went straight to work. I really didn't shop around for the best price, but he was fast and he did a good job. I would definitely call him back for any future plumbing needs.

Mirco was extremely punctual, arriving on the dot of noon. He took a look at what needed to be done, quoted a flat price of $150, less a discount of 10% for first-time customers, and drove to Canoga Park to get the part he needed at a plumbing supply store. He returned in a timely manner and installed our new on/off lever in about 15 minutes. I had agreed to a $75 trip charge, banking that we would move ahead with the job, which we did. The trip charge was included in the price we paid for the job. I also spoke to Mirco about snaking our kitchen drain as the draining was slow, though not backed up. His price for that job was around $160, which struck me as possibly high, so I chose not to root out at this time.

It went very well, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Also, I was quoted more than double the money for the same work by another plumber, so I felt he was very fair and reasonable. He also gave me a 10% new customer discount.

We were very pleased with Mirco Exner and his work. He made three visits because we had purchased a faucet that would not fit our sink and we added the work on the bathtub. A plumber several years ago had much trouble with the lack of working space in and under our sink, but Mirco had none. He was prompt and personable, and we shall use him again for a larger remodeling project in a bathroom.

Mirco was prompt and showed up when he said he would. Found the problem quickly. Installed a temporary fix while he's ordering a new part. I could not be more pleased with everything about him and his company. I will use him for a much larger job.
