I hired Jeff to inspect a construction job that was previously messed up by a horrible" licensed" contractor. Jeff was able to identify the defects and prepare a nice report to use in court. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and straight forward. He also was caring enough to spend a considerable amount of time preparing documentation for my court date.
