After calling several companies in regards to tankless water heaters, we set an appointment with Kevin who was professional and knowledgable about these energy efficient water heaters. We decided to go with Baltica because of their "can do" attitude. They knew what was possible and what was not, even providing us with several options on where to place the water heaters and what else we could do with our piping. Since we bought a multi-unit building that was built in the 1930s, they were very helpful in suggesting replacing certain pipes and fixtures. Even while they were relocating pipes, they noticed an unused space behind the wall and suggested that we build a storage room. We have since built the room and have increase our square footage and storage space (thanks Val!!). After work was completed, they were always very responsive to our request of documentation to submit for our tankless water heater rebates. Kevin, Val, & Marius were all awesome to work with. We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs, especially if you are interested in a tankless water heater.

Everyone at Baltica was responsive and eager to please. Calls and emails were returned punctually in every instance. Everyone I communicated with was professional and accommodating. I called initially to discuss moving to a tankless water heater, but a personal review of my property showed that it was not possible. Kevin Phidayev, with whom I made the arrangements, was eager to accommodate my product needs, financial needs, and scheduling needs. Kevin was ultra-responsive to every call, email or request. The installer, Marius, was particularly pleasant. He showed up on time every time. He looked professional, was knowledgeable, and he got the job done on time. He was happy to accommodate my neighbors in the condo who would be without water for a brief time. Marius left my home clean, and he protected my new floors from damage. To be honest, I did not do any comparative shopping for pricing purposes because I was so impressed with my initial contact with this company. I got all kinds of upgrades I never knew existed. Marius installed a pressure relief valve, new water valve, new stainless steel flexible water and gas supply lines, and new double earthquake straps, among other things. I have learned from bitter experience that you get what you pay for. If this water heater seemed costlier than I expected (my only "B" rating), in the end I believe I got my money's worth. The level and quality of customer service is unique in my experience. Truly outstanding. I have already referred business to Baltica, and would do so again without hesitation.

This company was the second i had out to look at repairing our tankless hot water heater. For over a week the hot water would turn off randomly. Baltica was my second opinion for the repairs and i felt really lucky to have found them on Angie's list. The first company told me i needed to replace the entire 5 year old unit for $2200.00. Baltica answered all my questions before coming out, Marius assessed the condition once he came out, the unit was flushed and clean out valves were installed he was very professional. How nice to work with a company that stands behind their service.

Kevin came out next day and provided an estimate. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Two days later a 2-man installation crew came out and performed the work. Again, they were both very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It took about 6 hours to complete the work and we are very happy so far. The installer also pointed out a couple of problems we are having with our plumbing and offered to have Kevin provide an estimate to fix. I would highly recommend Baltica for water heater work.

Val from Baltica showed up the first day (the same day I called) to both remove dust and descale the unit. Unfortunately, the company who had installed the unit in 2006 had not included the isolation valves necessary to descale the unit, as specified in their scope of work. So Val removed the dust from the unit, charged me the price agreed upon for the dust removal only and gave me an estimate to install the valves. After the original company came to install the valves (at no cost), Val came back (within 24 hours of my call) and descaled the unit. He showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, and charged the expected amount. My water heater is now functioning beautifully.

Kevin came to our home the same day that we called for an estimate, at the time we had arranged. He was very low key, but professional and polite. Explained our options, and his recommendation for our particular installation. He emailed us an estimate later that day, and in addition to the original concept discussed, he included an option that we had not considered (which we ended up not using). His quote was reasonable and indeed we found were were going to Pay Less than the other vendor we had considered. The two-man crew (friendly and professional but not entirely fluent in English) from Baltica arrived, did the job in a clean and efficient manner, although it took significantly longer than originally estimated. Nonetheless, they stuck to the original price. Installed tank looks good and works well. I have no reservations recommending Baltica.

The representative from Baltica arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem (where previous plumbers could not), fixed the water pressure valve, advised me on do's and don't in use of the Noritz system. He also advised me that I should change the cap on the water heater, which was confirmed by the Noritz representative when I called the company. I would recommend Baltica any day to any one. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Reasonable prices. If you have tank-less water heater, don't use just any plumber, use Noritz certified technician. My heaters were previously incorrectly installed by licensed plumber, but he did not have experience with tankless.

We've moved into a new house and have had a number of contractors come thru. I wish all of them were as responsive, qualified, and efficient as the Baltica crew. Exceeded expectations. Thanks!
