every thing went fine. 6 months later, the toilet starting leaking in the tank. 2 or 3 times a day the toilet would do a refill, because of the leak caused by the flapper. When i called Beny he said that I should have not bought a toilet from a company that was out of business. HE purchaed the toilet, HE installed the outdated toilet. He refused to do anything, and it was he who caused the problem. I was forced to get a new toilet which doubled my price. Do not use him !!!!!!

Beny was very responsive but does not work on what I needed help with

The first plumber I called used a camera to locate the problem which he said was directly in the center of our bathroom floor. His recommendation was to break through the tiles and foundation to fix the problem. I mentioned this to Beny but he was not convinced so he ran his own camera through and found the problem to be closer to the exterior wall. His solution was to excavate which turned out to be the best way to go. Once he was underneath the house, he discovered another block in a collapsed drain so he replaced all of it. Instead of tearing up our entire bathroom floor, the only indication of any work done is a small area of bricks that had to be replaced on the patio walkway. Once this dries, you will never know.

Commercial water heater went out in apartment building. Beny tracked down a rare thermocoupler it needed and installed it, saving us from having to buy a new, very expensive heater.

Excellent service. Arrived same day exactly at time promised. Identified necessary work and performed it and completely cleaned up when finished.

We have hired Beny a number of times. We first hired him on the recommendation of my brother to trench a new gas line to our pool heater. We live on a hill and the house sits on some of the hardest rock you'll encounter in Southern California. The line was to be about 175 feet long. Beny's estimate was the least expensive as we had 2 estimates of $9000 and one other of $6000. Beny came in at $4300. In the end his crew spent 5 days installing the line, 3 days of which they had to spend with jack-hammers trying to slice through a 15 foot section of bedrock. At one point Beny picked up a jack hammer too and there were 3 of them out there for 8 hours trying to get through the rock. When he was finished he came to me and asked for an additional $700 because he'd spent so much time getting through the rock. We gladly paid and the overall price was less than our next lowest estimate. On another occasion we called Beny to our small apartment building in Van Nuys. Two tenants had complained about a sewer smell in their apartments. I originally called the plumber (who I had gotten off Angie's a couple of years ago) and he sent a guy out to both apartments on different occasions. He charged me both times to reseal the toilets (about $600 total) and it didn't work. He even told me that he'd crawled under the building and everything was ok. Finally I called Beny who went right under the building and said there was a big hole in the sewer pipe and sewage was spewing out under the building, causing the smell. He fixed it and the tenants stopped complaining. I left a unsatisfactory for the first plumber on Angies and I'm leaving a thumbs up for Beny coming to the rescue. Good job Beny.

He was recommended by some neighbors of ours and we have been using him ever since. We have been happy with his work overall.

It turned out to bigger job than we expected. He came up with a clever idea to stop it from repeating in the house. The service was done efficiently. They did a good job at cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend him to everyone.

Beny is wonderful. He responds quickly to emergencies, and his pricing is fair and reasonable. He will readily offer suggestions on your plumbing project to make life easier. We plan to enlist Beny soon on our bathroom remodel.
